Abstract

Angkutan umum penumpang di Kota Malang disebut angkot adalah salah satu sarana transportasi yang digunakan masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, namun angkutan ini semakin tidak diminati masyarakat akibat rendahnya tingkat pelayanan, sehingga masyarakat banyak menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Untuk itu adakalanya perencana memerlukan evaluasi kembali  kinerja angkutan kota untuk memenuhi nilai standar Dinas Perhubungan Darat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dan kepuasan penggunaan  angkutan umum, produktivitas angkutan umum, dan membuat solusi alternatif terkait dengan hasil evaluasi kinerja dan kepuasan penggunaan angkutan umum. Dalam penelitian ini indikator kinerja angkutan umum yang dinilai adalah load factor, kecepatan perjalanan, headway, waktu perjalanan, waktu pelayanan, frekuensi, waktu tunggu, jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi, dan juga indikator kepuasaan penggunaan yang dinilai adalah bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Indikator – indikator tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survei dinamis dan survei statis. Dari hasil evaluasi standar pelayanan angkutan umum menurut Dirjen Perhubungan Darat,  kinerja angkutan umum trayek Arjosari – Tidar adalah termasuk kategori sedang. Kepuasan pengguna yang memiliki layanan dengan tingkat kepentingan tingakat kepentingan tinggi dan kinerja rendah adalah terdapat 4 faktor, sedangkan 14 faktor lainnya memiliki layanan dengan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja baik / tinggi. Produktivitas angkutan umum trayek Arjosari – Tidar adalah sebesar 51 pnp / hari – kend. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, solusi alternatif  yang diberikan adalah peningkatan kinerja pelayanan dilakukan dengan memperbaiki pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar pelayanan Dinas Perhubungan Darat, serta didukung standar pelayanan khususnya pelayanan angkutan kota

Abstract

Tambakrejo Village is one of the coastal villages in southern Malang Regency that has the potential of beach beauty and fishery products are quite abundant. These potentials include Tamban Beach, Sendiki Beach, Asmara Bay Beach, Sendangbiru Beach, Sempu Island, and Pick Up Ceremony. Tambakrejo Village is included in 13 (thirteen) villages that will be developed as a tourist village by the Government of Malang Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of Tambakrejo Village related to the development of tourist village, to know the potential and the problems, and to determine the strategy of development of Tambakrejo Village. The type of this research is descriptive - evaluative by using method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Tambakrejo village is a coastal village with moderate topography, and the soil type is alluvial soil and litosol. The potentials of Tambakrejo Village are, among others, the potential of nature, cultural potential, diversity of marine products, accessibility to good villages, adequate tourism facilities, still have vacant land for development, and the beauty of the tourist attraction in Tambakrejo Village is well known by community. While the problems associated with the garbage and accessibility that there are some road networks that need improvement. The Tambakrejo Village development strategy is to optimize the attractive landscape conditions, the quality and diversity of commodities, increase the diversity of tourist attractions, improve facilities, facilities and facilities, and utilize the availability of local labor.

Abstract

Dampak pengolahan industri tahu adalah limbah cair yang kebanyakan menimbulkan masalah. Limbah cair tahu dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi biogas. Untuk itu perlu studi analisa kelayakan untuk pembangunan biodigester dari segi teknis, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Proses pekerjaan teknik pada analisa teknik digunakan untuk menentukan jenis digester dan penempatan yang sesuai dan efisien diperoleh dari biaya operasional, luas lahan dan kapasitas produksi. Dari survei analisa teknik didapatkan jenis instalasi reaktor yang dipilih yaitu Cover Lagoon Anaerobic Reactor (Colar) termodifikasi dengan model portable kapasitas 200 liter. Pada studi analisa ekonomi digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pembangunan Biodigester dalam menentukan rincian anggaran biaya dan didapatkan harga Rencana anggaran biaya senilai Rp. 2.301.000,- dan investasi dalam jangka 5 tahun ke depan dengan parameter Net Present Value (NPV)= Rp 7.512.000,- (bernilai positif), Probality Indeks (PI)= 3,2 ≥ 1 dalam jangka investasi,  Internal  Rate Of Return (IRR)  pada suku bunga yang berlaku secara umum NPV bernilai positif dan tidak ditemukan IRR dan Payback Periode (PP) = 1,3 Tahun (≤ jangka investasi 5 tahun) usaha kembali modal. Analisa kelayakan lingkungan didapatkan hasil bahwa outer biodigester aman dan bau sedikit menyengat serta berkurangnya limbah cair pabrik tahu, penanganan dari outer tersebut adalah di jalur khusus ke drainase tertutup atau pipa ke tempat pembuangan akhir atau tangki septik tertutup. ABSTRACTThe impact of the tofu processing industry is their liquid waste which mostly causes problems. Tofu liquid waste can be used as biogas. For that, we need a feasibility study for the development of a Biodigester from a technical, economic, and environmental perspective. The process of technical analysis is used to determine the type of digester and the suitable and efficient place, obtained from operational costs, land area, and production capacity. From the technical analysis study, the selected type of reactor installation was obtained, namely the modified Cover Lagoon Anaerobic Reactor (Colar) with a portable model with a capacity of 200 liters. The economic analysis study is used to determine the feasibility of the Biodigester development in determining the detail of cost budget and it reached Rp. 2.301.000.00, - and the investment in the next 5 years with the parameter Net Present Value (NPV) = Rp. 7.512.000.00 (positive value), the probability Index (PI) = 3.2 ≥ 1 in the investment term, the internal Rate Of Return (IRR) is generally positive at the applicable interest rate, and there is no IRR and Payback Period (PP) = 1.3 years (≤ 5 years investment) of the return on investment. The environmental analysis study resulted that the outer biodigester is safe and smells a bit sting to reduce the liquid waste from the tofu factory. Those handling of the outer is located in a special route pipe to the final landfills site or closed septic tank.

Abstract

Sidomulyo is one of the tourist village in Batu own icon in the form of decorative flower and cut flowers. Sidomulyo offer views expanse of flowers of various kinds and colors. This tourist village has been supported by various facilities including lodging, restaurants, to shops that sell souvenirs. Sidomulyo also quite strategic location, not far from the city center and is close to other tourist attractions in Kota Batu. Sidomulyo faced with the lack of the number of visitors who enjoy the beauty of the village, visitors or tourists are mostly just a quick stop just to buy flowers. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential and problems in the village Sidomulyo. The method used is descriptive and qualitative. The final result of this study is the potential and the problems associated with the Sidomulyo village owned tourist attraction, accessibility, tourism facilities, market potential, human resources, and information and promotion.

Abstract

One of effort to contribute poverty alleviation and eradication in East Java is the Village Potential Empowerment program in Pasuruan City . It is intended as an effort to develop the superior economic potential through productive urban village program of Pasuruan. The purpose of this research is to know the economic potential of Village, to know the obstacles in developing the economic potential and to explain the strategy and the program of developing the economic potential through Productive Village Program. The results obtained from this study resulted in Stable Growth Strategy, with a strategy that is done is a stable growth strategy where the development is done in stages with targets tailored to the current conditions and more priority on the factors of strength in the form of gradual development in order to achieve available opportunities. The strategy applied is the extension of Opportunities (Strategic Increasing Investment Program and Strategic Opportunity for Employment and Enhancement Program), Community Institutional Empowerment (strategic program of community empowerment in micro scope and strategic improvement program of local government accountability), Capacity Building (strategic program of health quality improvement community and strategic improvement programs of education services)

Abstract

Probolinggo has good breeding potential in terms of natural resources and agro-ecosystems need to aquaculture farms are equipped with facilities and infrastructure, but it supported the availability of land pasture and forage availability of fodder. The development potential of the farm can stimulate the economy of a region-based agribusiness farms that are located in the region could walk properly and systematically. Region farms are breeding business district of existing or new location which has natural resources as needed for aquaculture farms agro-ecosystems incorporating livestock development infrastructure supported adequately by the availability of land or pasture and forage availability of fodder. The livestock sector development concept is intended to stimulate the economy of a region-based agribusiness farms that are located in the region can work well. In this study the early stages of identifying and mapping potential livestock production and provide guidance as well as strategy development potential of livestock in Probolinggo. The results of this study are expected to provide a general description of the location of the future development of the livestock area.

Abstract

Kota Malang memiliki segudang aset dan potensi untuk bisa mewujudkan perancangan kota secara ideal, memberi nilai tambah fisik dan non-fisik. Salah satunya Kelurahan yang berada Di Kota Malang yaitru Kelurahan Tlogomas. Kelurahan ini yang memiliki peninggalan sejarah pada jaman Kerajaan Kanjuruhan. Beberapa situs dan peninggalan kerajaan pada masa itu yang tersebar berada Di Kelurahan Tlogomas Di RW 03 Kota Malang. Beberapa potensi fisik dan non-fisik di Kampung Watu Gong Tlogomas terutama Di RW 03 antara lain potensi jalan yang mudah, sumber air dan daerah aliran sungai, terdapat Situs Peninggalan Kerajaan Kanjuruhan, produksi Kerajinan masyarakat lokal seperti kompor dan pengolahan limbah plastik, tersedianya gapura yang memiliki unsur sejarah dan terselenggaranya beberapa even-even kesenian tradisional. Gambaran objek atau ide rancangan dari perencanaan yang berada Di Kelurahan Tlogomas RW 03 Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang terdiri dari 6 (enam) bagian meliputi 1.Pintu gerbang utama ; 2.Sepanjang jalan Kanjuruhan (utara); 3.Sepanjang jalan Kanjuruhan (Timur-barat) ; 4.Pintu gerbang selatan; 5.Gang IV (kawasan menuju situs); 6.Pendopo Agung. Strategi yang dilakukan dalam mengenbangkan kampug wisata Watu Gong adalah pengaplikasian 5 unsur (unsur edukatif, ekologis, budaya, estetika dan unsur ekonomi) ke dalam masing-masing zonasi perencanaan ruang (Zona inti, zona pengembangan/buffer area dan zona konservasi). Kata-kata kunci : Tlogomas, Watu Gong, Perencanaan Abstract Malang city has a myriad of assets thats potential to be realized in urban design ideally, given the added value of physical and non-physical. One of the district area in Malang is Tlogomas district. These district have historical relics on Kanjuruhan Kingdom era. Some of sites dan relics are spread in RW 03 malang Tlogomas District at that time. Some of the potential physical and non-physical in Watu Gong Tlogomas in RW 03, such as potential easy road, water resources and watersheds, there is a World Heritage kingdom Kanjuruhan, production Craft local communities such as stoves and processing of plastic waste, available arch has elements of history and implementation some of the traditional art events. Description of design planning idea in Tlogomas district RW 03 Malang consist of 6 (six) section (1) main gate; (2) along of Kanjuruhan road/north (3) along of Kanjuruhan road (north-west) (4) South gate; (5) fourth street; (6) Pendopo court. The strategies in developing the tourist district of Watu Gong is the application of the five elements (elements of educational, ecological, cultural, aesthetic and economic elements) into each zone of space planning (Core Zone, the development zone / buffer areas and conservation zones). Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui karakteristik tarikan pergerakan dan dampak Mall Olympic Garden (MOG) terhadap tingkat pelayanan Jalan Kawi Kota Malang (2) Memberikan arahan pengelolaan lalu lintas akibat Mall Olympic Garden (MOG). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah (1)karakteristik dari pengunjung dan karakteristik perjalanan pengunjung MOG, (2) segmen I, DS hari libur pagi, siang dan sore 0,41;0,49; dan 0,62, tingkat pelayanannya yaitu B,C dan C. Hari Kerja pagi, siang dan sore sebesar 0,71;0,48; dan 0,62, tingkat pelayanannya yaitu C. Pada segmen II, DS, hari libur pagi, siang dan sore 0,44; 0,50; dan 0,61, tingkat pelayanannya yaitu B,C dan C. Hari kerja pagi, siang dan sore 0,68; 0,46; dan 0,60 tingkat pelayanan yaitu C. Tingkat pelayanannya persimpangan Jalan Kawi-Jalan Bromo adalah A. Tingkat pelayanan persimpangan Jalan Kawi-Jalan Ijen yaitu D pada hari libur dan F pada hari kerja. (3) Arahan pengelolaan jalan Kawi adalah penerapan skenario penataan parkir on-street di sisi utara dan sisi selatan, penertiban angkutan kota disekitar MOG, penertiban aktivitas mangkal becak dan perilaku kurang disiplin pengguna jalan disekitar MOG, penerapan sistem satu arah pada segmen I dan II (arah ke timur ke barat) serta penerapan sistem pintu masuk (in) pada Jalan Kawi dan pintu keluar (out) pada jalan Tenes, menurunkan rata-rata derajat kejenuhan sebesar 73,68% di segmen I. Penerapan skenario penambahan lebar kerja jalan dengan penataan parkir on-street di sisi utara dan sisi selatan, penertiban aktivitas angkutan kota, penertiban aktivitas tempat mangkal becak dan perilaku kurang disiplin jalan di sekitar MOG dan Penerapan sistem satu arah pada segmen I dan II (arah barat ke timur), menurunkan rata-rata derajat kejenuhan sebesar 61,70% di segmen II. Sehingga tingkat pelayanan Jalan Kawi tahun 2008 sampai tahun 2018 meningkat menjadi B pada segmen I maupun segmen II. Arahan pengelolaan persimpangan tidak bersinyal dengan penerapan skenario penertiban aktivitas angkutan kota dan becak serta dengan adanya penerapan sistem satu arah pada segmen II, akan menurunkan derajat kejenuhan 70,97%. Persimpangan bersinyal, skenario yang memungkinkan dengan pengaturan waktu siklus (c) dan belok kiri mengikuti lampu lalu lintas pada pendekat timur (Jalan Kawi Bawah). Sehingga, tingkat pelayanan yaitu B, D dan C. Sedangkan hari kerja pagi, siang dan sore, tingkat pelayanan yaitu E, F dan F.

Abstract

Angkutan umum penumpang yang disebut juga sebagai angkutan kota adalah salah satu sarana transportasi yang digunakan untuk melayani aktifitas masyarakat di Kota Malang. Pada saat Pandemi, volume jumlah penumpang pengguna jasa angkotan umum penumpang semakin hari semakin berkurang, namun pada dasarnya angkutan umum penumpang masih dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Kota Malang dalam melakukan aktifitas sehari hari. Dalam pelayanannya waktu tempuh angkutan umum penumpang jalur AG ± 1 jam dengan jarak tempuh ± 16 km. Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan angkutan umum penumpang trayek AG (Terminal Arjosari-Gadang) selama masa pandemi covid-19. Metode analisis data yang dipergunkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Survey yang dilakukan menggunakan survey statis,dinamis dan wawancara atau interview. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Parameter kinerja lalu lintas yang perlu ditingkatkan selama pandemi covid-19 meliputi frekuensi angkutan umum, jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi, waktu pelayanan (awal dan akhir waktu pelayanan).

Abstract

Batu City is often used as a tourist destination city for the community, because it has beautiful nature and is surrounded by mountains and cool air which is one of its attractions. More tourists who visit are dominated by people outside Batu City, which results in higher transportation density. If this situation is not supported by good facilities or infrastructure in the field of traffic, it can have a major impact on traffic conditions. Traffic accidents that are very diverse, both in terms of the process of occurrence and the causal factors, often occur on the roads in Batu City. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause accidents on the Rajekwesi road in Batu City. The research design used is a quantitative method with descriptive and survey research types. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study are based on accident data analysis for calculating the average accident equivalent number (AEK) of 53. Factors causing accidents which include human factors, vehicle factors, road factors, and environmental factors, indicate that Rajekwesi road, Batu City is classified as a vulnerable area accident. The need for additional road complementary facilities can be one of the efforts to reduce accidents on the Rajekwesi road, Batu City.
