Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and compensation for job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees at PT. Adira Quantum Multifianance Pekanbaru branch. The research sample as many as 157 people were selected using census method that is the entire population being sampled, while data collected using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are two-stage regression analysis using SPSS version 22.The results showed that the workload significantly affect job satisfaction, and compensation have a significant impact on job satisfaction, workload and compensation simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction significantly influence employee turnover intention. The results of this study is, any increase job satisfaction hence potentially lower workload, and high compensation potential to increase job satisfaction. Increased job satisfaction has the potential to reduce the rate of employee turnover intention. Keywords :workload, compensation, job statisfaction, tunrnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect Of Leadership and Motivation to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Civil Servants At the Department of Education and UPTD Indragiri Hulu. This study population is a Civil Servant amounted to 170 people, the determination of the number of samples by using the formula Slovin concordance rate of 5% using cluster random sampling and purposive sampling, a sample of 119 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is path analysis using SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership and no significant positive effect on job satisfaction civil servants. (2) Motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction civil servants. (3) Job satisfaction and no significant positive effect on organizational commitment of civil servants. (4) Leadership positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of civil servants. (5) Motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of civil servants. (6) Leadership positive and significant impact indirectly on organizational commitment of civil servants through the mediating role of job satisfaction variables. (7) Motivation positive and significant impact indirectly on organizational commitment of civil servants through the mediating role of job satisfaction variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and organizational culture to work productivity through performance at umkm in the food and beverage sector in Indragiri Hulu District, totaling 8 UMKM with 55 employees. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the research, tp test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysiis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The sampling technique is a method that has been selected cencus (8 UMKM with 55 employees). The result showed that : 1). There is a positive and significant effect of training on the performance of the UMKM in the food and beverage sector in Indragiri Hulu District. 2). There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the performance. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of training on the work productivity. 4) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the work productivity 5) There is a positive and significant effect of training on the work productivity through performance. 6) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on the work productivity through performance. 7) There is a positive and significant effect of performance on the work productivity.Keywords : Training, Organizational Culture, Performance, Work Productivity

Abstract

The research conducted at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri with the purpose to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and work stress by simultant and partial on employee morale at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. Population and sample in this research it is a 60 employee of all employee the operational part in PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. Data collection methods used through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive, as it also used quantitative analysis, specifically using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 18.0. Of the research and data processing has been done. Simultan regression test (F Test) show the work environment and work stress has a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. The result of partial test (t Test) show that work environment partially has a significant impact on employee morale at PT. Agung Automall Branch of Duri. Of the research conducted it is suggested to the company to pay more attention the work environment and work stress of employees, especially employee of part servce and sales so that make employees more passion in their work so that the work of employees in company even become more optimal.Keywords : work environment, work stres and morale

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Waskira Karya (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pekanbaru with the aim to explain the variable training program, employee development and organizational culture in simultaneous and parcial to employee competency at PT. Waskira Karya (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pekanbaru.This research used pimary data namely data were obtained from interviews and administration of the questionnaire to all employees at PT. Waskira Karya (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Pekanbaru. Secondary data relating to the object and organizational structure. Population in this research were all employees totaling 40 people and sampled. Methods of analysis used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression.Of the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (uji-F) suggests that training program, employee development and organizational culture variables simultaneously significant effect on employe competency. Of the partial test (uji-t) result indicate that the variables of training program, employee development and organizaional culture are partially significant efect on employee competency. Results of caculation coefficient of determination is equal to 0,610 which mean, training program, employee development variables and organizational culture jointly influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : Training, employee, development, organizational culture, and competency

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation simultaneously on work enthusiasm of Production Department employees at PT Wira Karya Pramitra. The populations were 55 employees of PT Wira Karya Pramitra's production department and used a saturated sample. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Technique collecting the data was questionnaires and documentation. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with work enthusiasm as dependent variable and three independent variables are leadership, work environment and motivation. The results of this study stated that leadership, work environment and motivation have significant effect on the work enthusiasm.Keyword: Leadership, Work Environment, Motivation, Work Enthusiasm

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of leadership, punishment and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance of Department Energy and Mineral Resources Riau Province, as 66 employees.Primary data was collected by questionnaires as instrument to prove the result of research, to test the hypothesis in this research is to use multiple linear regresion analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is a simple random sampling method. he result of the research shows that: 1) There are positive and significant influence of leadership on the employees performance of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Riau Province; 2) there is a negative and significant effect of punishment on the employees performance of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Riau Province; 3) positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources Riau Province, 4) leadership, punishment, and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the employees performance of Department of Energy and Mineral Resources Riau ProvinceKeywords : Employee Performance, Leadership, Punishment, Organizational Culture

Abstract

This research was conducted at Bengkalis Regency PDAM with the aim to discuss Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance with the Perception of Work Environment as Intervening Variable in Bengkalis Regency PDAM. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Bengkalis Regency. The sampling technique used census techniques. Participation was taken as many as 58 employees of Bengkalis Regency PDAM. The technique of collecting data with questionnaires. The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the evaluation conducted on work discipline, a significant motivation for the performance of PDAM employees in Bengkalis Regency. Work discipline, motivation significantly influence the perception of the work environment. Discipline and motivation have a significant effect on perception of the work environment and performance.
