Abstract

This study aims to determine the forms of commodification in the development of the Okokan tradition as a tourist attraction in Kediri Village, Tabanan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study using a ladder of citizen participation theory, product life cycle theory, and commodification theory. This study found that the level of community participation was in the form of consultation with participation between the community and the government still being passive. While the stages of developing the Okokan tradition are at a stage of growth, where the wider community is getting to know Okokan with promotions carried out and proven by the appearance of the Okokan at various events. The forms of commodification in the development of the Okokan tradition as tourist attractions include the processes of production, distribution, and consumption. Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the forms of empowerment carried at Tourism and Home Assistant Program, its model of empowerment, and its advantage on tourism activity in Buleleng Regency. The problems of the study were conducted with qualitative phenomenology approach. Data of the study were analyzed by utilizing qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques utilized observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study shows that the forms of community development activities in Tourism and Home Assistant Program were one year tourism training and providing incidental help. Analysis of empowerment model Tourism and Home Assistant Program consisted of creating relevant curriculum, management, marketing, supervision, implementation of clear education system, recruitment systems, cooperation with the users of the graduates, and provide sustained professional development. The interpretation of the data indicates that Tourism and Home Assistant Training Program has advantage on tourism activity of Buleleng Regency such as promotion of tourism activity through social care activities.

Abstract

Online reservation has been gives a easiest way for the tourist interm of booking an accomodation. Ease of use, and perceived of usefullness has been considered as a fundamental concern on decision making in using the online system. Booking.com is one of the online system that frequently used by the tourist. The study aimed to eximine the charasteristic of booking.com user, the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness and financial risk om intention to use in Badung Regency. To investigate the hypotheses of the research, data was collected from booking.com user in Badung Regency. A survey was conducted with a sample size of 65 tourist and analized by multiple regresion analysis. The study revealed that perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness and financial risk positively affect intention to use. Abstract

Medical Tourism is a potential sector to develop in Bali. Medical clinics offer various medical services treatment to attract tourists. The clinics must have an excellent quality of standard services to get customers satisfaction. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the medical services quality on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty in Radiance Clinic Bali. They were about 200 respondents and selected using accidental sampling technique. The analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM), calculated with AMOS program. The result of research examines that service quality is a main variable with significance effects on the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists’ customers in Bali. Results of the research indicated that there is direct effect between service quality to satisfaction and satisfaction to loyalty. On the other hand, indirect effect happens between service quality to loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Loyalty

Abstract

Accessibility and facility are regarded as important component for tourist satisfaction and development of tourist attraction. Central Sulawesi is currently developing regional tourism potential with optimize tourism in three priority tourist destinations, one of them is paralayang wayu. The purpose of this research is to know the tourist characteristic and analyse the effect of facilility and accessibility on tourist satisfaction in paralayang wayu. Data was collected through questionnaires using purposive random sampling. The respondent were 110 tourist. Beside surveys, data was obtained through observation, interview and literature studies. It’s analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination and classical assumption test. The results of the study partially show that the facilities have a significant effect on millennial tourist satisfaction with a tcount of 6.331 and a significant value of 0.000. Accessibility variables have a significant effect on millennial tourist satisfaction with a tcount of 3.603, a significance of 0.003. Simultaneously facilities and accessibility have a significant effect on millennial tourist satisfaction with tcount of 55,191 and a significant value of 0.000. Based on data analysis, the influence of facilities and accessibility on millennial tourist satisfaction is 50.8%, while 49.2% is explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The decline in the number of tourists related to the current Covid-19 pandemic situation has made marine tourism bussiness offering tourism product to attract tourist visiting Bali, especially Tanjung Benoa. The number offers provided by marine tourism businesses to tourist makes companies need to analyze the effect of motivation and attitudes of domestic tourist purchasing descision on marine tourism product during covid-19 Pandemic in Tanjung Benoa. This research was conducted online to domestic tourists who had purchased marine tourism products in Tanjung Benoa in the last 1 year during the pandemic. The sample in this study was selected using the theory of Hair, et al (2006) with the number of respondents are 75 tourists. Data were collected through an online questionnaire, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study are motivation (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), attitudes (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), also motivation (X1) and attitudes (X2) simultaneously affect purchasing decisions (Y) on marine tourism products in Tanjung Benoa.

Abstract

The quality of service provided by a company is an essential aspect, thus, service quality should be a focal point for every companies management. In this study, the quality of service regarding health protocols provided by airports and airlines to passengers on domestic routes flights is discussed. High quality service is required to increase passenger satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to discover the level of satisfaction of tourists who receive health protocol services on domestic flights. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the discussion, it has been verified that the health services implemented by airports and airlines on domestic routes have an impact on passenger satisfaction. This means that passengers are satisfied with the health protocol services provided by the airport and airline.

Abstract

The number of visitors that visited Cinta Beach Kedungu has increased since it was opened on September 2020. This study aims to determine the factors that affecting millennial visitors decision to visit Cinta Beach Kedungu. The sample of this research was 130 millennial visitors who have visited Cinta Beach Kedungu. Data collection techniques was conducted in several ways, such as: observation, questionnaire, interview, literature study, and documentation. The data were analysed by factor analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents were dominated by visitors from Denpasar, women, aged 21-25 years, unmarried, level of education was bachelor degree, status as student, visited Cinta Beach Kedungu with friends on weekends, and spend Rp. 101-200 thousands. Based on the results of factor analysis, there are six push factors that affecting visitors, such as: (1) looking for a partner, (2) looking for novelty, (3) spending time with family, (4) breaking away from routine, (5) visiting famous places on social media and (6) romanticism. Meanwhile, three pull factors that affecting visitors such as: (1) facilities and products, (2) information about tourist attractions, and (3) natural beauty.

Abstract

Electronic Word Of Mouth (EWOM) is a positive or negative statement that is formed from the opinions of consumers, both prospective and former consumers of a product that can be accessed by a wide audience in cyberspace. The number of tourists visiting Bali Zoo cannot be separated from promotions carried out through social media which makes it easy to convey information about their products or services in various forms such as text, images and videos. This study aims to determine the effect of Intensity, Content, Valence of Opinion on the Decision of Domestic Tourists to Visit Bali Zoo in the new normal era. The research method used ordinal regression analysis. The sampling technique was taken by purposive sampling and data were collected 100 respondents of domestic tourists who had visited the Bali Zoo in the new normal era. Data collection techniques used in this study by means of observation, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Ordinal regression results on parameter estimates for test results on electronic word of mouth variables with indicators X1.1, X2.2, X3.1 and X3.3 obtained sig. 0.044 (0.05), 0.006 (0.05), 0.023 (0.05), and 0.000 (0.05) with an estimated value for X1.1 of 4.047, X2.2 of 7540, X3.1 of 5206, and X3.3 of 12,643. H4a is accepted and H4o is rejected. It is examined that EWOM affect the decision of tourist to visit Bali Zoo in the new normal era.
