Abstract

At majority of developing countries such as Indonesia , Acces society to health medium still very limited. In Indonesia , only there are 0,13 doctor for 1.000 soul, 0,62 nurse for 1.000 soulmand 0,2 midwife for 1.000 soul. In health world, Expert System have a lot of used in assisting diagnosis of some disease. Along with technological growth , health world have also eploited handheld computer (such as PDA, smart phone and also ordinary handphone) to assist helath handling. Technological appearance of java 2 Micro Edition from sun Microsystems, progressively facilitate handheld computer use in PDA and also Handphone to assist various productive application and also amusement. This research purpose for design, implemented and performance test of handphone expert system of health based with java 2 Micro Edition. This research consisted of three phase. The first phase was scheme of expert system phase. Second phase was implementation of handphone expert system with J2ME program. The third phase was examination of expert system. The examination of expert system software was conducted through alpha test and beta test. Alpha test alpha conducted by system designer while beta test conducted by consumer system. Handphone-based expert system for child health diagnose has been developed using java 2 Micro Edition technology. The system has been implemented in Siemens handphone type C65. The system has been tested with good and reliable results. Expert system based on designed by J2ME technology has been developed and implemented with Siemens handphone type C65 hardware.

Abstract

Layanan web server berbasis virtualisasi di Universitas Darussalam Gontor belum diimplementasikan, selain itu permasalahan website pada umumnya yaitu web server tidak mampu melayani jumlah permintaan yang tinggi sehingga web server bisa down. Salah satu permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh resource server yang kurang mumpuni dan pengelolahan web server yang kurang optimal. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi secara efektif dan efisien dengan virtualisasi server dan autoscaling. Dimana virtualisasi server dikelola Proxmox dan autoscaling dikelola Kubernetes. Proxmox merupakan platform virtualisasi yang bersifat opensource dan didukung oleh hypervisor KVM dan OpenVZ serta dikelola dengan mudah. Sedangkan Kubernetes termasuk platform yang berfungsi sebagai container orchestration untuk melakukan penjawalan, monitoring, scaling, dan recovery kontainer. Kolaborasi virtualisasi dan autoscaling dapat melayani akses website secara efektif dan efisien. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah clustering dengan menerapkan konsep high availability dimana terdapat secondary-server sebagai backup-server untuk primary-server. Hasil dari penelitian ini mencakup tiga parameter yaitu Throughput, Response Time, dan CPU Usage. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa web server yang menerapkan virtualiasi dan autoscaling lebih baik daripada web server yang tidak menerapkan virtualisasi dan autoscaling dengan selisih nilai parameter Throughput sebesar 4494.34 KB/s, selisih nilai parameter Response Time sebesar 14,46 requests/detik, dan selisih nilai parameter CPU Usage sebesar 13.01%.

Abstract

Thermoelectric is a semi-conductor module that is commonly used in portable cooler box because it is light, saves electricity and does not require a large space. This thermoelectric based on cooling technology design is expected to provide data and analysis results that help cooler box designers to produce the best performance The purpose of this research is to study the effect of using thermal paste, environmental factors and heatsink. The results of the study show  that testing with thermal paste obtained the best conditions with the average temperature of the cold side being -1.17 oC with the best temperature being -6.05 oC. In the test conditions in the box if proven better than the open temperature conditions with a temperature difference of 7.4 oC. In the heatsink test, there was a decrease in performance caused by the influence of the conductivity of the heatsink material, which was 4.87o C.

Abstract

AbstractGokart is a four-wheeled simple vehicle, which right now commonly being used as an early stage of racing cause it could train the reflexes of their driver, the decision making and other skills. Gokart usually powered by a two-stroke or four-stroke engine. In gokart racing, other than their driver, engine performance is such a big factor for the race result. The equipment for measure or achieve how much the performance above is called dynamometer, or commonly called “dynotest”. This research is focusing on knowing the engine performance (torque and power) on 150cc petrol-powered two-stroke engine with variation of main jet load of 155, 160 and 165 in 4000 Rpm to 13.000 Rpm. This research is conducted with chassis dynamometer test equipment to get the result of performance data measured by test equipment. From the result of the experiment on lower torque, the power output were so low and could reach maximum followed by engine’s rotation (Rpm), after reaching its peak rpm it will decreasing gradually on higher Rpms. From this research, the best torque is when using a 160 main jet with 16 Nm torque at 10.000 Rpm. Meanwhile, while using a 155 main jet, the torque were decreased by 6,25% and 6,87% while using a 165 main jet. Best power achieved when using a 160 main jet with power of 23,9 HP at 12.000 Rpm. Whereas with a 155 main jet, the power decreased by 4,6% and with a 165 main jet, the power decreased by 1,67%.Keywords: Chassis Dynamometer, Main Jet, Rpm, Torque and PowerAbstrakGokart adalah kendaraan roda empat yang sederhana, gokart biasanya menjadi prasyarat awal untuk kompetisi balap yang lebih besar karena dapat membantu menyiapkan reflek pembalap, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dan keterampilan. Gokart biasanya digerakkan oleh mesin dua langkah atau empat langkah. Dalam balap gokart, selain pembalap, performa mesin juga sangat menentukan hasil dari balap gokart. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan atau mengukur besaran performa diatas biasa disebut dynamometer atau lebih dikenal dengan metode dynotest. Penelitian memfokuskan untuk mengetahui performa mesin (torsi dan daya) pada gokart bermesin bensin 2 langkah 150cc dengan variasi beban main jet 155, main jet 160 dan main jet 165 pada putaran mesin 4.000 RPM – 13.000 RPM. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat uji chassis dynamometer untuk mendapatkan data performa yang dapat terukur pada alat uji. Dari hasil eksperimen yang dilakukan pada putaran rendah torsi dan daya yang dihasilkan kecil dan terus akan mencapai maksimum mengikuti kenaikan putaran mesin, setelah mencapai maksimum akan menurun secara perlahan dan terus menurun pada putaran yang lebih tinggi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan torsi terbaik menggunakan main jet 160 dengan nilai torsi 16 Nm pada 10.000 RPM. Sedangkan torsi dengan main jet 155 turun 6,25% dan dengan main jet 165 turun 6,87%. Daya terbaik menggunakan main jet 160 dengan nilai daya 23,9 HP pada 12.000 RPM. Sedangkan dengan main jet 155 turun 4,6% dan dengan main jet 165 turun 1,67%.Kata kunci: Chassis dynamometer, main jet, RPM, torsi dan daya

Abstract

The objective of this research is to (i) identify some variables affecting compliance muzakki to throw zakat, infaq and shadaqoh ( ZIS ) and (ii) analyze optimization ZIS in strengthening community economic marginal in the research area. The analysis in this study was conducted witha descriptive-analytic approach, that describe and define the role and involvement or strategic community organizations Muhammadiyah in managing institutions amil ZIS on the very bottom of the organizational structure. The subject of this research is the PRM, the Muhammadiyah and the general public in Sukoharjo Regency. The Data that is required to achieve the objectives of this research is the primary data and secondary data obtained with the method of observation, in-depth interviews, and a search of official documents Muhammadiyah associated with the management of the institutions of the amil ZIS. Results of the first year of research further developed to produce ZIS-based management model of development branch of Muhammadiyah. data analysis with the method of focus group discussions (FGD), critical-analytical and interactive-analytic Based on the testing of regression, found that society accepter zis ( mustahik ) have not received optimal benefit because the capital exerted by institutions of amil and zakat ( laz ) has not been able to raiserevenue mustahik.While the result of the regression logistics in testing discovered that compliance or non-compliance Zakah is affected by variable commitment to the teaching of islam, orientation living infinite-dimensional akhirat, transcendental, pruden against a risk and the perception onjustice zakat.Keyword: zakah compliance; ZIS optimalization; development model

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the profitability and performance of onionfarming marketing margins; analyze and know the parts of prices received by farmers (farmer'sshare) and analyze the efficiency of onion farming in the district of Brebes. Samples taken in thisstudy is 30 onion farmers in the district of Brebes, who settled in six (6) Village, each village wastaken 5 farmers as the research sample. These results indicate that the location of onion farmingresearch does not provide benefits Significant (unprofitable) to the household economy of farmers.The high selling prices at the retail level and supermarkets do not have a significant impact on thelevel of profits of farming in the study area. Farming is done by farmers in the study area isinefficient. Onion marketing chain in the study area is relatively long, which consists of 4 lines ofmarketing: (i) farmers, traders, retailers in Brebes, end consumers in Brebes; (ii) farmers,wholesalers, traders in the central market Kramat Jati, market retailers outside of Jakarta, thefinal consumer in and outside Jakarta; (iii) farmers, traders in the central market Kramat Jati,market retailers outside of Jakarta, the final consumer in and outside Jakarta; and (iv) farmers,wholesalers, traders between islands outside Java vendors, and end users outside Java.Keywords: farming onion, profitability, efficient, output-input

Abstract

The problem faced by the village government Pabelan is: (i) What is the ‘landof the village treasury managed optimally in supporting the food needs for the people(households) in Pabelan Village?, (ii) Is rice farm in the village that has been done inan efficient Pabelan?, (iii) How is the formulation of government’s role model villagethrough ‘barn institution (LPD)’ village in the management of food reserves in thevillage Pabelan? And (iv) How is the formulation of models of sustainable management of food reserves to ensure the establishment of food sovereignty (the production, availability and access to food) in the Village Pabelan. In general, the purpose of this activity is to design a management policy of food security (rice) at the village level associated with efforts to optimize the utilization of land and the village treasury LPD strategic role as a buffer stock at the village level. This method is suitable is in the format of coaching and / or community service as well as facilitating forums organized jointly involving the mayor and 12 villages and communities as key stakeholders in the management of food security. Application of food stock management in the village Pabelan expected to have implications for government policy Pabelan significant village, namely: (i) Optimizing the management of ‘treasury village land for food (rice) for people (households) in the Village Pabelan, (ii) Efficiency Pabelan rice farm in the village in order to increase income of rice farmers in the village Pabelan, (iii) Strengthening the coordination of management of the stocks (reserves) in the Village Pabelan food through the village barn (LLP), Village, and (iv) The management of food reserves in a sustainable manner so as to ensure the formation of food sovereignty (production, availability and access to food) in the Village Pabelan.
