Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dilakukan yaitu menghasilkan profil analisis kebutuhan siswa tentang literasi sains yang melibatkan strategi graphic organizers for science untuk membangun sikap ilmiah pada siswa SD kelas tinggi dan menghasilkan prototipe bahan ajar literasi sains untuk membangun sikap ilmiah siswa SD. Penelitian ini dilandaskan dengan permasalahan tentang rendahnya kemampuan literasi sains anak Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian dapat dicapai dengan metode penelitian mixed method dengan jenis pengembangan Plomp. Langkah pengembangan Plomp, yaitu: preliminary research, prototyping phase, dan assessment stage. Hasil penelitian pada tahap preliminary research, yaitu: terkajinya analisis profil kurikulum, analisis profil karakteristik siswa, dan analisis profil kebutuhan siswa. Ditemukan bahwa siswa SD cenderung membuka buku pelajaran apabila dalam proses pembelajaran dan mereka menyukai warna merah untuk buku. Namun, mereka kesulitan dalam hal menumbuhkembangkan sikap ilmiah. Sedangkan pada tahap prototyping phase dihasilkan prototipe bahan ajar literasi sains dengan menggunakan strategi graphic organizers for science untuk membangun sikap ilmiah siswa SD yang sudah valid. Prototipe bahan ajar literasi sains siap untuk diujicobakan.

Abstract

Tujuan pengembangan Lembar kerja siswa (LKS) yaitu menciptakan sebuah LKS tematik yang mencakup empat keterampilan berbahasa dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran dan menjadikan LKS tematik ini produk khusus pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Untuk mengembangkan LKS peneliti mengunakan model 4D meliputi: "Tahap pendefinisian yaitu Analisis kebutuhan, analisis kurikulum, dan analisis Siswa; tahap Perancangan yaitu Penyusunan Tes kegiatan lesson study mulai dilakukan yaitu perencanaan, uji coba atau LKS digunakan siswa, kemudian dilihat; Tahap Pengembangan dilakukan setelah lesson study, selanjutnya penyebaran dilakukan di dua  sekolah dasar. Hasil yang diperoleh guru mampu menciptakan LKS tematik bahasa Indonesia yang valid dan  praktis pada kegiatan lesson study sehingga LKS tematik bahasa Indonesia ini dapat dinyatakan valid dan paktis digunakan di kelas V sekolah dasar khusus pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia  tema 1. The purpose of Student worksheet development (LKS) is to create a LKS that includes four language skills and improves the professional competence of teachers in designing the learning process and making this thematic LKS a learning-specific product Indonesian language. To develop LKS researchers using models 4D include:  "The definition of necessity analysis, curriculum analysis, and student analysis; Planning phase is the test preparation activity lesson study started to be done planning LKS used students, then seen; The development stage is done after the lesson study, then the spread is done in two elementary schools. The results obtained by the teacher was able to create a valid and practical LKS Indonesian language Thematic in the lesson study so that the Indonesian thematic LKS can be declared valid and the Paktis used in class V elementary School language learning Indonesia Theme 1

Abstract

This research was driven by the low batik making skills of elementary school students who take part in the educational tourism (edutourism) activities in Cultural Arts and Skills (SBK) in the Sanggar Batik Cikadu Tanjung Lesung. This research aims to improve the learning process of batik class at sanggar batik Cikadu Tanjung Lesung in improving batik skills in elementary school students in Pandeglang Regency. This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) in a batik class with a total of 50 students in grade 5 (five) elementary schools coming from 5 (five) elementary schools in the Pandeglang Regency. Each school sent 10 students to take part in this batik class. The data used in the form of instructor and student activities in the process of batik using a direct instructor model and the results of batik skills according to levels in Bloom's taxonomy. The results were obtained through 2 (two) cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 (two) meetings with a time allocation of 2 x 30 minutes. Based on data analysis the results of the study found that there was a significant increase in each cycle. The first cycle instructor activity was only 69.5%, the second cycle increased significantly to 82%. Furthermore, in student activities, the first cycle only 33.5% in the second cycle to 80%. Likewise in the students' batik making skills, each cycle changes. In the first meeting at the first cycle, it was 28.75%, then in the second meeting, it increased to 59.75%. In cycle II the first meeting increased again by 76.75% while at the second meeting increased quite dramatically by 84.75%. So it can be concluded that the application of the direct instruction model in the batik class in Sanggar Batik Cikadu for class 5 (five) is an effective basis for improving batik skills
