Abstract

Employee engagement in Indonesia is still relatively low at 13%, the low level of employee engagement has an impact on many things such as employee performance, therefore special attention is needed so that companies are able to increase employee engagement, and than This research intended to find out effectof Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisory Support on the employee engagement in Banten. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive design, research data collected using questionnaires and data analys is using multiple linear withthe SPSS IBM 20. program and based on the resulst of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously, it is obtained that Compensation Satisfaction and Supervisor Support have an influence on Employee Engagement in manufacturing at Banten. With a total contribution of the R2 valueof 0.240. Keywords: Supervisor Support; Employee Engagement; Compensation Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase public awareness about the importance of complying with health protocols during the pandemic which has entered the new normal era. In general, people still do not understand the dangers of Covid-19 and how to prevent it in this new normal era. This is due to the lack of knowledge possessed by the community and the lack of dissemination of education regarding health protocols so people tend to ignore these regulations. With the holding of socialization and education programs related to Covid-19 which include an introduction, distribution, handling, and prevention, it is hoped that this will increase public awareness of the importance of complying with health protocols that can indirectly prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the new normal era. This community service activity is a form of concern for the surrounding community so that public awareness of compliance with health protocols increases. Therefore, there is a need for new habit education, especially in maintaining health by the protocols applicable in Indonesia. The education provided is in the form of digital education about the adaptation of Covid-19 in the new normal era which is delivered through social media in the form of videos or posters, how to make cloth masks, how to make disinfectants, and spray hand sanitizers. The target of this service activity program is to increase public awareness of the importance of health and prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the new normal by complying with health protocols

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Analisis Jabatan dan Penempatan Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk cabang Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Sebanyak 80 pegawai pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya,tbk cabang Serang Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui data primer dan data skunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh anggota responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan ketentuan jika thitung>ttabel maka hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian SPSS V.16.0 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara analisis jabatan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan ketentuan jika Fhitung>Ftabel maka hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian SPSS V.16.0 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara analisis jabatan dan Penempatan Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hasil penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

Limitations Knowledge about production and entrepreneurship ability generally makes it difficult for business actors to survive and develop, and this is what happens to business people in the guest house link in the Walanta village, Walantaka sub-district, Serang City. Based on these problems, we aim to provide solutions namely increasing entrepreneurship skills. for business people at Pesanggarahan Link, Walantaka District. Abstract

Minat mambaca adalah sebuah motivasi untuk melakukan kegiatan yang dapat berkembang dengan melihat dan melakukan ejaan yang dapat menjadi arti yang kemudian dapat menjadikan seseorang lebih berkembang dan terbuka akan wawasannya. Minat baca berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas belajar siswa. Untuk mempertahankan minat baca siswa agar tetap dalam kondisi tinggi maka diperlukan sebuah sarana dan prasarana yang dapat mendukung kegiatan literasi siswa. Keberadaan perpustakaan sangat berperan penting dalam menunjang kegiatan literasi di lingkungan sekolah. Dimana perpustakaan sering menjadi pusat kegiatan literasi siswa setelah proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Fokus utama kegiatan pengabdian di KKM ini adalah optimalisasi perpustakaan sekolah yang bertujuan untuk menjaga serta meningkatkan minat baca siswa sehingga dapat memperlancar proses kegiatan literasi khususnya di lingkungan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Amal yang terletak di wilayah Kp. Tonjong kelurahan Walantaka Kecamatan Walantaka Kota Serang. Target khusus yang diharapkan tercapai adalah perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran dan terciptanya semangat membaca siswa yang tinggi dan dapat terus melakukan kegiatan literasi dengan nyaman serta tidak lagi merasa segan untuk terus mengunjungi perpustakaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah dengan cara menghidupkan ulang perpustakaan serta penambahan ruang baca. Semua tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di KKM  telah 100% dilaksanakan dan menghasilkan luaran diantaranya yaitu (1) Susunan penataan buku yang lebih teratur, (2) Terciptanya sebuah ruang baca yang bisa digunakan siswa, serta (3) seminar hasil KKM yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Serang Raya.

Abstract

Produk kerajinan bambu memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan dan dapat menjadi komoditas unggulan di kelurahan pabuaran, namun mutu produk kerajinan bambu yang terdapat saat ini masih mempunyai kelemahan sehingga belum bisa bersaing di pasaran. Fokus utama program pengabdian adalah memberikan sosialisasi serta pelatihan baik secara teori ataupun aplikasi dalam pengembangan produk kerajinan bambu serta pemanfaatan teknologi guna memasarkan produk secara luas serta bernilai jual. Tujuan spesial yang diharapkan tercapai lewat program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kerajinan bambu sebagai industri kreatif yang bisa meningkatkan perekonomian di kelurahan pabuaran. Adapun metode yang digunakan meraih tujuan tersebut dengan penerapan Kano Model serta strategi E-commerce. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sudah 100% dilaksanakan dan telah menghasilkan luaran diantaranya yaitu (1) Produk yang cukup berkualitas sehingga dapat terjual di pasaran, (2) terlaksananya strategi pemasaran secara online melalui sosial media dan marketplace (3) meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat untuk terus mengembangkan kerajinan bambu sebagai bagian dari industri kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Loyalitas Kerja dan Pay Satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek perusahaan PT Samator Gas Industri Cilegon. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah IBM SPSS V25. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji parsial t, dan uji simultan F. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel Loyalitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel pay satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan nilai F hitung > F tabel (3.898 > 2.859) dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan tingkat signifikan 0,016 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X1), Loyalitas Kerja (X2) dan Pay Satisfaction (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability as measured by the Return On Assets (ROA) proxy and Leverage as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy on earnings quality. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative research design that is causal in nature. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2017-2019. The total population in this study were 193 companies. The sampling method in this study used the company purposive sampling method which complied with the company being a sample of 94 with 3 years of observation. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on earnings quality while leverage has no effect on earnings quality. The results of this study can be used as a reference in the field of finance. The limitations of this study only examine two variables that affect earnings quality. It is hoped that in subsequent research, add or use other independent variables that can affect earnings quality, such as liquidity, profit growth, dividend policy, accounting conservatism and so on.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is a type of Islamic education in Indonesia that is traditional and has special characteristics as a place for parents to send their children to school. The spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools need to be planted as an effort to increase economic resilience. This community service aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the Islamic boarding school in Carenang, namely the Darul Ahibah Islamic Boarding School so that students can be independent in entrepreneurship after graduating from the Islamic Boarding School and contribute to improving the community's economy. The service is carried out from April 09 - April 23, 2022 with 3 approaches including preparation for service including observing service locations, interviewing partner needs, designing service programs and preparing service programs that have been prepared. The next stage is the implementation of the service which consists of entrepreneurship training, the use of waste recycling, and the provision of entrepreneurial stimulus for students. Participants in this service focus on class XII Islamic boarding school students, totaling 48 students. The results of the dedication of students get new knowledge and knowledge and are more confident to try entrepreneurship and form a fund business unit, a good response is also obtained from the Manager Islamic Boarding School who is very appreciative of the service carried out
