Abstract

abstract. The purpose of the study : 1). To find educational applications Unit Level Curriculum(SBC) in mathematics  2). To determine the constraints encountered in the application of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (SBC) specifically mathematics . This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Baratin 2011/2012 . Subjects were Principal , Subject Teacher , Student and School Committee . The research method is qualitative research . Key instruments : research and survey instrumentation tape recorder , sheet interviews , open questionnaires , observation sheets . The findings of the study : 1). Application of SBC mathematics does not meet the standards set by the government , 2). the constraints faced; a.Gedung schools that are not yet available ; b.Ketersediaan learning resources are very less ; c.Fasilitas and supporting infrastructure of education is very less ; d.Intake of students is very less ; e.Minat and student motivation is low ; f.Partisipasi community in supporting education is lacking . Key Words: Aplication, KTSP, Mathematics, SMK

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis konstruksi tes adalah telaah terhadap seperangkat tes hasil belajar, apakah seperangkat tes hasil belajar tersebut layak sebagai tes yang baik dalam arti valid, reliable, objektif, dan praktis. Dengan demikian tes yang baik dapat mengukur hasil belajar siswa dengan tepat, mengoreksi kelemahan dan kekurangan yang dilakukan, meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar-mengajar, menunjang kelancaran dan keberhasilan proses belajar-mengajar, serta dapat membantu tanggung jawab sekolah dalam memperlancar pelaksanaan kurikulum, membantu sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan, meningkatkan kredibilitas sekolah dengan adanya guru yang memiliki keterampilan dalam menyusun soal. Kata kunci: konstruksi tes, hasil belajar

Abstract

abstract. The purpose of the study : 1).Describe the process of learning mathematics by implementing cooperative learning model Think Pair Share.2). Describe the average math learning outcomesby implementing cooperative learning model Think Pair Share. 3). Proves significantly better quality of mathematics learning process by implementing cooperative learning model Think Pair Share.4). Prove significantly the average math learning outcomes either by implementing cooperative learning model Think Pair Share . This research was conducted at SMK Swasta Pembda Nias with research subjects were students of class XII TGB 1st semester academic year 2011/2012 , amounting to 40 people . This study is an action research (CAR), which consists of two cycles with the subject matter of chance . Research instruments : 1). Observation sheet , consisting of (a) the observation sheet for students who are not active in the learning process (b) observation sheet for students who are actively involved in the learning process (c) observation sheets for teachers. 2). Achievement test , (3) Questionnaire quality of learning , (4) The interview . Results of the study : 1). The quality of the learning process through the application of mathematical learning model Think Pair Share . Average results of the questionnaire at the end of the first cycle was 78 % belonging to either category and at the end of the second cycle was 89 % belonging to either category at all, 2). Average mathematics learning outcomes through the application of learning model Think Pair Share . Average learning outcomes at the end of the first cycle are classified as either category and 78.86 at the end of the second cycle was 81.70 classified as either category . Percentage of mastery learning in the first cycle to 78 % , while in the second cycle percentage reached 95 % mastery learning , 3). Based on the results of the Z test for hypothesis testing measures the quality of learning , Zhitung = 1.97 value obtained was further confirmed by Ztabel value = 1.64 at 5 % significance level ( α = 0.05 ) . Because Zhitung > Ztabel , then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected , so it is concluded that the hypothesis : " the quality of the learning process of mathematics by implementing cooperative learning model think pair share reached 75 % ( good ) " received a significant level of 5 % , 4 . Based on the results of t-test for testing the hypothesis action on student learning outcomes , the value of t = 6.15 was further confirmed by the value table = 1.685 at significant level of 5 % ( α = 0.05 ) . Because of t > t table , then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected , so it is concluded that the hypothesis : " the average math learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model Think Pair Share is 75 (good) " received a significant level of 5 %. Key wods:Cooperative learning model Think Pair     Share, and learning result

Abstract

Abstract. This reseach is aimed to: (1) Describe quality of learning mathematics by using Cooperative Learning model, especially Jigsaw Type. (2) Describe the result of learning mathematics by using Cooperative Learning model, especially Jigsaw Type.The findings of this reseach were: (1) The averrage of result of questionnaire of learning quality by using Cooperative Learning model, especially Jigsaw Type. In the first cycle was 92,28%, the second cycle was 8825%,and the third cycle was 90,21%. So, the averrage was 90,25% (Excellent Predicate), (2) The averrage of the students’ learning outcomes by using Cooperative Learning model, especially Jigsaw Type in the first cycle was 30,23 (Poor), the second cycle was 43,28 (Poor), and the third cycle was 52,43 (Fair).Keyword: Cooperative Learning Model by using Jigsaw Type   Abstrak. Tujuan Penelitian: 1. Mendeskripsikan Kualitas Pembelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsau, 2. Mendeskripsikan Hasil Belajar Matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsau. Hasil Penelitian: 1. Rata-rata Hasil Angket Kualitas Pembelajaran dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsau pada Siklus I adalah 92,28%, Siklus II adalah 88,25%, dan pada Siklus III adalah 90,21% sehingga rata-rata adalah 90,25%(Amat Baik), 2. Rata-rata Hasil Belajar dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsau pada Siklus I  adalah 30,23 (Sangat Kurang), pada Siklus II adalah 43,28 (Sangat Kurang), dan pada Siklus III adalah 52,43 (Cukup). Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw

Abstract

This study aims to find out and obtain objective information about the effect of teacher professional competence and student learning facilities on learning achievement in class X SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat, Sambas Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with the Expost Facto approach. with the form of research used in this study is a comparative causal study. The data analysis technique from the results of this study is descriptive statistics used to describe the data for each variable and regression analysis is used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) the professional competence of teachers is included in the good criteria and a total score of 9770 is obtained. Student learning motivation is included in the high criteria and a total score of 5535 is obtained. The conclusion of this study is that the variable of teacher professional competence has a positive and significant influence on the results. student learning that is equal to 31.13%, and the variable of student learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes that is equal to 4.41%, while the variables of teacher professional competence and student learning motivation together have a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes. students, namely 56.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh, rendahnya kemampuan metakognitif siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tugalaoyo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk:  mengetahui kemampuan metakognitif siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan Problem Solving.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kuantitatif dengan kerangka penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan metakognitif siswa berbentuk esai, dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Problem Solving. Data penelitian diolah dengan cara mendeskripsikan hasil tes kemampuan metakognitif siswa berdasarkan indikator kemampuan metakognitif dan hasil pengamatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Problem Solving. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: Kemampuan metakognitif siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran Problem Soving berdasarkan hasil deskripsi pada setiap lembar jawaban siswa diperoleh 21,4% siswa berada pada tingkat kemampuan Reflective Use, 53,6% siswa berada pada tingkat kemampuan Strategic Use, 25% siswa berada pada tingkat Aware Use, serta 0% siswa berada pada tingkat kemampuan Tacit Use, sehingga kemampuan metakognitif siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Tugalaoyo sebagian besar berada ditingkat kemampuan Strategic Use dengan jumlah siswa 15 orang dan dengan persentase siswa 53,6%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam pemecahan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem solving.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai dengan subek penelitian yaitu kelas X OTKP-2. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan kerangka penelitian deskripif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes penalaran matematis berbentuk esei tes dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan mengunakan model pembelajaran problem solving. Data penelitian yang diperleh diolah dengan cara mendeskripsikan hasil tes kemampuan penalaran matematis yang didapat dari setiap lembar jawaban siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam pemecahan masalah matematika dengan menggunakan  model pembelajaran problem solving yaitu kategori sangat baik sebesar 56,7%, Kategori baik sebesar 30%, dan kategori cukup sebesar 13,3%. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan penelaran matematis siswa  lebih banyak mencapai kategori sangat baik, dengan capaian keseluruhan persentase kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa 80,5% berada pada kategori sangat baik.
