Abstract

The is a scientific work which aims to explain about the meaning of proverbs to-riolo buginese tribe. This research is a qualitative research. The data collected by observation, interview and also research library. The scope of the research is in Watampone bone, South Sulawesi.Proverb to-riolo had four basic (1) bravery (2) wealth (3) honesty and (4) intelligence. The findings of this research after collected data and interviewed other about proverb to-riolo the writer can conclude that proverb to-riolo is a culture of buginese. This Proverb was way how to communication to others and apply the good attitude. The research is meant to preserve and provide additional knowledge and insights of classical literature in South Sulawesi

Abstract

Perilaku Lekat merupakan hubungan emosional kepada seorang figur yang, menyebabkan seorang anak mencari kehadiran figur tersebut dan mengharapkan kasih sayangnya sehingga anak akan merasa aman. Perilaku lekat ini menunjukkan pada hubungan efektif yang akan bertahan lama dalam rentang kehidupan seseorang. Perkembangan perilaku lekat pada seorang anak memiliki empat tahap. Namun perkembanganrrya sangat bervariasi pada setiap anak, karena sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi anak itu sendiri dan kondisi lingkungan di mana anak tersebut hidup dan dibesarkan. Perilaku lekat sangat diperlukan oleh setiap anak mengingat perilaku lekat sangat menunjang perkembangan mereka. Kepada para orang tua, sebaiknya memperhatikan kebutuhan psikologis anak ini dengan menyadari bahwa kehadiran seorang dewasa sebagai figur lekat bagi anaknya adalah kebutuhan dasar bagi seorang anak. Terutama kepada seorung ibu, yang merupakan sosok yang paling diharapkan seorang anak untuk menjadi figur lekatnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Emotional Intellegence is psychological element capable that couse the owner to reach successfulness in all area. Islam is religion which always place forward the emotional intelligence importantly, so that islam always up to date. Kadijah’s emotional intelligence had accompanied her to become especial first woman supporter to islam development. Khadija’s intelligence had coused her belonging a good attitude, action and behavior. Also, had become a power for rasulullah in the effort improve;repairing mankind by islam as a religion of tauhid. Rasulullah had mind power to get full support from khadija. By her intelligence, Khadijah had rendered all her energy, mind, and all properties for the evocation of islam.It can also be said that in the reality, the successfulness of Rasulullah to bring islam, that loaded with safety, there was a capable figure to give clarification of emotional intelligence from  a woman becoming the source of strength of Rasulullah in the early of the madding a night of it of islam, she was khadijah Al-Kubra R.A.So that, it is properly for Khadijah R.A that be performed as great woman or wonder woman. Also, it because she had get special greeting from the Allah SWT.

Abstract

The result of the research show, firstly, the application of inclusive gender teaching have a significant effect to ward the achievement of student in bahasa Indonesia, before the application of inclusive gender teaching, the mean score of the girl student was 73.33 which had significant different with the boy student 70.05. after the application of inclusive gender teaching, the mean sore of the students was 75.24, which did not have significant different with the boy students’ mean score. This indicated there is a correlation between inclusive gender teaching and student achievement. Secondly, the application of inclusive gender teaching based on the result of interview with the teachers was successful. It was indicated by the motivation of student in learning bahasa Indonesia was improved. Particulary, in reading and writing competency, boy students were equal with girl students.

Abstract

This article is written based on the research aiming at describing the duties and responsibilities of supervising teachers during the conduction of student-teaching program in the period of January-June 2010 by English department students. The data was taken from the questionnaires given to the student-teachers whose perceptions about the supervising teachers’ duties and responsibilities. Generally, the questionnaires asked the sample about the performing of duties and responsibilities by supervising teachers in three periods: observation, guided teaching and independent teaching period. Based on the data  it is found that although in the third (independent teaching) period the supervising teachers performed their duties and responsibilities well, both in the first (observation) and second (guided teaching) period the supervising teachers did not perform their duties and responsibilities as they should have been.

Abstract

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) jumlah ibu hamil yang mengalami kekurangan energi kronik pada tahun 2016 sebanyak (30,1%). Pada tahun 2017 jumlah ibu hamil yang mengalami kekurangan energi kronik secara global sebanyak (35-75%). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur, gravida, dan Usia Kehamilan terhadap Resiko kurang energy kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil. Metode Penelitian cross-sectional ini melibatkan 153 ibu hamil yang periksa selama bulan Januari-Desember 2017 sebagai sampel. Sampel ini dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengaruh antar variabel dianalisis menggunakan uji Logistic Regression (? = 0,05).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur kurang dari 20 tahun kemungkinan terjadinya Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) 0,118 namun pada umur diatas 35 tahun lebih besar kemungkinan terkenak Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) 0,576 kali dan faktor gravida diketahui bahwa ibu multigravida memiliki kemungkinan 1,021 kali untuk mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) dibandingkan dengan ibu primigravida, kemudian ibu grandemultigravida juga memiliki kemungkinan 3,200 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) dibandingkan dengan ibu primigravida. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh umur, primigravida terhadap kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, berfungsi tidaknya setiap pengecoh, seberapa besar validitas, seberapa besar reliabilitas,? seberapa besar kesalahan baku pengukuran. Dari analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Tingkat kesukarannya tergolong sedang karena terdapat 1 butir soal (5%) tergolong mudah, 15 butir soal 75% tergolong sedang dan 4 butir soal (2,5%) tergolong sukar. (2) Daya pembedanya tergolong sedang, karena dari 20 butir soal terdapat? 10 butir soal (50%) dengan kategori sedang, 8 butir soal (40%) berkategori baik dan 2 butir? soal (10%) berkategori jelek. (3) Keefektifannya tergolong? efektif karena? dari 20 butir soal terdapat 18 butir soal (90%) memiliki distraktor yang efektif dan 2 butir soal (10%) yang distraktornya tidak efektif. (4) validitasnya adalah 3 butir soal (15%) yang tidak valid dan 17 butir soal yang valid. Reliabilitasnya adalah 0.629 yang tergolong tinggi dan Kesalahan baku pengukuran berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai SEM sebesar 2.058? 2,719. ?Kata Kunci: reliabilitas; kesalahan baku pengukuran; tingkat kesukaran.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh perkembangan bahasa terhadap teknik mengajar guru bahasa Inggris. Artikel ini karenanya dibagi atas dua pembahasan utama. Yang pertama membahas tentang teori perkembangan bahasa baik L1 maupun L2. Sedangkan pembahasan yang kedua tentang teknik yang dapat digunakan guru sehubungan dengan pemahaman mereka tentang perkembangan bahasa siswa. Abstract

Teaching strategy is one of some important aspects in teaching reading process. Therefore, teacher needs some appropriate strategies to achieve the teaching reading’s goal. Tea Party is good to teach reading comprehension. This strategy helps students to comprehend the text through interactive way and discussing about limited information that they get from the text. The aim of this quasi experimental study was to investigate whether Tea Party strategy is effective than Small-Group Discussion strategy in teaching reading comprehension. The population of this study was students of the grade X of senior high school 12 Pekanbaru in 2016/2017 academic year which consist of four classes. Two classes were randomly selected as the sample of this study, namely X 2 as the experimental class and X 4 as the control class.  In collecting the data, the researcher uses reading comprehension test that consisted of 40 items. The data were analyzed by using t- test. The result shows that Tea Party strategy gives better result than Small- Group Discussionin teaching reading comprehension.
