Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha. dalam hal ini karyawan pada PT. Mitra Global Kencana memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam proses pencapaian perusahaan, oleh karena itu sistem informasi sdm, pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja perlu diterapkan untuk tercapainya kinerja karyawan yang baik. Dilihat dari hal tersebut maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah sistem informasi sdm, Pelatihan kerja dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan? Jenis di dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang mana semua jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini yang berjumlah 63 responden, dan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis linear berganda dan uji hipotesa. dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS Versi 25 yang menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sistem informasi sdm, pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi sdm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari hasil thitung (6,349) > ttabel (1,998) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < (0,05), Pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari thitung (4,400) > ttabel (1,998) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < (0,05), dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil thitung (3,490) > ttabel (1,998) dan nilai signifikansi (0,001) < (0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variable kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intentions di PT. Taruma Mandiri Indonesia. Reponden penelitian berjumlah 59 responden yang merupakan seluruh pegawai PT Taruma Mandiri Indonesia. Analisis data dengan regresi linier ganda. Kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif sedangkan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intentions. Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment and job stress on turnover intentions at PT. Taruma Mandiri Indonesia. Research respondents totaled 59 respondents who were all employees of PT Taruma Mandiri Indonesia. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Job satisfaction and job stress have a positive effect, while organizational commitment has no effect on turnover intentions

Abstract

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The right human reseource are a very important requirement to creat a competitive advantage for a company. The succes or failure of a company cannot be separated from the performance of employees. There are several factors that affect employee performance, one of which is. Work Motivation and Work Discpline. This study aims to determine whether ther is an effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Karang Bahagia sub-district office, kab. Bekasi. The data collection of this research used observation and questionnaires which were distributed to 37 employees at the happy sub-district office. This study uses a nonprobability sampling technique, this research is a quantitative study with the statistical assistance program SPSS version 28, the analytical method used is multiple Linear Regression to prove the hypothesis of this study has met the validity test, realiability test, calcic assumption test and then processesd to get regression equality. Based on the result of the discussion in this study, it can be ascertained that work motivation has a possitive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

Transportasi umum kini sudah berkembang di era digital yang canggih ini sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk bisa membantu aktivitas dan keprluannya sehari-hari. Sepeda motor merupakan transportasi yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat dan mengalami peningkatan paling tinggi tiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh driver ojek online Gojek di wilayah Cikarang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental sampling, maka jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 67 orang. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan uji statistik secara parsial mengenai Lingkungan menunjukkan nilai t sebesar -1,825 dengan signifikasi 0,073, yang berarti bahwa variabel Lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap Kinerja, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan tidak mempengaruhi Kinerja driver Gojek di Wilayah Cikarang Selatan. Uji statistik mengenai Semangat Kerja menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 19,920 dengan signifikasi 0,000, yang berarti bahwa variabel Semangat Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Semangat Kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja driver Gojek di Wilayah Cikarang Selatan. Secara simultan Lingkungan Dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel atau 1471,495 > Ftabel 3,140 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Dengan hasil R square sebesar 0,990 atau 99%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu komponen Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, dikarenakan setiap dosen mempunyai kewajiban untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian yang kami laksanakan adalah pendampingan pembuatan sertifikat halal produk dari hasil usaha UMKM. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah UMKM yang tergabung dalam APMIKIMMDO (Asosiasi Pengusaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Mandiri Indonesia). Permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM diantaranya minimnya pemahaman mengenai manfaat sertifikasi halal bagi produk mereka, serta kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai digitalisasi untuk mendaftarkan produk halal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pemaparan dan pendampingan tata cara pendaftaran sertifikasi halal produk. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di kampus Universitas Pelita Bangsa dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) UMKM binaan APMIKIMMDO. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan secara langsung melalui pengisian sertifikasi secara online menggunakan perangkat handphone dan laptop. Setelah pendampingan, seluruh UMKM dapat membuat sertifikasi halal dengan benar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of Mitra10 Karawang employees. So the objectives to be achieved in this research are, to find out how much work motivation and work environment affect the performance of Mitra10 Karawang employees, to find out how much motivation work affects the performance of Mitra10 Karawang employees, to find out how much the work environment affects the performance of Mitra10 Karawang employees, which independent variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. The research location is Mitra10 Karawang, Teluk Jambe, West Karawang. The sample selection method in this study is a saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, dominantly work motivation variable affects employee performance. The implication of this research is that there are cleanliness observers and workspace observers so that the tasks given by employees are done well and it is hoped that work motivation will increase the passion and enthusiasm of employees in a company.

Abstract

Sumber pendapatan utama MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in adalah SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) dan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Begitupula dengan santrinya yang berjumlah sekitar 100an, dengan demikian sumber dana Pesantren masih sangatlah terbatas. Keterbatasan dana ini lah yang menjadikan honor pendidik/guru/ustadz di MTs Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in masih terbatas. Kesejahteraan guru pada suatu lembaga pendidikan harus difikirkan dengan matang. Kesejahteraan guru akan menunjang profesionalisme seorang guru tersebut.. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru/ustadz, maka Pesantren perlu membentuk UMKM atau koperasi. UMKM ini perlu didaftarkan agar memiliki akses pembiayaan dan akses bantuan dari pemerintah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in yang terletak di Kampung Buwek Desa Sumber Jaya Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren mengenai pentingnya legalisasi Usaha Menengah Kecil Mikro (UMKM) Pesantren, dan selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan terhadap staff atau ustadz atau guru yang mengelola usaha Pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo in East Jakarta. The research sample was 60 people and data were collected using a questionnaire questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results of this study; The data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument and have been tested for validity and reliability. The examiner of this data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and f-test. The results of the study based on partial testing showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of Sig = 0.000 and tcount of 3.888 while ttable = 1.670 because the value of Sig < 0.05 and tcount> ttable then H1 was accepted. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, obtained the value of Sig = 0.008 and tcount 2.730 while ttable = 1.670 because the value of Sig < 0.05 and tcount> ttable then H2 is accepted. The work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, the value of Sig = 0.876 and tcount 0.157 while ttable = 1.670 because the value of Sig > 0.05 and tcount < ttable then H3 is rejected. Simultaneous testing shows that motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo in East Jakarta.
