Abstract

PECS is a method for developing communication using images to exchange desired objects according to the image, especially for children with autism with non-verbal abilities. PECS has many advantages over other communication learning methods that can encourage autistic children to communicate well. Besides having many advantages, the PECS method itself has many disadvantages. The research conducted was to build an application specifically designed for children with autism by correcting the deficiencies that exist in learning with the PECS method. The application is designed with the guidance of an expert Psychologist Children with Special Needs and refers to previous studies as reference material for application interface design. Application testing involves 4 autistic children from 2 different SLBs. Tests are carried out 2 times for each child to find out the progress of application utilization. The test results show that the proposed application is in accordance with the aesthetic design of the MDA framework that is designed so that it is truly able to be accepted by autistic children while also having a positive impact on them, as well as being able to create a learning environment that is more enjoyable both for children with autism and for teachers.

Abstract

Kabupaten Batang memiliki potensi wisata alam yang bagus jika dikembangkanatau dikelola dengan baik, namun dalam pengelolaannya masih memiliki beberapakendala, salah satu diantaranya adalah media untuk mengenalkan obyek wisata kepadamasyarakat. Pada penelitiannya sebelumnya telah dikembangkan media pengenalan obyekwisata di Kabupaten Batang berupa aplikasi virtual tour dengan menggunakan perangkatlunak Easypano Tourwever. Easypano Tourwever merupakan perangkat lunak panornama360 yang berlisensi atau berbayar, sehingga dalam penerapannya membutuhkan biaya yangcukup banyak. Tentunya hal ini akan menjadikan beban biaya bagi pengelolanya. Padapenelitian ini akan dikembangkan media alternatif berupa virtual tour untuk melakukanpromosi pariwisata dengan menggunakan marzipano tool yang bebas lisensi. Hasil daripengujian yang telah dilakukan yaitu: aplikasi dapat menghubungkan link atau navigasi,dapat menampilkan titik atau spot obyek yang dipilih. Selain itu, aplikasi dapat berjalan disemua platform, tampilan bersifat responsif dapat diakses melalui smartphone

Abstract

Tahap pengujian merupakan tahapan untuk memastikan aplikasi yang telah dibanguntelah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang diharapkan. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telahdihasilkan aplikasi virtual tour destinasi wisata Bandar Ecopark Kabupaten Batang. Pengujianpada aplikasi tersebut masih menerapkan pengujian Alpha. Pengujian Alpha merupakanpengujian yang dilakukan oleh pengembang aplikasi, dengan tujuan untuk memastikan aplikasitidak terdapat kesalahan dari sisi program. Dengan demikian diperlukan pengujian dari sisipengguna, untuk melakukan pengujian dari sisi pengguna maka pada penelitian ini akanditerapkan pengujian closed beta pada aplikasi virtual tour tersebut. Pengujian beta dilakukanuntuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dari hasilpengujian closed beta yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 76,67% responden ataupengguna menyatakan setuju. Hal ini berarti aplikasi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunadari sisi pengujian closed beta.

Abstract

Background: As one of batik producer city in Indonesia, Pekalongan city needs medium and infrastructure that able to provide the information needed by either the local government or the society.  The need about information of Batik city center in Pekalongan will provide the information about the batik center for the local government in the potency, obstacle and the needs of Small and Medium Batik Enterprises Centre to improve the Batik Production.Objective: The research is aimed at mapping the potency of batik center in Pekalongan city by implementing Geographic Information System Technology. The information about batik center in Pekalongan city needs to be maintained.  The maintenance in information field is needed upon the batik center in Pekalongan.Methods: The method used in mapping the batik potency in Pekalongan city is the Geographic Information System (GIS) by providing the information based on a spatial data.  Whereas the waterfall system development is used in developing the GIS.Results: The research resulted the application in mapping the batik center with GIS based that provide reference to the related parties about information and planning as well as investment in batik business.Conclusion: The system is able to provide the information needed by users, such as business mapping, the mapping about the amount of business in one area, the batik potency in each district that is figured for mapping location.

Abstract

Abstract

The number of children suffering from autism from year to year is increasing. Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is autism that occurs in childhood in the form of disorders characterized by disorders that affect language and communication, imagination and flexibility of thought and socialism. One way to improve communication skills, especially the ability to ask is to use the help of computer software. In this study, the PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) method with the help of animation to attract the attention of ASD children. The results obtained were an increase of 70% communication ability to request from ASD children who were the object of research.

Abstract

The promotion of batik products in the Pekalongan batik city needs to be carried out so that it can be better known to the community, but is constrained by the limited working hours available. On the other hand President Joko Widodo stressed that the need to create a virtual trade exhibition, so that buyers can interact without the need to wait for an exhibition or are constrained by time. To respond to the appeal of Mr. Joko Widodo, through the development of virtual reality tenology which has also given birth to virtual tour innovations, a virtual tour village based on virtual tour will be built, so that batik artisans will have more time to promote their products, as well as visitors / consumers who have not had time to come to the batik village, will still be able to see the atmosphere of the existing batik village by accessing the digital batik village application of Pekalongan batik city based on virtual tour, and keep interacting with Pekalongan batik craftsmen, whenever and wherever. The application of this research will have a positive impact on several parties, namely: 1) batik artisans, 2) visitors / consumers, and 3) Pekalongan city government. The existence of digital batik villages based on virtual tours will be a new breakthrough / new paradigm in creating and managing batik villages so that they can be visited from anywhere and anytime. Abstract

One of the real sectors that currently gets priority from the government is the creative economy, this can be seen by the formation of a special body that is responsible for promoting creative economic growth in Indonesia, through Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 Year 2015 concerning the Creative Economy Agency, the Creative Economy Agency ( Bekraf), but based on the submission of the Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI) Agus Martowardojo at the exhibition of BI assisted MSMEs at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Friday (8/26/2016), there could be 3, three Indonesians, namely: limited access to credit, creative industries too do not have broad access to international markets, limited human resources and skills. This research aims to realize a communicationinformation-education media that synergizes government institutions, financial institutions, research institutions and creative industries, so as to facilitate the creative industry players to obtain various things needed for development, can help, and improve their positivity, thus increasing the industry creative to be more competitive in the industrial era 4.0. Abstract

Parking is a potential regional revenue which is quite high because it is realized that the number from year to year has increased. Based on data from the Pekalongan City Transportation Service, in 2019 it has reached Rp. 1,205 billion or 75 percent of the target set, which is Rp. 1.6 billion. The parking area managed by the Pekalongan City Government so far has managed 424 points, the types of fees managed are divided into parking fees on the edge of public roads and off-street parking with a composition of 30 percent of PAD and 70 percent for parking attendants. The existence of this considerable potential poses a challenge for local governments to manage it. In the implementation of roadside retribution policies, there have been problems in managing parking lots, including the existence of strategic parking areas but not registered with the local government, the distribution and area of ??managed parking lots so that potential parking levy tax revenues can be known. In the research conducted using quantitative, qualitative, and R&D research methods with mapping with the polygon method so that the parking area managed by the Pekalongan City Government and the potential income from parking retribution taxes as a Pekalongan City Original Revenue Source (PAD) can be found..
