Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dan pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Mal Layanan Umum Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian deskriptif eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang yang berkunjung ke Mall Layanan Umum Kota Palopo. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi Exel, SPSS dan Smart PLS. nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,092 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 atau nilai T statistiknya 4,338 > 1,984. kerjasama pemerintah dengan instansi vertikal, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena nilai signifikansi 0,830 > 0,05 atau nilai T statistik 0,125 < 1,984, nilai signifikan 0,092 > 0,05 atau nilai T statistik adalah 1,487 <1,894. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 atau nilai T statistiknya 4,338 > 1,984. kerjasama pemerintah dengan instansi vertikal, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena nilai signifikansi 0,830 > 0,05 atau nilai T statistik 0,125 < 1,984, nilai signifikan 0,092 > 0,05 atau nilai T statistik adalah 1,487 <1,894. – Teknologi informasi terus dijaga agar ada peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat di mall pelayanan publik Kota Palopo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UMKM. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan besar sampel minimal yaitu 10 kali jumlah item pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Selanjutnya metode yang digunakan adalah analisis linier. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam hal ini, kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan keunggulannya dalam hal daya saing melalui peningkatan literasi digital.

Abstract

The satisfaction of the community is a very important factor and determines the success of a business entity because the public are consumers of the products or services it generates. Problems found in the study are the complaints about the lack of visitors going to the Ministry as well as the facilities and infrastructure that are going on in Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo, so the impact on the number of visitors Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo. This study aims to analyze the quality of service provided to the public health center or community Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo and to determine the level of conformity between the performance of the Ministry of public health with the hope of Community importance or use of the service. Analysis tools are used is to use the community's Satisfaction Index (IKM). Community satisfaction (IKM) is calculated using the weighted average value of each item of service in accordance with the decision of the Minister for Administrative Reform No. 25 of 2004. The methods used to determine the level of conformity is a method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The Research Community Satisfaction Index measurement (IKM) indicates the quality of the given services Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo still less well, based on the average value of the elements of each service unit at the clinic. Form comparisons between expectations and performance service levels, there are some elements that should be prioritized as elements of service, speed and commitmen because in fact the community still feel lack of commitmen employees of Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo in serving the community.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important element in the success and growth of the organization. Employee performance can be measured through various factors that reflect their contribution to the organization. Motivation and leadership are the two main factors that have a significant influence on employee performance. The combination of high motivation and effective leadership can have a positive impact on employee performance. Motivation provides intrinsic and extrinsic drives for employees to perform well, while leadership provides guidance, support, and inspiration to achieve the desired results. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance. Determining the number of samples used in this study is done using the census method, where the total population of 45 employees is also used as a sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it appears that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the leadership variable has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Knowledge, skills, and confidence in financial management for women are essential given the complexity of their more frequent role in managing financial resources in a family. The implementation of community service aims to increase the financial resilience of pre-prosperous women's families through increased financial literacy in Palopo City. The approach to implementing community service uses the Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA), which is oriented toward the sustainability of the family economy so that the family is stronger. The results of the pre-test implementation confirmed that the participants' level of financial proficiency was shallow. With financial literacy counseling and simulated treatment of financial management on family financial decisions related to skills taking into account the 5M (controlling, spending, building, setting aside, and developing), there was a significant increase in proficiency in financial management in the post-test evaluation carried out by the team. In these results, there is an increase in knowledge, skills, and commitment to improving financial literacy and good behavior so that family financial resilience increases.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important element that influences the success and efficiency of the organization as a whole. Personality and good communication are very important to support employee performance. A good personality and strong communication skills can be trained and developed through proper training, experience and support. It is important for organizations to encourage and support personality development and positive communication to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the impact of personality and communication on employee performance. Determining the number of samples used in this study is done using the census method, where the total population of 37 employees is also used as a sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings prove that personality and communication have a significant positive impact on employee performance.
