Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on repurchase intention mediated by consumer satisfaction at the AsembagusSitubondo Yamaha Surya Inti Putra Dealer. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% for 96 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Marketing is an important element in a company to determine whether a business is successful or not, for that the company must apply the understanding of marketing with a large amount in order to survive. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity on consumer satisfaction. the population in this study is all Consumers who dated to The jaya baru Store. the method of random sampling (simple probability sampling) tampa pays attention to stara in the population in this study conducted. In taking this saampel using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in the study using the Structural-partial Least squere (PLS-SEM) equation model. The results of the hypothesis test directly affect using the SMART PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumersatisfaction. Product diversity Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Product diversity to consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction Jaya Baru a positive but insignificant effect.Location to Consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction Jaya Baru a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The importance of marketing in the business world lies in its role as a bridge between companies and customers . One of the crucial aspects of marketing is the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction . When product quality meets consumer expectations , this results in satisfaction , which in turn can form customer loyalty . This loyalty then drives positive interactions that serve to attract new customers . This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of product quality and trust on customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at Dua Putri Tofu Factory , Panji , Situbondo . The population in this study were consumers of the Dua Putri Tofu Factory . The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structure Equation Model - Partial Least Square ( PLS - SEM ). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions , trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions , product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction , trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction , purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction , product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions , trust has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction : through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Marketing activities are actions taken by companies with the aim of communicating and offering goods or services to consumers. The company's success in achieving its targets is largely determined by an effective marketing strategy. this study aims to analyze and examine the impact of service quality, location, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Akbar Futsal Situbondo. This study used a simple random sampling technique in taking the sample. The collected data were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested through the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, it was found that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and location on customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality and location also have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Apart from the direct effect, there is also an indirect effect between service quality and location on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, while the indirect effect of Location on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction also has a positive effect, but it is not statistically significant.

Abstract

Quality human resources are people who can and are willing to help an organization achieve its goals. The aim of this research was to determine the increase in work commitment, work ability, organizational culture and human resource performance in Trebungan Village and Kayuputih Village. The population in this study were all Trebungan Village and Kayuputih Village officials, totaling 35 people. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing of this study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the direct influence hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that work commitment had a significant positive effect on organizational culture, work ability had a positive but not significant effect on organizational culture, work commitment had a significant positive effect on performance, work ability had a positive but not significant effect on performance, and organizational culture had a positive but not significant effect on performance. The results of testing the indirect influence hypothesis showed that the work commitment variable did not significantly influence performance through organizational culture, work ability did not significantly influence performance through organizational culture.

Abstract

Marketing has a significant influence on consumer purchases of the products or services offered, for marketing success, both in terms of product and service marketing. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the effect of price and product variety in determining consumer satisfaction with purchase decision as a variable. intervene. The population in this study are consumers of trust shops in Situbondo. The sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product variety has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product variety has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant effect positive on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the price variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, product variety on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Humans Regional Revenue Office of Banyuwangi is an organization of government apparatus with a good reputation as implementing element in government, community and development sectors led by the head of department who is responsible to Regent through Regional Secretary. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Regional Revenue Office of Banyuwangi by using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 application show that work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), work environment has a significant positive effect on performance (H3 is accepted), work discipline has a negative and not significant effect on performance (H4 is rejected), job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance (H5 is accepted), work environment has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction (H6 is accepted), work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on performance through satisfaction Work (H7 is rejected).

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities that needs to be carried out by a company, be it a goods or service company, in an effort to maintain the viability of its business. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality and store atmosphere on consumer confidence with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Bintang Sembilan accessories store in Situbondo. The population in this study are consumers of the Bintang Sembilan Accessories Store in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect. Store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the process of managing people through planning, recruiting, selecting, training, developing, rewarding, career, occupational health and safety, and maintaining employment until the end of working period to achieve organizational goals and improve the welfare of stakeholders. The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the effect of reward, punishment and leadership on the performance of village officials in Cermee Bondowoso with work motivation as an intervening variable. The target population in this study was village officials in Cermee Bondowoso, as many as 40 people, who were then processed as research samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that reward and punishment have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Reward and punishment have a positive but not significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Reward and punishment has a significant positive effecton performance through work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effecton Performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The population in this study was employees of the Misbahul Hidayah Suboh Foundation, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing for this research used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of testing the direct influence hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Ability has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Performance. Work Ability has a significant positive effect on Performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Work Discipline on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect. Work Ability on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a positive significant effect.
