Abstract

Performance is an important factor for employees and organization. Without a good employee performance then the organization will have difficulty in achieving its goals. To achieve good performance is affected by several factors. This research aimed to examine and analyze the influence of personality and job characteristics on the performance of the civil servants at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information  Tegal city  and Tegal regency. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire with a population of employees at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information  Tegal city and Tegal regency, while the method of sampling using purposive sampling with the number of respondents 131 people. Data analize through SPSS version 16 include validity, reliability test, coefficient of determination test, ANOVA test and hypothesis test.The results test showed that personality (big five personality) have a  significant effect  on job satisfaction, job characteristics a significant effect on job satisfaction,  personality  (big five personality) a significant effect on performance, job characteristics a significant effect on performance and  job satisfaction a significant effect on performance. Mediation test results showed that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of personality on the performance and Job satisfaction das not mediate the effect of job characteristics on performance . Abstract

Mitra kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Korwil Dikbud Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto yang mengkoordinir delapan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri. Permasalahan mitra adalah: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang manfaat Teknologi Informasi yang berakaitan dengan Manajemen Data Digital dan (2) belum ada kerjasama antara Sekolah dengan Google Suite for Education. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada delapan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di lokasi Mitra untuk melakukan perapian berkas melalui manajemen data digital di cloud menggunakan kerjasama dengan Google Suite for Education. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode hybrid learning yaitu: ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan mitra pendamping baik langsung maupun secara virtual. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang manfaat Teknologi Informasi khususnya manajemen data digital dan (2) Delapan Sekolah mitra memiliki Drive Cloud bersama yang telah bekerjasama dengan Google Suite for Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media buku cerita bergambar berbasis digital untuk siswa SD, khususnya di kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar dan mengetahui kelayakan media buku cerita bergambar berbasis digital untuk siswa SD, khususnya di kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar. Penelitian ini, mengembangkan produk yang berdasarkan pada hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian research and development (R&D), sedangkan dalam proses pembuatan produknya model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Model Allesi dan Trollip, yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap planning (perencanaan), tahap design (desain) dan tahap development (pengembangan). Produk yang dihasilkan berupa media buku cerita bergambar yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi canva. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua validator, yaitu validator ahli materi dan validator ahli media. Selain itu juga melibatkan guru dan siswa kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar sebagai responden. Validasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan terhadap buku cerita bergambar yang dikembangkan. Hasil validasi materi diperoleh sebesar 87,5% dengan kategori sangat layak dan ahli media diperoleh sebesar 96,42% dengan kategori sangat layak. Respon guru dan siswa masing-masing diperoleh sebesar 88,33% dan 75,39% dengan kategori layak. Sehingga media buku cerita bergambar berbasis digital materi perkembangan teknologi transportasi pada kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar dapat dipergunakan sebagai salah satu media belajar.

Abstract

Learning autonomy is becoming essential in the 21st century, demanding individuals to master various fundamental skills. This article explores the self-regulated learning model as a solution to enhance student learning autonomy. A case study conducted in the music arts course at Universitas Negeri Makassar found that students' learning autonomy levels were still low, even among those considered active. Related research also confirms the low learning autonomy of students across various settings. The research methodology employed an experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was carried out by observing student activities through a Learning Management System (LMS) before and after modifying instructional methods. Data analysis results showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, with a notable increase in posttest scores. The findings indicate an improvement in student learning autonomy. Learning autonomy fosters the desire to learn and acquire new knowledge, facilitates individual ownership of learning, and enhances learning independence. The study concludes that modifying instructional methods based on the self-regulated learning model effectively improves student learning autonomy.Keywords: Learning Autonomy, Learning Models, Self-Regulation, Students, Education.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra pada kegiatan pelatihan gamifikasi ini adalah Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar. Pelatihan gamifikasi ini diikuti oleh guru-guru jenjang sekolah dasar se-Kota Makassar. Pelatihan gamifikasi bagi guru dilaksanakan berdasarkan adanya kebutuhan terhadap penerapan metode dan strategi pembelajaran terkini yang mampu mendukung pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka sekaligus sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dengan karakteristik digital native dan pembelajaran berdifenrensiasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini berupa presentasi materi, simulasi, diskusi, dan praktik mandiri. Aplikasi pembelajaran wordwall dipilih sebagai aplikasi yang disimulasikan pada pelatihan ini. Pada sesi praktik mandiri, guru dibimbing oleh tim tutor untuk membuat sebuah kuis interaktif menggunakan aplikasi wordwall. Kegiatan pelatihan gamifikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru-guru tentang bagaimana konsep dan penerapan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran di kelas sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar. Kata Kunci: Gamifikasi, Kualitas Pembelajaran, Keterlibatan Siswa.

Abstract

This research is an ex post facto type quantitative research which aims to determine the description of the school literacy movement, to determine the description of students' reading interest, and to determine the effect of the school literacy movement on students' reading interest at SD Inpres Bulogading II, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all students of SD Inpres Bulogading II, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency with a total of 129 students, and a sample size of 98 people with sampling techniques using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it was obtained that the school literacy movement had an average value of 25, and a percentage of 45% in the moderate category. Student reading interest has an average value of 26, and a percentage of 59% in the moderate category. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, it shows the significance of the school literacy movement on students' reading interest. It can be seen from Fhitung = 17.596 which is greater than Ftabel = 3.94 with a significant level of 5% so that Ho is rejected and Hα is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the school literacy movement on students' reading interest at SD Inpres Bulogading II, Bontonompo District, Kab. Gowa but has a low level of relationship degree or weak correlation because it is negative, so it has an impact where the school literacy movement does not function at school due to lack of encouragement from teachers to use existing facilities, but beyond that students actually understand the existence of the school literacy movement but students rarely or even do not utilize existing facilities at school to increase interest in reading.

Abstract

The implementation of an innovative approach in community-based Human Resources (HR) management in Toapaya Selatan Village, Toapaya, Bintan, has had a significant and diverse impact on the local community. These impacts include increasing welfare, strengthening social ties, empowering women, local economic growth, improving quality of life, community participation, capacity development, and collaboration opportunities. This approach has improved household incomes and created new job opportunities, as well as helping to reduce operational costs and increase business efficiency, thereby increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the village economy. In addition, through this innovative approach, public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and good environmental sanitation increases, reducing disease rates and improving the overall health and well-being of society. Community participation and involvement in decision making that affects their lives has also increased, giving them a sense of ownership and responsibility in the development of their own villages. In addition, developing the capacity of local communities and institutions in community-based HR management opens up opportunities for collaboration and network development with external parties such as educational institutions, local governments and non-governmental organizations. Overall, investment in innovative and community-based HR management practices can be an effective instrument in sustainable development and improving community welfare. Abstract

This study aims to describe the pedagogical competence of class V teachers of SDN 1 Manjalling, Kecamatan Bajeng Barat, Kabupaten Gowa, an overview of PPKn learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 1 Manjalling, West Bajeng District, Gowa Regency and a significant relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and PPKn learning outcomes of grade V students of  Kecamatan Bajeng Barat, Kabupaten Gowa. This research is a quantitative approach. Data on pedagogic competence were obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires collected from all students of class V. While the learning outcomes of PPKn students were obtained through documentation in the form of odd semester test documents in class V students.

Abstract

Education is something that is very essential in the process of humanizing a cultured society. In other words, everyone in this world has the right to educate according to his abilities. However, in reality, note all children have received education. The purpose of this study was to determine the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in realizing equal distribution of primary and secondary education for the community. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research results, it is obtained that the description of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in realizing equal distribution of primary and secondary education can be conveyed: 1) The PKH program is a planned, measured, directed activity by planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and following up in an effort to realize equitable primary and secondary education; 2) The PKH program has been running in accordance with the implementation procedure, fulfilling the rights and obligations of program recipients as well as the follow-up of program implementation. 3) the obstacle is the lack of understanding of PKH program recipients and local officials about the PKH program implementation procedures and the low motivation of PKH recipients to continue their education to a higher level. 4). The step in coming is to coordinate with the village government, sub-district coordinators and supervision in providing understanding and education about the PKH program and providing motivation to PKH recipients about the importance of education.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the implementation of gamification method in blended learning which is carried out during one semester in the Educational Technology study program. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research population consisted of 82 students of Education Technology class of 2021. Data was collected using the documentation method, and a questionnaire through Google Forms. The data were analyzed and interpreted in a descriptive qualitative manner by referring to the formulation of the problem set. The result showed the following; blended learning that applies the gamification method is considered more fun, facilitates learning and increases student engagement during the learning process. The learning stages that need to be done to apply the gamification method in learning are determining the characteristics of the learner, determining the learning objectives to be achieved, creating gamification-based learning content and activities, and adding game elements and mechanisms.
