Abstract

Quality human resources are people who can and are willing to help an organization achieve its goals. The aim of this research was to determine the increase in work commitment, work ability, organizational culture and human resource performance in Trebungan Village and Kayuputih Village. The population in this study were all Trebungan Village and Kayuputih Village officials, totaling 35 people. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing of this study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the direct influence hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that work commitment had a significant positive effect on organizational culture, work ability had a positive but not significant effect on organizational culture, work commitment had a significant positive effect on performance, work ability had a positive but not significant effect on performance, and organizational culture had a positive but not significant effect on performance. The results of testing the indirect influence hypothesis showed that the work commitment variable did not significantly influence performance through organizational culture, work ability did not significantly influence performance through organizational culture.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of training and organizational culture on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for state civil servants at UPT Puskesmas Besuki. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, training has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on performance ASN, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, training has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

Marketing is one of the important factors in the company. It is also called the heart of company's life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product variety and product quality on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction at Anita Cake in Situbondo. The population in this study were all consumers who ordered cake from Anita. The sampling method used simple random sampling with a total sample 93. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing used Smart PLS3.0 application showed that product variation has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product variety and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product variety and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In business world, there are various ways to achieve success. Every businessman always learns how to make the business reach its target. The desired profit will encourage business people to achieve the determined targets. A businessman will keep on looking for opportunities for their company's marketing. Competition will keep happening, so opportunities must be seen and targets must be achieved. Therefore, Permata Bakery shop must be able to choose the right marketing strategy to develop and maintain the business stability because that becomes an indicator to get success. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions at Permata Bakery in Situbondo with purchase intention as an intervening variable. The population in this research is the consumers of Permata Bakery shop. The sampling technique is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing use Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant effect on purchase decisions, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase decisions, and purchase intention has an effect significant to the purchase decision. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis testing reveal that product quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. Word of mouth has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention

Abstract

Educational institutions are one of the most important elements for the progress of the nation's civilization, for that Madrasah Aliyah (MA) has an important role to be able to produce superior Indonesian human resources, Madrasah Aliyah graduates must become competitive and superior human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test teacher competence and work discipline in influencing teacher performance at MA Ibrahimy Wali Songo Situbondo with mediation of work motivation variables. The population in this study was MA Ibrahimy Wali Songo Situbondo teachers. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that teacher competence has a significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable teacher competence on teacher performance with work motivation has a significant positive effect, work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation has a negative but insignificant effect.

Abstract

The beauty that prevails in society creates a vision of beauty that becomes the standard for calling a woman beautiful. The use of skin care products is the most popular thing, but some skin care products have to face a lot of competition in the world market because of the large number of products available to the general public. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention as an intervening variable at Panji Situbondo Cantika shop. The population in this study are all consumers who come to Toko Cantika. random sampling method (simple probability sampling) regardless of strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, location has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Marketing is an essential part of the sustainability and development of a company. Therefore, Rumah Makan Tunggal Rasa must be able to choose the right marketing strategy to develop the business and maintain business stability because it is one of the keys to business success. This study analyses and tests store image and product quality's effect on customer loyalty at Rumah Makan Tunggal Rasa, with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling techniques are determined by probability sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that the store image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, consumer quality has a significant effect on purchase satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable store image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact.

Abstract

Human resources are a strategic factor in all organizational activities because human resources are the primary support for implementing organizational goals. This study aimed to determine the effect of salary and incentives on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were all employees of UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that salary has an insignificant effect and impacts job satisfaction. Incentives have a significant effect and have an impact on Job Satisfaction. Salary has an insignificant effect and has an impact on performance. Incentives have an insignificant effect and have an impact on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect and has an impact on performance. Abstract

Information technology development has penetrated the government world, where almost all agencies have used technology in data processing and report-making. Information technology can overhaul a system so that the government becomes more transparent and accountable in providing and presenting services oriented to the public interest. The development of information technology in the government environment has an essential role in providing convenience in various aspects of public service activities. Implementing information technology into various public services in the government has strategic values and is considered capable of conquering difficulties in changing the work culture for the better. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion previously described, several conclusions can be drawn from the overall research results, namely as follows: Work commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a negative insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, work commitment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The culinary business is the choice of many people because this type of business is easier to run than other businesses. The large number of culinary business actors who open restaurant businesses has resulted in a high level of competition between culinary business actors. The easy system makes many people use this service as an alternative choice to get food in an easy way. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction through consumer buying interest as an intervening variable at Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. the population in this study is the entire population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. After observing and interviewing consumers, Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that price has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Price has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Purchase intention has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchase intention. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchase intention.
