Abstract

AbstrakKarakter Alfanumerik merupakan perpaduan antara karakter huruf dan angka, karakter alfanumerik ini pun sudah dikenal dan diketahui oleh semua orang. Tetapi masalah yang dihadapi dalam kondisi ini adalah bagaimana melakukan pengenalan karakter alfanumerik dengan cepat dan tepat. Permasalahan pengenalan karakter alfanumerik dapat dicari penyelesaiannya dengan menggunakan konsep Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) dan melakukan perhitungan menggunakan Algoritma Hamming Distance. Tujuan dari perancangan perangkat lunak ini adalah untuk mengenali pola karakter dan nilai persentase kemiripan karakter dari hasil pengenalan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Hamming Distance. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah perancangan aplikasi pengenalan karakter alfanumerik dengan menggunakan Algoritma Hamming Distance. Dan telah terbukti bahwa Algoritma Hamming Distance lebih cepat dan tepat dalam melakukan pengenalan karakter alfanumerik.  Kata kunci: Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan, Hamming Distance, Segmentasi Citra

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini sangat berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tanpa kecuali pada proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang mengandalkan TI dalam operasional kerja, maka perlu dilakukan proses audit yang dikerjakan oleh auditor. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan apakah semua pengendalian (Environmental Controls, Physical Controls, Logical Controls, IS Controls) sesuai dengan ketentuan atau prosedur yang ada, baik dalam hal keamanan gedung kantor sampai kepada aplikasi yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan, antara lain interview, survey, review (kebijakan/prosedur), perform tests of key controls dan audit techniques (audit software & test data). Hasil yang diperoleh berupa informasi (temuan dan rekomendasi) yang dapat membantu PT. XYZ dalam kelancaran operasional sehari-hari, sehingga nantinya sistem yang ada menjadi maksimal, lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pengoperasiannya.

Abstract

Intisari — Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis yang disertai persaingan yang begitu ketat banyak sekali masalah yang muncul dan turut mempengaruhi usaha produksi berskala kecil. Dengan kondisi seperti ini banyak usaha kecil seperti Ibu Fitri yang menjual pentolan bakso harus berjuang untuk tetap melaksanakan aktifitas usaha. Untuk menjaga kelangsungan dan berkembangnya usaha produksi pentolan bakso Ibu Fitri diperlukan langkah-langkah untuk dapat menghitung, mengalokasi bahan baku serta meningkatkan keuntungan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dapat menggunakan metode simpleks yang merupakan bagian dari program linier serta memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi yaitu software POM-QM for Wondows agar lebih efisien dalam proses perhitungan. Hasil yang diperoleh (solution) yaitu keuntungan sebesar Rp.320.000 per produksi bakso setiap minggu. Kata Kunci — operation research, metode simpleks, maximum profit, POM-QM Abstract — Along with the development of business accompanied by intense competition there are many problems that arise and also influence small-scale production business. With these conditions, many small businesses such as Mrs. Fitri, who sell meatball stand, must struggle to carry out business activities. To maintain the continuity and development of the meatball frontman production business, Ibu Fitri needed steps to be able to calculate, allocate raw materials and increase profits. To overcome these problems, can use the simplex method which is part of a linear program and utilize Information Technology, namely POM-QM for Wondows software to be more efficient in the calculation process. Abstract

Martabak trading business is one of the businesses in the culinary field, which seeks to make the survival of the Martabak trade business can continue to develop. To maintain the continuity and development of Martabak's trading business steps are needed to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore, a technique or a method is needed in determining the right combination of products made and combinations of products produced. Simplex method is a method used in this research and utilizes information technology, namely the use of POM-QM tools to estimate the maximum profit gained from each production made by Martabak traders within one day quickly and accurately, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate. The result of the calculation of the maximum profit in one day is IDR 90,000.-.

Abstract

Usaha koperasi simpan pinjam ABC merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa, dimana usaha ini sering mengalami masalah tentang perekapan data yaitu pencatatan transaksi karena human-error. Usaha ini dapat mengandalkan perangkat lunak atau aplikasi dalam kegiatan kerja sehari-hari agar lebih mudah dalam melakukan pengolahan atau manajemen data, baik data anggota, data pembayaran cicilan kredit hingga rekapan laporan usaha. Sehingga meminimalisir human-error serta meningkatkan kinerja koperasi simpan pinjam karena semua pencatatan transaksi dilakukan melalui aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode Research And Development (RD) serta perancangannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasilnya adalah aplikasi ini dapat mengelola data dengan baik, mulai dari data anggota, data setoran, data pengambilan, data peminjaman, data pembayaran cicilan serta dapat menampilkan rekapan laporan usaha sehingga data-data tersebut menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat. Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap aplikasi ini menggunakan Black Box Testing, dimana setiap fungsi yang ada berjalan dengan baik (valid).

Abstract

Abstract. Bantul Regency is a part of Yogyakarta Special Province Province which experienced land use changes. This research aims to assess the changes of shape and level of land use, to analyze the pattern of land use changes, and to find the appropriateness of RTRW land use in Bantul District in 2011-2015. Analytical methods are employed including Geoprocessing techniques and analysis of patterns of distribution of land use changes with Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran's I). The results of this study of land use in 2011, there are thirty one classifications, while in 2015 there are thirty four classifications. The pattern of distribution of land use change shows that land use change in 2011-2015 has a Complete Spatial Randomness pattern. Land use suitability with the direction of area function at RTRW is 24030,406 Ha (46,995406%) and incompatibility of 27103,115 Ha or equal to 53,004593% of the total area of Bantul Regency.Keywords: Geographical Information System, Land Use, Geoprocessing, Global Moran's I, Bantul Regency. Abstrak. Analisis Perubahan Tata Guna Lahan di Kabupaten Bantul Menggunakan Metode Global Moran’s I. Kabupaten Bantul merupakan bagian dari Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang mengalami perubahan tata guna lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan bentuk dan luas penggunaan lahan, menganalisis pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan, serta kesesuaian tata guna lahan terhadap RTRW yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bantul pada tahun 2011-2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan antara lain teknik Geoprocessing serta analisis pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan dengan Spatial Autocorrelation (Global Moran’s I). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tanah pada tahun 2011, terdapat tiga puluh satu klasifikasi, sedangkan pada tahun 2015 terdapat tiga puluh empat klasifikasi. Pola sebaran perubahan tata guna lahan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan tata guna lahan tahun 2011-2015 memiliki pola Complete Spatial Randomness. Kesesuaian tata guna lahan dengan arahan fungsi kawasan pada RTRW adalah seluas 24030,406 Ha atau mencapai 46,995406 % dan ketidaksesuaian seluas 27103,115 Ha atau sebesar 53,004593 % dari total luas wilayah Kabupaten Bantul. Abstract

Oma Corry's business is a small-scale bread business in Sorong City, West Papua Province. One of the problems faced by Oma Corry Enterprises is the problem of calculating or determining the maximum profit gained every day from production activities. To calculate the benefits of Bread and Flour Bread and Babengka still use a calculator and write in books so it is less efficient. Whereas now the calculation of maximum profits must be completed quickly and precisely, so we need a system that can provide convenience in calculating profits. To achieve this goal, the simplex method is chosen for the manual calculation process and the POM-QM for Windows tool is used to speed up the calculation process. The result is a maximum profit of IDR 494,000 per day and a more efficient calculation process

Abstract

Sorong is a city located in the West Papua Province, Indonesia. It has a strategical location because it serves as the gateway of the West Papua Province. In 2019, its population has reached 247.084. Such condition has been deemed risky during the Covid-19 pandemic. The performance of the Sorong City Task Force for Covid-19 handling acceleration (Satgas Covid-19) had been considered ineffective by the citizens because it had not provided a system which would provide valid information regarding the Covid-19 progress in the city, resulting in worry and panic buying among the citizens. To overcome the problem, the knowledge possessed by the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force should be developed into a Knowledge Management System (KMS). The implementation of the system had been expected to be able to optimize the documentation, dissemination and creation of knowledge as well as its evaluation. The KMS then was built to improve the performance effectiveness of the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force in managing and disseminating knowledge regarding Covid-19 to the citizens. The methods utilized in this research were the qualitative method and the 10-step knowledge management roadmap. The research produced a conceptual model of KMS which could be utilized by the Sorong City Covid-19 Task Force.

Abstract

Mama Mia is a farmer in Sorong City, West Papua, which produces Chinese lemons and kaffir lime leaves for sale. In February-June, the price of Chinese lemons and kaffir lime leaves has decreased. In order for Mama Mia farmers to get optimum profit at the level of the month, good calculations need to be done, one of them using Linear Programming. This research is supported by technology in the form of POM-QM software for Windows version 5 to analyze the optimum profit from each production for 5 months. The purpose of this study was to analyze the maximum profit yield from the production of Chinese Lemon and Kaffir Lime Leaves using Linear Programming, the Simplex Method when production prices fell for 5 months. The result of the Simplex Method is very helpful for farmers like Mama Mia because it can analyze the maximum profit from the production of Chinese Lemon and kaffir lime leaves.

Abstract

Mr. Ruddy is one of the small business actors, namely retail gasoline sales which is located at Moyo Kilometer 13, Sorong City, West Papua. Along with business development accompanied by intense competition, many problems arise and also affect the profits of this small business. Under these conditions, Mr. Ruddy must struggle to continue to carry out his business activities, especially production activities, so that business survival can continue. To maintain the continuity and development of the business, steps are needed to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore we need a method in determining the right combination, starting from the product made and the combination of the resulting product. The simplex method is part of a linear program and is very suitable for solving problems faced by Mr. Ruddy coupled with the use of information technology, namely the use of POM-QM tools to estimate the maximum profit obtained from each production made by gasoline sellers within one day quickly and precise, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate.
