Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar matakuliah Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling berorientasi higher order thinking skills (HOTS) yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas yakni aspek kegunaan, ketepatan, dan kelayakan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Dick Carey & Carey dengan sembilan tahapan yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk menentukan tujuan pembelajaran umum, 2) melakukan analisis pembelajaran, 3) melakukan analisis pebelajar dan konteks, 4) merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran khusus, 5) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, 6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, 7) mengembangkan dan memilih materi pembelajaran, 8) mendesain dan melakukan evaluasi formatif, 9) merevisi pembelajaran. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket penilaian akseptabilitas dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengembangan divalidasi oleh ahli isi, ahli media dan uji coba. Uji coba tersebut meliputi: 1) uji coba perorangan, 2) uji coba kelompok kecil, 3) uji coba lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matakuliah Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling memenuhi kriteria sangat baik dan memperoleh alternatif keputusan dipakai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu media Career Map yang dapat memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas, sehingga dapat membantu perencanaan karier siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan peneliti adalah model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Model pengembangan ini dikembangkan oleh S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, dan Melvyn I. Semmel. Peneliti membatasi penelitian pengembangan ini sampai pada tahap 3, yaitu Develop (Pengembangan) dan tidak melakukan tahap 4, yaitu Disseminate (Penyebaran). Setelah media Career Map selesai dikembangkan, maka perlu adanya uji validasi dan uji coba. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji ahli materi adalah 81,95 % dengan kategori penilaian produk sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi dan hasil untuk buku panduan adalah 83,3 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. Selanjutnya, dari uji ahli media diperoleh 96,2 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi dan hasil untuk buku panduan 98 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. Kemudian, calon pengguna (Konselor) diperoleh hasil 95,8 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi dan oleh calon pengguna (siswa) diperoleh hasil 88,8 % dengan kategori sangat baik, tidak perlu revisi. Dengan demikian produk berupa media Career Map telah memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas yang mencakup aspek kegunaan, kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan.

In the new normal era, students lived in Islamic boarding schools. In the COVID-19 with a high number of corona positives, it was necessary to be prepared with the health protocol. Students take classical guidance exercises on the topic of living assignments to make peace with COVID-19. The material will be developed online which is easily accessed by students. The multicultural guidance method is carried out using a classical model with the topic of assignments. Data collection was carried out on 17 children who live in Islamic boarding schools. Ages 13-20 years are junior high school and senior secondary level. Data collection using observation and assessment. The counselor is a direct participant who is involved with the students in their daily lives at the Islamic boarding school who makes direct observations. Data collection was also carried out using observation sheets when assignments were made presentations every week for 8 meetings. Multicultural guidance can improve students' skills to accept reality with a sincere, attitude and help others to adhere to each other's health protocols, use masks, wash hands frequently, hand sanitizers, keep a distance by maintaining immunity.

Keefektifan Solution-Focused Brief Group Counseling untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Berprestasi Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bambang Dibyo Wiyono

The quality of SMK graduates is influenced by the graduates’ competence attainment that is manifested in academic achievement. Some studies show that academic achievement is influenced by achievement motivation. Increasing motivation is expected to occur through the application of solution-focused brief group counseling. Solution-focused brief group counseling is based on postmodern and social constructivist philosophy. It also has brief characteristics, focused on solution, goal oriented, focused on the present and future time. The design of this study was applying pretest & posttest control group design. The subject in this study were X grade students of SMK Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan who have low achievement motivation. The data were analyzed through TwoIndependent-Sample Test-Mann-Withney U. The results of this study shows that the counting value of z > z table, that is -2.619. Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.009 < 0.05. hence, Ho was rejected. It means that solution-focused brief group counseling is effective to enhance achievement motivation of vocational school students.

Behavior of K-Pop fans in grade science 3 of State Boarding Aliyah 2 Gresik, leads to behaviour of fanaical fans. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of rational emotive behavior counseling with a pre-test post- test one group design. The instrument of this research is questionnaire of idol fanatiscm for K-Pop fans. The subject of this research is 3 K-Pop fans students from grade science 3 who have a high level of fanatiscm, based on the pre-test result. Analysis technique that used in this research is paired sample t test. Based on calculation, obtained Asmp. Sig (2 tailed) = 0,015. According to the basic of decision, accepted if Asmp. Sig (2 tailed) < 0,05. Because of Asmp. Sig 0, 015 < 0,05, the accepted, and that means there is a difference between before and after of rational emotive behavior counseling implementation. So, it can be concluded that counseling rational emotive behavior with cognitive disputation technique is effective for reduce idol fanaticism of K-Pop fans students.

Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan di Indonesia. Kemajuan teknologi menimbulkan efek negatif yang kompleks melebihi manfaat dari teknologi itu sendiri terutama terkait pola hidup manusia dalam dimensi sosial budaya. Guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Surabaya sebagai pendidik bisa mengambil peran untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Salah satu layanan kuratif dalam bimbingan dan konseling adalah layanan konseling. Salah satu pendekatan konseling kekinian yakni pendekatan konseling post-modern yang terdiri dari konseling singkat berfokus solusi. Berdasarkan evaluasi proses dan hasil, peserta pelatihan konseling post-modern memberikan kesan positif dan mampu mempraktekkan konseling singkat berfokusi solusi di instansinya masing-masing.

The process of attaining adolescent self-identity is strongly influenced by environmental conditions in which group culture greatly influences its success. Therefore students need to have a mantab cultural awareness to minimize the negative influence of the surrounding culture. Cultural awareness is a competence that naturally exists in the individual and develops according to the pattern of individual development, meaning individual cultural awareness can be developed.Limitations on the number of school counselors lead to many unresolved issues. Peer guidance program (peer counselor) is one solution to help students. Given the importance of the position of peer counselor then it is necessary that the media develop the competence of multicultural counselors in self counselor peer. One of the competencies developed is the competence of cultural awareness. Cultural awareness competencies help peer counselors to integrate their surrounding culture with their own culture, meaning that this competency is a capability that helps peer counselors take a proactive stance toward cultural differences, recognize and value each individual's multiculturality. The importance of developing multicultural counselor competencies in peer counselors has not been matched by the development of the media. Therefore, it takes a medium that can be used as a guide for peer counselors in developing their cultural awareness competence. The media is a cultural awareness module for peer counselors. Development This module is limited to acceptability stages that meet the four aspects of standard usability, convenience, accuracy and propriety. With the module developed, it is expected to maximize the implementation of peer guidance in school. Validation tests are performed by media validators, material validators and users. The revision of phase 1 is done after material validation and revision phase 2 after media validation. Material validation is done by counseling expert with minimum education qualification of S2 and teaching cross-cultural counseling course, media validation is done by expert in media with minimum qualification S2. User validation is performed by peer counselors at SMAN 11 Surabaya. From the expert validation result get the percentage value 85,93% from media validator, 87,5% from material validator and 82,5% from user validator for usability aspect, feasibility, accuracy, and propriety. The averages when adjusted to the assessment criteria according to Mustaji (2005: 102) turned out to fall into very good category (81% -100%). So it can be stated that this cultural awareness module meets the criteria of acceptability with very good predicate, no need to be revised.

Title of Community Service: Mental Health Education to Develop Interest in Sports in the “Young and Young Work” Community Group, Kedungsari Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. Determining the level of psychological well-being of a youth can be seen through how they express themselves when participating in sports activities organized by the “Muda Mudi Berkarya” community group. This is evidenced by the fact that almost all young people are less enthusiastic when carrying out sports activities organized by the “Muda Mudi Berkarya” community group. Therefore, it is important to look at the relationship between youth interest in sports and psychological well-being. Psychological well-being can increase the interest of young people assisted by the Young Mudi Berkarya community group in the field of sports.

Computer Assisted Instruction as media for Understanding Cultural Diversity contains the cultural diversity concept in Indonesia, equipped with interesting video and animation that can easily understand by student. The purpose of the research is to produce Computer Assisted Instruction as a computer-based that meet the acceptability criteria. This research use Borg&Gall development model. The results of the qualitative assessment of 2 material and media expert and potential user the result were 90.15% from media experts, 89,6% from material experts and 89.17% from potential users all of the result have criteria “very good, no need to be revised”. Based the results of the quantitative assessment, it can be concluded that Computer Assisted Instruction and Media of Cultural Understanding as media for understanding cultural diversity for students meets the acceptability criteria.

The developmental period of junior high school students has various kinds of dynamics, influences from colleagues, family environment and school environment. Some of the phenomena that occur are the emergence of anxiety, stress, depression and other mental disorders. Such conditions are common in junior high school students, so they need to be given education and understanding through counseling services so that they can be anticipated properly and reach the stages of development properly. Seeing these conditions, the counseling teacher needs to pay attention to the psychological aspects of students so that negative things don't happen, so they need to be given education about the importance of maintaining students' mental health. The concept of psychological well-being is one way out to provide students with an understanding of how important it is to have good mental health so that education about psychological well-being of students is felt to be important to be given to BK SMP teachers in Sidoarjo Keywords: Education, Psychological well-being, Guidance and Counseling Junior High School Teachers
