Abstract

Perencanaan sistem istalasi fire fighting pada sebuah bangunan merupakan sebuah hal yang membutuhkan akurasi, hal tersebut diperlukan bukan hanya untuk mendapatkan efektifitas kinerja yang bagus, bnukan pula demi mendapatkan efisiensi ekonomis yang serendah-rendahnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun hasil yang didapat yaitu perancangan pada sebuah bangunan juga mempertimbangkan fungsi utama dari instalasi fire fighting yang akan di arahkan pada tata letak yang strategis pada bangunan tersebut, sehingga dapat di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Regenerasi Water Treatment adalah proses pertukaran timbal balik antara ion yang terdapat di dalam air dengan ion yang ada pada resin, ion exchange resin penukar ion adalah suatu senyawa organic berstruktur tiga dimensi dengan ikatan silang dan mempunyai gugus-gugus fungsi yang dapat terionisasi,lalu hasil Regenerasi Purified Water System itu sendri dapat menghilangkan berbagai camaran (ion, bahan organik, partikel, mikroba,dan gas) sehingga air tersebut menjadi lebih jernih yang digunakan untuk produksi.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD; (2) knowing the feasibility level of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD used in the subjects of electronic control system; and (3) knowing the level of effectiveness of learning media. The research method used is Reaearch and Development (R&D). The development model used is ADDIE with the following stages of research: analyze, design, development, implementation, evalution. The results of the study are: (1) the development of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD according to the design and equipped with a jobsheet and manual book, (2) the feasibility of learning media by media experts get an average score (X) of 3,31 “Good/decent”, the assessment of material experts received an average score (X) of 3,42 that is “very good/well deserved” and the user ratings are getting a score of 3,44 that is “very good/very decent”, and (3) the effectiveness of learning media trainer smart relay zelio SR3B261BD get result score of 0,72 which is catagorized as “very high”.

Abstract

Vocational education has a real goal, which is to prepare students to enter the world of work. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the planning stages of Macromedia flash-based learning media, and (2) to find out the feasibility of Macromedia flash-based learning media in simulation and digital communication subjects in vocational schools. This type of research is developed with the model used the V model or commonly called the verification and validation model. The system development process includes requirements analysis, requirements standards, design specifications, and program specifications. Based on the test results, it is known that the learning media based on Macromedia flash on simulation and digital communication subjects in SMKs that have been developed are suitable for use as learning media in SMKs. The average score obtained as a whole aspect of media experts was 3.58 in the very good category, material experts with a score of 3.62 in the very good category, and the student response score to Macromedia flash-based learning media was 3.89 very well. good category. good. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the process of designing Android-based                  E-Modules; and (2) knowing the feasibility of Android-Based E-Modules in helping class XI students understand the material for Electric Motor Installation at the Agriculture State Vocational School in Serang City. This research is a type of Research and Development research with reference to the Lee & Owens model (2004). The subjects of this study included 3 lecturers, 3 teachers, and students of class XI in the Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering, Agriculture State Vocational School, Serang City. Data collection methods in this study are tests and non-tests. Based on the results of the Android-Based E-Module trial that was developed it is suitable for use as teaching materials, where the acquisition of an overall average aspect score by media experts is 3.59 in the very good category, the average overall aspect score by material experts is 3.50 in the category very good and the overall average score of aspects  by student responses to the E-Module is 3.78 in the very good category. Evaluation of students shows the results of the percentage of success of 83.15% which fall into the category of high success criteria.Keywords: design; e-module; and electric motor.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpf.v10.n2.202202

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the stages of developing and designing a power electronics trainer. (2) Knowing the feasibility test of a power electronics trainer in terms of media experts and material experts as a tool in power electronics courses. (3) Knowing student responses regarding power electronics trainers as learning media in power electronics courses. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a Four-D model (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). The subjects of this study were 2 expert lecturers, 2 electronics teachers, 1 electrical technician and electrical engineering vocational education students who had carried out power electronics practices. The research results obtained in the feasibility test in this study obtained a score from media experts, namely 93% with a very feasible category, a score from material experts 97% with a very feasible category, and an assessment from respondents with a score of 87% with a very feasible category.

Abstract

Verbal delivery of learning and long learning hours causes students to often play games without the knowledge of the teacher during the learning process so that learning outcomes are not optimal to achieve the specified minimum completeness criteria. This study aims to produce educational game learning media and determine student responses to educational game learning media. To be able to produce a certain product, the research steps used the waterfall model. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Bojonegara in class XI students with data sources on learning outcomes dan syllabus. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used a likert scale. The results of the research to be achieved are a jigsaw puzzle game as a learning medium, this game is made using the Unity 3D application. from the study also wanted to know student responses about the jigsaw puzzle game as an educational game or learning media.

Abstract

The electric motor is a system that plays an important role in the operation of production machines in the industrial world. The advantages of a 3 Phase Electric Motor are that it is economical, uses a strong construction and has high efficiency. In order to carry out its functions properly, this drive system is equipped with various other electrical equipment to synergize with each other so that the case sealer machine can function optimally and always prioritize periodic maintenance. The drive system used is a 3-phase electric motor which functions to move the motor roll so that the product to be packaged in the case sealer machine can run.

Abstract

Desa Cileles merupakan desa yang berada di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten, yang memiliki beberapa Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK). Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh KKM Tematik Untirta kelompok 51 bertujuan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya sertifikasi halal bagi UMK, salah satunya melalui program sertifikasi halal gratis yang digagas pemerintah, serta bekerja sama dengan Pemdes dan Kajian Halal, berupa tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis melalui website SiHalal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan penyampaian materi, dan tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis. Subjek dalam pengabdian ini merupakan pelaku UMK yang berlokasi di Desa Cileles, Kabupaten Lebak. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian berupa: (1) masyarakat Desa Cileles diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait pentingnya sertifikasi halal untuk pelaku UMK, (2) masyarakat pelaku UMK yang diberikan materi terkait sertifikasi halal gratis (Sehati), manfaat, persyaratan, dokumen pendukung dan prosedur pengajuannya, dan (3) masyarakat pelaku usaha diberikan materi terkait mekanisme dan tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis melalui http://ptsp.halal.go.id.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain in-depth information about the determinants of the character formation process of students on the competence of Electrical Power Installation Engineering expertise in Vocational High Schools. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study method at SMKN 1 Padarincang. Data collection techniques used in this study were participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive models Miles and Huberman help ATLAS TI 9 software. The results obtained in this study are (1) The process of forming the character of students in the competence of Electrical Power Installation Engineering expertise, which is integrated with learning, habituation, extracurricular, and school management (2). Supporting factors for the process of forming the character of students include teachers with character, community, willingness of students, schools, and families. (3). Factors inhibiting the process of forming the character of students are less active teachers, school environment, students' desires, families, and inadequate infrastructure.

Abstract

Auxilliary Boiler (ketel bantu) merupakan bejana tertutup yang mampu menghasilkan steam pada tekanan lebih besar dari 1 atmosfer, dan steam yang dihasilkan merupakan proses pemanasan dari air tawar. Pemakaian dan perawatan auxiliary boiler pada PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU terutama di Unit HAR Listrik 1-4 dilakukan berkala sesuai dengan aturan dan prosedur yang berlaku. Untuk menjaga kualitas dan keandalan operasi auxiliary boiler, diperlukan perawatan rutin untuk memastikan auxiliary boiler berfungsi dengan baik selama operasi. Perawatan yang terencana dengan baik dapat meminimalkan kerusakan dan kerusakan serta meningkatkan kinerja auxiliary boiler. Dalam hal ini pemeliharaan sangat penting atau paling utama dalam auxilliary boiler tersebut
