Abstract

The purpose of this study will examine how the influence of service quality and price on the decision to buy a taxi service in the city of Malang. The research used is quantitative research. The research method used was survey research. The number of questionnaires collected in this study totaled 50 Gojek users. The analytical method used is multiple regression. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis used the F test and t test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variable service quality (X1) and price (X2) on the purchasing decision of Gojek services in Malang City (Y). This is indicated by the results of multiple regression calculations, Y = 2.177 + 0.356 X1 + 0.215 X2 Service quality and price variables are able to be explained by the variable purchasing decisions of Gojek services in Malang by 15%.

Abstract

Kitchen Appliance maker Craftsmen group is a group of productive people who daily make kitchen tools such as the cormorant, pots, pans, bread oven, stove. In the course of production using very basic equipment and even many of these self-made equipment. Manually production activities and acquired skills passed down from their parents.Implementation Activities IbM with the  introduction of production techniques by means of "Heating", particularly metal goods (metal plate) needs to be done in order to more easily molded material as required, especially in the manufacture of products guttering or else that needs welding. Aluminum material more easily formed with the correct tools and patient so that the corner of the tray, resulting in better grooves and smooth and has as weet look.The need for marketing knowledge, then the seller will be more wise and prudent and painstaking in serving the prospective buyer or the buyer of goods. Besides, the placement of goods neater (Layout), as well as the need for acquisition of knowledge about the product being sold. Marketing to traditional markets by way of consignment or storage of goods.

Abstract

A successful organization is an organization that can effectively manage its administration, both internally and externally. This is understandable, because the administration is the process of managing information among members of the organization and with other parties related to the interests of the organization. The better the administration takes place the better the organization's operations are concerned. For that, it takes the ability of the administration to manage resources within the organization for the achievement of these goals. Related to that, it is necessary training office administration. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to the managers of the Ahlussunnah Waljamaah Foundation Malang about effective office administration, both verbal communication and non verbal communication (correspondence) so that they know and are able to manage the administration properly The training method used is with lectures, and administrative practices. While the analytical techniques used are from cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects during the training and after the training.

Abstract

Activity partners in PKM activities are a group of craftsmen making kitchenware and a shop as a means of displaying the resulting product. Writing is more emphasis on store activities, especially in the arrangement or layout of merchandise. The location of partner activities is located in Kepatihan Village RW 1, RT 4 Jln. Urip Sumoharjo 26 (PB Sudirman No. 6) Tulungagung.Lack of store merchant knowledge to be able to display their goods so that the impression impressed placement of goods looks chaotic or not organized neatly and well. Understanding Important merchandise layouts get attention so that the condition and structure of the placement do not seem random and sometimes difficult to take the goods, otherwise the placement of good merchandise will make it easier to reach the goods and clean it, so as not to impress the slums. Through the arrangement or placement of regular merchandise will show a neat impression and the room looks spacious and spacious. So that in the end make comfortable both shopkeepers and consumers.Implementation of the introduction of techniques in the way of "Marketing" the practice of structuring goods, namely the first need to grouping the type of goods that have almost the same function. Prepare for display of merchandise, with various considerations, especially the affordability of the goods when taken back. Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to find problems faced by convection companies and at the same time provide the right solutions to achieve increased knowledge and ability of entrepreneurs in the field of operations, especially in the field of marketing management, especially the promotion mix and create opportunities for employment opportunities in community economic activities in the form of increased income the community and to develop a closer relationship between the Malang State Polytechnic and the Jonggring Business Clothing & Jacket Malang.The methode used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing goods, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most suitable alternative in order to market goods more effectively.An overview of the technology that will be applied, 1. The aim of the Community Service Program is to find problems faced by partner companies and at the same time provide appropriate solutions to achieve sales and knowledge enhancement and the ability of entrepreneurs in the operational field, especially in marketing management. The program partner is Amar garment entrepreneur Mr. Abdul KhodirThe problems faced by Partners are: 1. Don't know about good Service Quality. 2. Non-fulfillment of sales targets because they do not understand selling techniques and still use traditional marketing media.The method used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing goods, then interviews, are explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most appropriate alternative for marketing goods to be more effective.The solutions offered are: 1. Guidance and Training on Good Service Quality. 2. Abstract

As it is known that knowledge and technology are very necessary and useful in an effort to help improve the quality of life of a nation. Knowledge and technology is not only beneficial for ordinary people but also very beneficial for people engaged in business. There are still many of our brothers and sisters who are less fortunate in the sense of doing business as just opening a business. But they don't have enough knowledge about how they should run their business, it's just product oriented, so it's not well known in the community. Therefore knowledge about marketing is very important as well as Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Products include the quality of how they choose good raw materials and good designs so that they get good results too.Surabaya is a large area and consists of many areas such as North Surabaya, East Surabaya, West Surabaya and South Surabaya. Besides that, it is necessary to introduce the location of the place where they are domiciled. So that many people know where the business is and what kind of business. Whether it's in the form of a group of shops, tailors, loundry or other similar businesses. Therefore, as an effort to improve their quality of life and form of care, it is necessary to provide counseling on how to live better by utilizing limited and basic knowledge and technology. In the end this program has the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of business owners by means of management improvements in the business it owns.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 outbreak, resulted some health crisis and also disrupted economic activity. From these conditions, it could be seen that the SME’S sector (that majority were the lower middle class) had been heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity that held by PKM team in 2021 was aimed to provided education to all of entrepreneur that do some business in food and beverages regarding business ethics during the COVID-19 pandemic. This activity was carried out at the Sengkaling Villa Meeting Hall, attended by 20 participants. To implemented our service activities was done by transferring knowledge and discussing some questions and also give the answers. Evaluation of participants' understanding was done by distributing questionnaires. Knowledge transfer was carried out by giving presentations on the meaning and purpose of business ethics, business ethics according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and also business ethics during the Pandemic. This activity received a positive response from the training participants and we hoped that the target audience will continue to upgraded services in the food and beverages sector so that businesses could survived during the pandemic while maintained good business ethics.
