Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the results of the learning process at the P faculty who graduated in 2017/2018 with a quantitative approach through Statistical Process Control. The number of samples was sixty graduates that were randomly selected (customary for cases like this). The results of research measurements show that the average value of productivity is 16.66, the range is 1.20, the standard deviation is 0.71, Defects per Million Opportunity (DPMO) is 17,240, and sigma level is 3.61. The average value control chart, DPMO, and sigma level indicate an uncontrolled state that is characterized by the presence of sample set points that come out of the upper and lower control limits, as well as the individual values ​​that make up the sample set.

Abstract

Today the competition in the business world is getting tighter, this is indicated by the number of competing companies that have sprung up that are engaged in the same type of business in capturing the market so that consumers buy the products offered and try to keep their customers so as not to turn to the same product from different companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image and service quality on customer satisfaction, Brand Image and service quality on customer loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in Makassar city. To implement these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation, using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results of the study found that brand image and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can partially mediate between brand image and service quality on customer loyalty. It can be indicated that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied the customer will be, thus impacting customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the right strategy development of Makassar New Port through the SWOT approach, Boston Consulting Group and General Electric. This research uses a quantitative and qualitative approach, the sample used is 30 directors and all levels of PT Pelindo IV (Persero). Analysis of the data used in this study is the SWOT analysis, BCG (Boston Consulting Group) and GE (General Electric). The results showed that with an established company condition with consistent profitability achievement, the strategy selection used by using the QSPM method was to strengthen its strategic position in developing the Makassar New Port and to map business potential in order to support the Makassar New Port as part of the Main Sea Corridor in Indonesia East. From the results of the BCG and General Electric matrix analysis, the position of Makassar New Port is in the position of Stars and Growing Selective. Associated with Makassar's position in the SWOT analysis, the strategy to strengthen the strategic position of Makassar New Port is most suitable for use in business development and competition.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the business position of PT MHE Demag Indonesia in the Makassar Branch. This research is designed to direct the strategic decisions of the new branch in Makassar. The managerial strategy decisions in this study are in the scope of GE (general electric) analysis and Miles & Snow typology analysis. Location or place of research in Makassar, Sulawesi. The data collected includes secondary data. The population and sample in this study include general managers, managers, and assistant managers to the board of directors totaling 30 people. Data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis, TOWS, BCG, General Electric, and Miles & Snow. The results showed that the business of PT MHE Demag Indonesia in the Makassar branch was generally in a profitable position with sufficient potential resources. Efforts to increase the competitive advantage of Branch Offices by maximizing all the strengths and opportunities they have, while simultaneously minimizing weaknesses and threats. Based on the analysis of Miles and Snow used, based on the People and Marketing indicators, the Makassar Branch implements the Prospector strategy, the customer care, and products indicators apply the analyzers strategy, while the process and financial indicators apply the defender strategy.

Abstract

The competitive conditions in the banking sector are also getting tougher, especially with the onset of the era of free trade today, companies must exercise a sustainable competitive advantage which can be seen from the extent to which the company is able to unite various activities that match each other, making the company different and unique from its competitors so as to continuously outperform them. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions in SWOT Analysis, as well as to determine the strategy used by PT. Bank Sulselbar Maros Branch in building a competitive advantage in a sustainable manner. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used SWOT analysis. The results of the study found that the results of the analysis of internal conditions and external conditions at PT. Bank Sulsebar, Maros Branch, show that in a SWOT analysis the strengths and opportunities are greater than the weaknesses and threats faced. This means that the position of PT. Bank Sulselbar Maros branch has been in an advantageous position thus encouraging aggressive growth policy. Determination of a suitable strategy used by PT. Bank Sulsebar, Maros Branch in building a sustainable competitive advantage is a market penetration strategy, namely a growth strategy by increasing market share in the marketing of bank service products, increasing market growth by expanding the bank's product marketing network to remote areas in order to add new customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism product, service quality, and health protocol on tourist satisfaction and revisit intention, this research was done in three gilis west Nusa Tenggara which are gili trawangan, gili air, and gili meno and there were 388 respondents have been set in this research. the analysis technique used was structural equation modeling (SEM). the result of this research showed that tourism product has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction and revisit intention, service quality has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction and revisit intention, on the other health protocol has positive but no significant influence on tourists’ satisfaction and revisit intention. tourists’ satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on tourists’ visits.

Abstract

One of the major industries that have undergone a major transformation in the media industry. The influence of technology makes this industry more dynamic. Empirical facts from the impact of digitizing the media industry have been felt by several media that previously dominated the media market This research will analyze the success of the Palopo Pos newspaper as one of the media that is able to survive and exist to this day, both in terms of business and in terms of content or rubric. To analyze the success of the strategy carried out by the Palopo Pos newspaper, it is based on structure, performance, and conduct with other economic theories. The number of readers, company efficiency to the number of advertisers are indicators used to measure and analyze the success of the Palopo Pos newspaper.

Abstract

Terdapat motivasi intrinsik yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai di sektor publik yakni Public Service Motivation (PSM)dimana para pegawai yang lebih mementingkan memberikan pelayanan publik dibandingkan kepentingan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis menganalisis pengaruh dimensi Public Service Motivation (PSM)terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RSUD Haji Makassar.Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Haji Makassar, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cross sectional.Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling dan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 142 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah chisquare dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara attraction to public participation, commitment to public values, compassion, self sacrifice terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat RSUD Haji Makassar (p value (0.001) < 0.05) dan compassion menunjukkan pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat dengan koefisien 0,519, kemudian diikuti oleh self sacrifice dengan koefisien 0.744, commitment to public values dengan koefisien 0,482 attraction to public participationdengan koefisien 0,454.

Abstract

Keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit adalah suatu sistem dimana rumah sakit membuat asuhan pasien lebih aman.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh attitude, sharing, innovation, skill, team work, motivation,organization, vision/objektive, community standar terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien di RSUD A.M ParikesitTenggarong. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectionalstudy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit A.M Parikesit Tenggarong. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak217 responden yang merupakan medis dan paramedis di rumah sakit. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresilinear untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ada pengaruh attitude terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien (p=0.002). Ada pengaruh sharing terhadapbudaya keselamatan pasien (p=0.046). Ada pengaruh inovation terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien (p=0.036).Tidak ada pengaruh skill terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien (p=0.057). Ada pengaruh team work terhadapbudaya keselamatan pasien (p=0,032). Ada pengaruh motivation terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien (0.032).Ada pengaruh organization terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien (p=0.038). Ada pengaruh vision terhadapbudaya keselamatan pasien (p=0.029). Ada pengaruh community standar terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien(p=0.033). Tingkat budaya keselamatan pasien berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and investigate the involvement of variables in influencing green purchase behavior in Makassar City. The number of respondents sampled in this study was 90 people. The analysis method of this study is to use structural equation modeling. The results of the study analysis stated that the entire research hypothesis had a positive and significant effect. The findings of this study indicate that Consumers with a more substantial level of environmental awareness may think about their eco-social benefits when buying green products. A person who has a positive attitude towards environmental issues may be warier about the proportion of green ingredients and the effect of their trust in buying green products.
