Abstract

Digital marketing is a form of direct marketing that will connect sellers with consumers using interactive technologies such as social media, email, websites, etc. One of the digital marketing strategies that can implement business image rebranding. Apart from implementing rebranding, a business also requires a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The results of the output of this practical work have a very significant impact which is to increase profit compared to before the implementation of the output and minimize errors that occur in the scope of work.

Abstract

Accor Hotel Group merupakan salah satu jaringan perhotelan dari perusahaan hotel terbesar yang berasal dari Perancis, jaringan perhotelan ini paling banyak tersebar di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian saat ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalisis apakah pengaruh Service Quality, Service Recovery dan Word Of Mouth berpengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction sebagai pihak mediasi dan juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap Customer Loyalty sebagai pihak dependen dan di moderasikan oleh Hotel Image. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner online dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan 400 responden dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang terlibat mempunyai hasil yang berbeda saat dilakukannya pengujian dengan metode pengujian yaitu menggunakan Partial Least System (PLS). Kesimpulannya, kualitas layanan, pemulihan layanan dan informasi dari mulut ke mulut itu penting untuk kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan citra hotel memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Hotel Accor Group.

Abstract

The main purpose of investors investing in the firm stocks is to achieve wealth growth through stock return. Stock return is one of the most important factors in choosing the best investments. This study investigates the relationship between firm characteristics and earning management on stock return before and during the pandemic. It involves firms in the IDX Basic industry with the use of audited financial reports. In addition to tracing the results before and during the pandemic, this study also investigates the relationship between the before and during pandemic periods combined. The observation period is from 2016–2020, using balanced panel data to produce generalizable results. For data analysis, we use the multiple regression method to prove the hypothesis and will be tested using the application of Stata. The results obtained from this study show that before the pandemic, earning per share has a negative effect on stock return. During the pandemic, capital structure has a negative effect on stock return. While combining the period before the pandemic and during the pandemic, it is found that firm size and earning per share do affect the stock return. Firm size shows significant positive result, while earning per share shows significant negative on stock return. This finding suggests firms to maintain and improve these significant factors. Hence, it can increase investors’ confidence for investing in the firm.

Abstract

Upaya menerapkan bauran promosi pada KJ Laundry Service yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara mempromosikan dan jenis – jenis bauran promosi yang dapat diterapkan terhadap usaha. Analisa dalam penulisan laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut menggunakan teori promotion mix yaitu promosi dari periklanan dan promosi penjualan. Bauran promosi merupakan suatu strategi yang penting bagi KJ Laundry Service untuk dapat bersaing dengan mitra lainnya di Kota Batam. Ditinjau dari hasil karakteristik masalah penelitian tersebut masuk terhadap penerapan strategi untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Cara ini dilakukan pada saat laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada KJ Laundry Service selama tiga bulan. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu observasi, wawancara, perancangan strategi pemasaran secara langsung kepada pemilik usaha. Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah perlunya KJ Laundry Service untuk meningkatkan bauran promosi yang sudah ada dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan dan lebih bisa bersaing dengan pihak lain.

Abstract

Perkembangan digital yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan secara signifikan pada penggunaan teknik pemasaran tradisional seperti koran, spanduk dan brosur. Pemasaran tradisional telah tergantikan dengan pemasaran digital berupa website dan iklan berbayar pada media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram maupun Google. Permasalahan muncul ketika perusahaan yang baru didirikan di kota Batam tidak memiliki gambaran mengenai cara untuk mempromosikan perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital serta tidak adanya alat yang digunakan untuk menunjang kualitas perusahaan. Selama lebih dari 1 (satu) tahun beroperasi, CV Tribina Jasaindo masih belum pernah melakukan promosi dengan memanfaatkan iklan berbayar secara digital. Sehingga target untuk memiliki lebih banyak pelanggan dan omset tidak dapat tercapai. Maka dari itu kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu CV Tribina Jasaindo dalam memecahkan permasalahannya dengan memberikan saran serta langkah-langkah membuat video profil perusahaan, mempromosikan perusahaan dengan penggunaan iklan berbayar dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek, merancang form feedback, sistem arsip serta laporan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Selama periode waktu 2 bulan seluruh rancangan luaran selesai dibuat dan diterapkan di CV Tribina Jasaindo. Hasil implementasi luaran menunjukkan video profil perusahaan telah memudahkan pelanggan dalam mencari informasi terkait CV Tribina Jasaindo. Penerapan sistem arsip dan laporan pencatatan dokumen hingga form feedback membantu pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan kembali. Pemanfaatan iklan berbayar meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan omset sebesar 150% sehingga menimbulkan dampak positif bagi CV Tribina Jasaindo secara berkelanjutan jika CV Tribina Jasaindo tetap konsisten untuk terus menggunakan luaran yang telah disarankan selama kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This scientific paper is conducted to analyze the problem that micro, small, and medium enterprise Lucky Photo Studio faced in his business operation along with the alternative solution that can be applied to resolve the problem, which there’s some problems that occurs in Lucky Photo Studio such as insufficient inventory records, unorganized bookkeeping, and cash based payment that are very conventional, according to the statement above there are multiple solutions that given to the enterprise, for example, system that designed for inventory and bookkeeping to assist the business activities, also there is a QR code which is a non cash based payment that the customers can choose to use that has been applied in the enterprise.

Abstract

This practical work was carried out to develop the extent of the marketing mix (promotion mix) at Dream Max Cleaning Shoes, namely in terms of Advertising, Direct Marketing, and Sales Promotion. This practical work was carried out to find out how to advance the marketing mix strategy. The problem in this activity is how Dream Max can increase the profit of selling its services and also expand the target market to increase brand awareness which aims to introduce the services it has. This activity is classified as field research using data collection techniques using primary and secondary data that have been collected through direct interviews, observation, documentation, and by collecting various references through websites and related journals. Using the discussion method, namely the qualitative descriptive analysis method, is the writing of data by separating the data that has been collected so far by grouping the data and being able to present it in a paper on the basis of existing theories and data that has been collected and is in accordance with the facts and facts. -fact. From the results that have been implemented through Instagram advertising, banners, loyalty cards, and feedback telemarketing using the WhatsApp application, it has increased insight impressions that are very high than before and succeeded in increasing revenue and also succeeded in expanding its target market. The results that can be taken from this practical work activity are the promotion mix strategy is very important for the sustainability of Dream Max Cleaning Shoes so that they can continue to provide the best services in the future.

Abstract

Board diversity in the corporate governance function have multiple perspectives and active oversight in evaluating management decisions and through their influence on dividend policy. Therefore, this study examines the effect of female boards on the dividend payout ratio in a sample of companies in the IDX HIDIV20 and IDX BUMN20 for the period 2018-2020. The results showed that the percentage of female directors, female independent directors, female executive directors, and the numerical number of female directors had a significant positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. Women's associations and dividend policy have a stronger relationship when women on the board of directors have a high percentage. A certain number of women's councils were judged to be better and more effective in decision-making. While the female CEO as a leader because of risk-averse behavior, low self-confidence, weak decisions, and lack of control on the board, affect the value of the company including influencing dividend payments inversely. The results of this study provide strong evidence plus difference test and robustness test confirming that female boards facilitate corporate governance and promote dividend payouts further.

Abstract

Bahan ajar, termasuk modul elektronik (e-module) dimana rancangannya dapat dikatakan sebagai peran besar dari teknologi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas untuk menyelesaikan masalah belajar siswa. Sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif, desain dari penyusunan e-module yang menerapkan dasar–dasar ekonomi jenjang pendidikan menengah atas (SMA) ini harus memperhatikan model pengembangan untuk memastikan bahan ajar yang digunakan akan mendukung efek pembelajaran, karena penyusunan e-module pada dasarnya merupakan proses dalam hubungan linier dengan proses pembelajaran. Upaya penyusunan e-module ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar ekonomi berbasis silabus dan standar kompetensi dari program Cambridge International Institutions dengan menggunakan model ADDIE sebagai metode penelitian serts untuk penyusunan bahan yang melalui 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Model ADDIE merupakan salah satu model perancangan sistem pembelajaran yang menunjukkan langkah-langkah dasar dari suatu sistem pembelajaran yang mudah diimplementasikan. Yang diharapkan dari penyusunan e-module ini adalah hasil proses implementasi bahan ajar ekonomi ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan akan digunakan oleh Sekolah Kallista secara jangka panjang. E-module ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran bagi guru di Sekolah Kallista agar siswa termotivasi untuk mempelajari materi pembelajaran dimana memiliki pegangan mandiri, serta dapat melaksanakan pembahasan ulang dalam beberapa materi yang diberikan di kelas secara efisien. E-module tersebut juga diharapkan dapat diakses oleh siswa dan guru dimana saja dan kapan saja yang mereka inginkan.

Abstract

The efforts to achieve the company's vision and mission don't always go according to plan, that's because there are problems or risks that arise suddenly. The company's inability to reduce or manage the uncertainty or risk will have a significant effect to the efforts in achieving the company's goals and the emergence of inherent risk and risidual risk, especially in pandemic conditions. CV. Comformindo has never designed and implemented a risk management system into the company's operational activities due to a lack of insight and awareness of the importance of risk management. From this case, the CV. Comformindo needs to be assisted in getting to know about risk management and assisted in designing a risk management system that is suitable for the operational activities of CV. Comformindo at this time. The information was collected using interview and observation methods, while the risk management system design was made with the help of Microsoft Office software. After the risk management system design is implemented by CV. Comformindo, it can be concluded that there has not been any significant benefit in the short term, but CV. Comformindo already has awareness and insight regarding the importance of risk management, this is also a first step and also an important point to become a sustainable business. The suggestion for the next practical work related to risk management is to invite partners to practice a real risk management system rather than just providing a theory related to risk management.
