Abstract

Exploring, studying and practicing the values contained in the Qur'an is a must for every Muslim.  Al-Qur'an is an ocean of knowledge that will never run out to continue to be studied and the values contained therein to be practiced in everyday life. In this study the researcher focused on the educational values contained in the verses starting with “ياأيهاالنّاس”, which if we discuss and study, we will find so many educational values contained in these verses including the values of faith, morals and good manners, as well as social values that are very important to be learned and practiced by Muslims to become pious individually and socially. The purpose of this study is to discuss more deeply the educational values contained in the verses starting with “ياأيهاالنّاس”. The research approach used is to collect verses that begin with the “ياأيهاالنّاس”, then draw conclusions about the educational values contained therein through literacy studies or literature by referring to classical and contemporary Tafsir books and books education.

Abstract

Abstract Religious learning in the era of information technology development, especially in formal education institutions, faces serious challenges, if the teaching materials used are the majority of printed teaching materials and teacher teaching strategies are more dominant in applying a teacher-centered approach. Thus, in this millennial era, teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in developing and designing teaching materials, media, and student-centered learning strategies to increase motivation and interest in learning. This study aims to design an electronic-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching material model to increase student interest in elementary school (SDN) in Indonesia. Theories related to this design are the characteristics of the content and teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education, constructivist learning theory, technological and humanistic curricula as well as the characteristics of lower grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students. The type of research used is research and development with data collection techniques, interviews, and observations. The research findings show that the results of limited trials and extensive trials of the design of the electronic-based teaching material model of the development results indicate a significant increase in the learning interest of low-grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) after the treatment. (µ ≤ 0.05). Key-words: Teaching Materials, Learning Interest, Islamic Religious Education and Elementary School Students for Lower Grade AbstrakPembelajaran agama di era perkembangan teknologi informasi terutama di lembaga pendidikan formal mendapat tantangan serius, jika bahan ajar yang digunakan mayoritas bahan ajar cetak dan strategi mengajar guru lebih dominan menerapkan pendekatan yang terpusat pada guru. Dengan demikian, era milineal ini, guru dituntut lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan dan mendesain bahan ajar, media dan strategi pembelajaran yang terpusat pada siswa untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain sebuah model bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis elektronik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar (SDN) di Indoneia. Teori terkait dengan desain ini adalah karakteristk isi dan bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam, teori belajar konstrukvistik, kurikulum teknologis dan humanistik serta karakteristik siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) kelas bawah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa hasil uji coba terbatas dan uji coba luas atas desain model bahan ajar berbasis elektronik hasil pengembangan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan minat belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) kelas rendah dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) setelah perlakuan. Abstract

The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia continues to voice religious moderation to mainstream a peaceful Islamic discourse. This article aimed at looking at religious moderation values from several Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia. The focus of article aims to find a pattern of the implementation of moderation in Islam in Islamic universities. This article discusses to what extent Islamic higher education institutions internalize religious moderation values to students. By conducting qualitative research, this article explores 3 Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia: Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Universitas Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo, and Ma’had Aly As'adiyah. The result shows that higher education institutions play a critical role in inculcating religious moderation values through pesantren institutions. The Pesantren universities have a role in transmitting moderate Islamic values through their curriculum and various religious activities. This research reveals that religious moderation is implicated in these 3 Islamic universities. The curriculum is eclectic and reflects moderation values, such as national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and local culture accommodation. This study concludes that the three pesantrenuniversities in Indonesia have a distinctive pattern of emphasizing moderation in the three areas: theoretical, practical, and ideological aspect.

Abstract

The many problems of education in Indonesia, need fast and right efforts from the government, especially policyholders in the education sector. The dynamic world of education requires the presence of effective and efficient education policies. One of the problems of education in Indonesia is the implementation of education in “ 3 T “ Areas (Frontier, Remote, And Underdeveloped ), where there is a shortage of teachers. To solve that problem, the ministry of education and culture create “ Maju Bersama Mencerdaskan Indonesia Program “ (MBMI) where one of the program contents is empowerment the bachelor’s degree to teach in 3 T areas. Certainly, this is a short-term solution, because they become teachers only one year in that area. Not only that, but the government also empowers the army as the teacher in 3 T areas. Empowerment of the army as the teacher leaves a problem about the function of the army in army and police laws. Furthermore, the professionalism of the army as the teacher is doubtful. How much effectiveness and efficiency this policy will try to analyze with SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan Program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah melibatkan banyak elemen yang belum tentu semuanya berpartisipatif dengan baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berusaha membantu pemerintah untuk mengevaluasi program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah dengan model evaluasi CIPP yaitu evaluasi konteks , input, proses, dan produk yang dipopulerkan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi yang bermanfaat bagi dunia akademik mengenai pemahaman tentang salah satu program pemerintah di bidang pendidikan yaitu Program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah serta memberikan gambaran implementasi Program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah Kota Balikpapan untuk menjadi evaluasi bagi pihak terkait. Selain itu penelitian ini bermaksud memberikan umpan balik bagi stakeholders tentang dampak implementasi program Indonesia Pintar serta sebagai dasar perencanaan program selanjutnya. Beberapa temuan di lapangan menunjukkan terjadinya ketidak tepatan sasaran penerima bantuan, serta penggunaan dana bantuan yang tidak tepat. Selain itu dana Program bantuan juga perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kuota siswa miskin, begitu juga dengan kurangnya sosialisasi tentang Program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah.

Abstract

Kebijakan birokrasi merupakan ranah penting yang harus diselaraskan dalam menjalankan roda pendidikan. Hal ini disebabkan, karena faktor tersebut diberikan mandat khusus yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas serta kuantitas pendidikan yang menjadi salah satu tolak ukur kemajuan suatu bangsa. Administrasi akan mandul tanpa adanya kebijakan birokrasi yang profesional, ketimpangan inilah yang mengakibatkan kesenjangan birokrasi pendidikan yang selalu menuai tanda tanya dimata publik. Artikel ini merupakan potret dalam mengemukakan beberapa konsep gagasan perihal masalah mengenai praktik kerja sistem administrasi dan kebijakan birokrasi pendidikan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran terhadap rancunya progres dunia pendidikan saat ini, baik dari sistem administrasi yang memiliki kompleksitas yang tinggi maupun perihal seluk beluk kebijakan birokrasi pendidikan di Indonesia. Selain menganalisa kesenjangan birokrasi pendidikan di Indonesia, penulis juga akan menawarkan sumbangsih dalam pengambilan langkah preventif guna mengatasi permasalah terhadap rancunya kebijakan birokrasi di Indonesia. Cara yang beracuan untuk memupuk etos yang lebih baik dalam menggenggam pendidikan melalui struktur administrasi dan birokrasi pendidikan yang sehat serta kondusif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka (library research), yaitu penulisan yang mengumpulkan sejumlah referensi yang relevan (penilaian autentik) di dunia pendidikan. Bahan rujukan yang dijadikan acuan adalah buku, tesis, artikel, jurnal dan berbagai bahan lainnya.

Abstract

The development of the era goes hand in hand with human thought which is capable of touching various aspects of life, including religion. Many groups of people who are too excessive in studying religion in a way that is not right that ultimately results in the emergence of deviations of thought that deviates from the true nature which later became known as radical. Bearers of this radical understanding are also trying to spread their doctrine to various groups including the dominant schoolchildren who have a high level of curiosity. The purpose of writing this article is to provide education to several parties especially Islamic Religious Education teachers to address the spread of radical understanding in the school environment. The method that author use in this article is library research by gathering various library information. This article describes various efforts to promote radical understanding in spreading its doctrine and preventive actions that can be implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools.

Abstract

Science is a knowledge of a field which is arranged systematically according to certain methods that can be used to explain certain symptoms in that field. Etymologically, science comes from the Arabic Language from the word ‘ilm’ which means to understand or know. Science is not merely knowledge based on agreed theories and can be systematically tested with a set of methods that are recognized in a particular field of science. In terms of philosopy, science is formed bbecause human tray to think further about the knowledge they have. Religion is a system that regulates the rules of God Almighty and it’s rules of association relate to human association and it’s enviroment. With the relevant knowledge. And the separation of general science and religious science make negative thinking on the side of those who are more inclined in their own religious or general science. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems and solutions caused by the dichotomy itself to achieve an education that has a vision and mission without a grouping system accordingto the dicipline science.

Abstract

Madrasah dan pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Peran dari pendidikan Islam khususnya di madrasah dan pesantren di zaman era globalisasi ini adalah harus siap menerima dan menghadapi perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi yang sebagian besar berasal dari negara-negara asing. Madrasah dan persantren harus melakukan pembaharuan dan perubahan agar menciptakan generasi-generasi yang kuat, generasi yang memiliki pengetahuan yang luas serta mampu mengembangkan pengetahuan yang berasal dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Sehingga mampu menjadikan generasi yang tidak hanya sukses dalam masalah agama saja, akan tetapi mampu menghadapi kemajuan IPTEK di era globalisasi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk membahas tentang tantangan dan solusi pendidikan agama Islam di madrasah dan pesantren dalam era globalisasi. Hal-hal yang dapat dilaksankan oleh madrasah dan pesantren dalam meningkatkan pendidikan Islam di era globalisasi yaitu mengindetifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi madrasah dan pesantren, serta melihat bagaimana solusi pendidikan Islam yang dapat dilakukan agar bisa mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan.
