Abstract

The Decision of Farmer Households Doing Land Transfer Function To Fishery at Musi Rawas Regency. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the farmer households in the conversion of wetland into fisheries. Research has been conducted in the month of January to May 2015. The research location is determined by deliberate on the five villages in the district of Musi Rawas Regency (Sukamana, Sri Kemuning, Paduraksa, Air Deras, and Sukarame Village) with the consideration of the sample rice farmers who have done land conversion to the fishery, where there as many as 34 farmers who did land conversion to fisheries. The method used in this study is the survay method and sampling method used was multistage stratified random sampling, by counting areas or locations that the majority of farmers have switched from paddy farming. Data processed by logit analysis. Based on the analysis results obtained factors that influence the decision to switch to farmer households fishery is the income from fishery, number of family and the price of paddy at the farmer’s level.

Abstract

Presently the world is moving away from inorganic fertilizer, weed and pest control. As we know in many countries rice paddies are fertilized with inorganic fertilizer and sprayed with pesticides as a way to control weeds and other pests. This process, however, is harmful to the people, animal and plant life in the surrounding area. The use of Azolla pinata as green manure and source of nitrogen may can be used to reduce the use of inorganic fertilizer.

Abstract

The growth of the oil palm industry in Indonesia has been phenomenal. With only 106.000 ha planted in 1968, it has increased to more than 3,393 million ha in 2000. Fertilizer has played a major role in contributing to the advancement of sustainable oil palm yields. Currently with Asian economies experiencing an economic slow down and locally with the depreciation of rupiah, fertilizer costs have inevitably gone up causing the increase of production costs. Recently some plantations are trying to use waste water for fertilising purpose since it known that waste water contains some potential nutrient such as N, P, K and Mg. In Sei Manding this usage increases the production up to 27%.

Abstract

Up until now, some countries still facing food shortage. One of thereasons is waters carcity. As we know, it is estimated that 70 percentof the water consumed worldwide, including that diverted from riversand pumped from underground, is used for irrigation, while some 20percent is used by industry and 10 percent for residential purposes. Inthe increasingly intense competition for water among these three sectors,the economics of water do not favor agriculture. In China, 1,000 tons ofwater can be used to produce 1 ton of wheat, worth perhaps $200, or toexpand industrial output by $14,000—70 times as much. In a countrythat is desperately seeking economic growth and the jobs it generates,the gain in diverting water from agriculture to industry is obvious.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008, hambatan dan penyelesaiannya dalam implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain campuran untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates dengan subjek kepala sekolah, wakil kepala, QMR, guru, orang tua siswa, dan siswa. Objek penelitian adalah SMM ISO 9001:2008. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengamatan dokumen, kuesioner dan wawancara. Tingkat implementasi SMM ISO dinyatakan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa di SMK Ma’arif 1 Wates, implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 memperoleh nilai fokus pada pelanggan 83,95%, kepemimpinan 65,53%, partisipasi karyawan 76,67%, pendekatan proses 72%, pendekatan sistem 75%, perbaikan berkelanjutan 75,13%, pendekatan faktual 64%, hubungan pemasok 74,64%. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 adalah pada pendekatan faktual dalam pengambilan keputusan kurang efektif. Penyelesaian hambatan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penetapan data, penghimpunan data yang sesuai dan efektif, dan analisis data kefektifan sistem manajemen mutu.

Abstract

Abstrak : penelitian ini bertujuan ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui langsung maupun tidak langsung motivasi, pendidikan, dan pelatihan, iklim organisasi, komptensi terhadap kinerja dosen kopertis wilayah vi jawa tengah. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : (1). Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kompetensi dasar sebesr 33,6% ; (2). Pengaruh diklat terhadap kompetensi sebesar 33,0 % ; (3) pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kompetensi sebesar 26,9 % ; (4). Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 37,0 % ; (5). Pengaruh diklat terhadap notivasi kinerja dosen seebsar 37,0 % ; (6). Pengaruh iklim organisasi sebesar 37,3 % ; (7). Pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 21,9 % (8). Besarnya pengaruh secara bersama-sama atau sumbangan efektif (SE) 56,5 %, iklim organisasi 37,3 % paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja dosen.KATA KUNCI : kinerja, motivasi, dikat, iklim organisasi, dan kompetensi

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran seorang guru tidak hanya menggunakan satu metode saja, sebab secara kenyataan mesti menggunakan berbagai metode agar siswa mudah menerima materi yang disampaikannya yang akhirnya siswa dapat menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Lebih-lebih seorang guru matematika, konon mata pelajaran matematika dipredikati mata pelajaran yang ditakuti sebagai momok bagi siswa. Oleh karena itu guru dituntut selalu meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar, dan meningkatkan kompetensinya baik melalui studi lanjut, work shop, seminar, maupun belajar dari pengalaman.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Kota Ternate. Pegawai pemerintahan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1014 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 91 orang, menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (3) Kepuasan kerja memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (4) Komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai R square (R2) sebesar 0,550 yang artinya secara simultan komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebesar 55% dan sisanya sebesar 45%. dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, (5) Variabel budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap OCB karyawan. Artinya jika budaya organisasi meningkat satu satuan maka akan meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan sebesar 0,626. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan OCB Abstract               This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and to find out which variables have the most dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Ternate City Government employees. The study population numbered 1014 people, using the cluster random sampling technique so as to get a sample of 91 people, using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.               The results showed: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (4) Organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results of the F test show that the value of R square (R2) is 0.550 which means that simultaneously organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by 55% and the remaining 45% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, (5) The organizational culture variable has the most dominant influence on employee OCB. This means that if the organizational culture increases by one unit, it will increase the employee's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by 0.626.               The mandatory output of this research is an article published in an accredited national scientific journal ranked 1-4, also produces additional output in the form of a Keynote speaker at a national scientific meeting, copyright and policy recommendations to the Local Government of Ternate City to improve employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Keywords: Organizational commitment, organizational culture, job satisfaction and OCB

Abstract

Hypertension is one of diseases considered as the main cause of death and disability. The incidence of hypertension is increasing rapidly each year. Hypertension impacts on socio-economic problems and quality of life. Quality of life is one's perception of his life including cultural aspect, the value system of the place where he is, his expectations, standards, and life goals. The aim of this study was to describe hypertensive patients’ quality of life at Sedayu II Bantul Public Health Center, Yogyakarta. This study was descriptive with a mixed-method design. The quantitative samples were 60 people and the qualitative samples were 3 people. The instruments were WHOQOL-BREFF quality of life questionnaire and an interview guide. The results showed that the quality of life of 80% hypertensive patients was generally good and 20% low. The physical domain was good (75%), physical activities were disturbed when hypertension recurred. The psychological domain was good (88.3%), they had no change in appearance and were still confident. The social domain was good (81.7%), they had good relations with family and community. The conclusion is the quality of life of hypertensive patients at Sedayu II Bantul Public Health Center is classified good.
