Abstract

The governor has determined that regional libraries can be used as centers for digitalization programs for the community. The purpose of this study was to find out: Is there any influence between digital literacy on smartphones in increasing student motivation and learning activities and is there any influence between motivations in increasing student learning activities. This research is quantitative.The technique of sampling used purposive sampling with the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and unstructured interviews, analysis of research data using multiple linear regressions, T-test, with SPSS version 26. The results showed: (1) t-count value < t table (0.980 < 1.6671 ), sig value 0.330 > 0.05, H0 is rejected, (2) t-count value > t-table value (5.964 > 1.6671) sig value 0.000 <0.005 and (3) (6.930 > 1.66571) and Sig arithmetic < Sig table (0.000 < 0.05) means that H1 is accepted, Y = 6.709 + 0.202 X1 +0.504 X2, and the results of the Determination Correlation Test (R2) or the Adjusted R Square value of 0.681 mean the independent variables are digital literacy on smartphones and student learning motivation has an influence of 68.10% on student learning activities, the remaining 31.90% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Effect of Financial Performance on research Stock Returns on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. This uses quantitative methods. in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was obtained using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques through SPSS 16 software. The results of this study showed that (1) Earning Per Share has no effect and is not significant to Return Stock. (2) Return on Investment significantly influences the Return Stock. (3) Return on Equity significantly influences the Return on Stock.

Abstract

The existence of the STIE BIMA business incubator as a facilitation facility in accelerating entrepreneurial growth is expected to be the answer to some of the problems of business partners who will be incubated (tenants). This study aims to determine the effect of Business Incubator Effectiveness on Business Community Assistance with a case study at the Bima University of Economics. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population is the entire business community assisted by Inbis STIE Bima totaling 165 groups. The research sample was determined by Stratified random sampling method, amounting to 100 respondents. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of the effectiveness of the business incubator (Variable X) on assisting the business community (Variable Y) by the STIE Bima business incubator. So that it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the STIE Bima business incubator organization regarding business community assistance also shows evidence that there is significance. This research suggests that there is a need to increase the resource capabilities of the STIE Bima business incubator management team and collaboration with various policy-making stakeholders to support business community assistance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the form of strategic innovation carried out by STIE Bima in increasing Student Entrepreneurship at the College of Economics (STIE) Bima. The research focused on SMT VII students as a research sample with the consideration that these students had participated in the entire series of Entrepreneurial activities organized by the Bima College of Economics. From the results of the qualitative analysis, it was found that there were three strategic innovations carried out by STIE Bima in increasing the Entrepreneurship of its students, namely Entrepreneur Courses, Entrepreneur Events, and Entrepreneur KKN-T. From the results of the SWOT analysis, the three programs are in diagram I which means they contain alternative strategies that are, STIE Bima can take advantage of existing opportunities by optimizing their strengths or strengths as an effort to increase student entrepreneurshipThis research was conducted to see how the form of strategic innovation carried out by STIE Bima in increasing Student Entrepreneurship at the College of Economics (STIE) Bima. Abstract

Sustainability of the Merdeka program aims to provide knowledge and skills in digital marketing, processing PIRT and halal product permits, training on human resources as well as tips and tricks for managing businesses in the digitalization period for MSME players in Kerekeh Village, Unter Iwes District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.The implementation was carried out by providing information services using the lecture method in the form of socialization, namely with presentation techniques. With this Community Service, it is hoped that MSME products can be quickly recognized and reach consumers which has an impact on increasing profits or production profits. The activity took place conducively, where all participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity. This community service activity involves cross study programs. Not only does this collaboration produce a better and more innovative model, but it also contributes more positively to the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in Kerekeh Village.

Abstract

This community empowerment activity was carried out in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency. Based on the results of community service activities with the theme "Training Assistance for Google Bisnisku and Sahabat UMKM to Improve Marketing in the Digital Era for Small and Medium Business Actors in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District" that have been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Participants already have additional marketing information through online media and how to use it to market the products of small and medium businesses in Sebewe Village through Google Bisnisku and Sahabat UMKM. 2) The participants of small and medium businesses get a management technique method for marketing products through online media. The methods used in this community service activity are tutorial methods, mentoring methods, discussion and evaluation methods.
