Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the cultural influences of Tri Hita Karana to organizational commitment and the performance of the company. More specific aims are testing and analyzing the cultural influences of Tri Hita Karana on performance of company and organizational commitment role as mediation of the relationship between Tri Hita Karana to the performance of company. The data were collected by cross-section through questionnaires, the unit of analysis is the Regional Water Company of Tabanan Regency. Respondents are all leaders belonging to the management of as many as 42 people. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that a good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can improve the performance of the company. Good implementation of Tri Hita Karana culture can increase organizational commitment and at the same time improve the performance of the company Further organizational commitment proved to be mediating the cultural influence of Tri Hita Karana to company performance.It is recommended that the board of directors and management further promote the culture that is embraced to even be used as guidelines for PDAM of Tabanan regency.

Abstract

Abstract-Commitment is an important component for successful durable relations that are a constituent of the implementation of Supply Chain Management. This study aims to develop organizational commitment for supply chain strategies success. The current research was conducted in the churches in Bali, Bukit Dua Prayer Church of Nusa Dua and Immanuel Tabanan. A total of 1,045 members of the congregation were gathered by the assembly and congregants. Thereafter, they were relegated to active assemblies and congregations, resulting in a total of 120 assemblies and administrators, for a total of 120 respondents. Inferential analysis in this study uses a structural equation model based on variance or component-based structural equation models, known as partial least squares. Results are as follows. Misbehaviour of church management has a positive and significant effect on conflict. That is, the stronger the misbehaviour management, the more conflict in Bukit Doa Nusa Dua Congregation and Immanuel Tabanan Gongregation. Religious social values do not affect conflict. However, results further indicate that despite the strength of congregations’ religious values, conflict continues because it cannot be avoided in any organisation. Misbehaviour has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, as well as affects changes in church commitment. The higher the Misbehaviour, the higher the commitment to make improvements in church governance, organisationally and faithfully. Religious social values have a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, and will affect changes in church commitment. The higher the religious social values, the higher the organisational commitment of the congregation. Results showed that conflict has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment and supply chain strategies. Conflict also will affect changes in church commitment. The higher the conflict, the higher the commitment to make improvements in church governance, organisationally and faithfully.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu kunci utama dalam kesuksesan bisnis yang menawarkan jasa dimana pelayanan terhadap konsumen harus dilakukan secara maksimal. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan, namun dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada faktor internal perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Amo Spa Bali dengan jumlah sampel 59 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan Uji Sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerima seluruh hipotesis. Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif pada komitmen organisasonal, komitmen organisasonal berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan, serta komitmen organisasonal merupakan variabel mediasi dari pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Amo Spa Bali harus tetap memperhatikan kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan agar merasa termotivasi, sehingga akan meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja karyawan pada Amo Spa Bali. Abstract

Tanah Lot Tourist is one of the Tourist Destinations based on natural beauty and culture. Changes in tourist behavior in traveling, it is important to do research on the analysis of visitor behavior. The aims of this study include (1) to analyze the influence of Brand Attributes on tourist satisfaction; (2) to analyze the influence of Brand Attributes on tourist loyalty; (3) to analyze the influence of Brand Attributes on tourist loyalty mediated by tourist satisfaction; (4) to analyze the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction; (5) to analyze the quality of tourists to tourist loyalty; (6) to analyze service quality on tourist loyalty mediated by tourist satisfaction; and (7) to analyze tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling and data collection through distributing questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies.data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.3.3 Student Version analysis tool. The results of research on visitor behavior at Tanah Lot Tourist Attraction show that (1) Brand Attributes have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction; (2) Brand Attribute has no significant effect on tourist loyalty; (3) Brand Attribute has no significant effect on tourist loyalty which is mediated by tourist satisfaction; (4) service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction; (5) tourist quality has a significant effect on tourist loyalty; (6) service quality has a significant effect on tourist loyalty which is mediated by tourist satisfaction; and (7) tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasional, dan pengembangan karis terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Badung. Subjek dari penelitian ini ialah karyawan bagian pelaksana pelayanan nasabah pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Badung. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, Komitmen organisasional, serta Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Badung. Abstract

The study aims to formulate an effective development strategy for Aan Village by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Aan tourism Village with a diversity of attractions should be well developed using an appropriate strategy. The study used a qualitative approach where the researcher became the research instrument. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews, documentation, and triangulation techniques to check the credibility of the data. It was found that Aan Village has several potential tourist attractions such as landscapes, waterfall, river, culture, art, and history. The study found that growth-oriented strategies are suitable to be implemented in Aan tourism village which includes backward integration, forward integration, horizontal integration, market penetration, market development, and product development. Implementing those grand strategies will help Aan village meet the needs of the tourists who, based on the recent trend, demand nature, eco, wellness, and adventure concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was conducted at a non-star hotel in Sanur Bali by taking 72 samples of millennial employees. Data was collected by using a questionnaire using a questionnaire. The collected data were analysed using Warp PLS inferential analysis. The results of the study state that work life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction  have a significant effect on organizational commitment. This study also found that job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The background of this research is the existence of organizational commitment problems that occur in employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of servant leadership on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediation for employees of the Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Gianyar. The sample used is as many as 130 people who are determined through probability sampling technique with simple random sampling, which is taken randomly. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analytical technique used is a path analysis, sobel test, and VAF (Variance Accounted For) test. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The implications of the results of this study are expected to provide an understanding that when wanting to increase organizational commitment, the organization should be able to improve servant leadership, job satisfaction to its employees.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja ialah sebuah sikap karyawan yang secara total melakukan segala pekerjaannya. Kepuasan ini akan menjadi penggerak SDM untuk bekerja lebih giat, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang memuaskan dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai penjelas mengenai pengaruh antara motivasi, kompenasasi serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bali Busana Kreasi. Seluruh karyawan PT. Bali Busana Kreasi yang berjumlah 114 orang karyawan dipergunakan sebagai populasi, serta 89 orang karyawan sebagai sampel. Metode pengambilan sampling yang dipergunakan dalam yaitu simple random sampling, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif serta analisis statistik inferensial berupa regresi linier berganda, kelayakan model, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil dari penelitan ini adalah bahwa motivasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang memiliki arti jika motivasi semakin tinggi dan kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja semakin membaik, maka kepuasan kerja karywan juga semakin membaik dan secara konsisten memperkuat teori sebelumnya yaitu teori dua faktor oleh Frederick Herzberg dan dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam memutuskan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui motivasi, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Abstract

Setiap organisasi perlu memiliki strategi yang tepat agar tetap bertahan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. Loyalitas karyawan telah menarik banyak perhatian karena menjadi harapan bahwa karyawan yang termotivasi dan loyal akan bertindak demi kepentingan terbaik organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Mabhakti Denpasar. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial, analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa motivasi kerja yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan loyalitas, semakin puas karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya maka loyalitas karyawan juga tinggi, dan lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan.
