Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of family work conflict, work family conflict and job stress in influencing the nurse job performance in hospital, as well as to determine whether family work conflict, work family conflict variables can be influenced by job stress in nurse performance in hospital. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for the hospital in evaluating the level of service to patients. This research is a quantitative causal research that allows to know the relationship that is influential between two or more variables by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The population in this research is all female nurse who work at hospital in Metro (Muhammadiyah Hospital, Ahmad Yani Hospital, Mardiwaluyo Hospital, Islamic Hospital), while the study sample was 120 respondents with a non probability sampling purposive sampling method as a sampling method. Based on the results of the study that family work conflict has no positive effect on job stress. And also work family conflict has positive effect on job. Job stress has positive effect on job performance. In this study also shows that family work conflict has a negative effect on job performance. Work family conflict are also has postive effect on job performance. The implication of this research is that conflict of commitment and responsibility towards family is a key value in work family conflict. Recommendations in this reseacrh is for the hospitals to hold employee recreation activities with their families, it means that hospital get to know the families of the employees in order to tight the bonds between employees and their families

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of a COVID-19 event on the reaction of the Indonesian capital market (case study on the LQ-45 stock index). To test the market reaction, the researcher uses Abnormal return and trading volume activity variables to test an event that is happening.Based on the results of the significance test using the one-sample t-test and the one-sample Wilcoxon signed rank test and different tests using the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon signed rank test on abnormal return and trading volume activity above, the researcher concluded that the test on abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the COVID-19 event on March 2, 2020, experienced a significant change, meaning that abnormal return and trading volume activity, which means that there is a significant influence on the COVID-19 event on the reaction of the Indonesian capital market (Study The Case in the LQ-45 Stock Index).

Abstract

In an effort to increase sales volume, several efforts have been made by the company, namely determining a rational price level, providing a good distribution channel and conducting promotions to increase consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, distribution and promotion on the sales volume of Honda Beat motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Tulang Bawang Barat.The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the research objects are price, distribution, promotion and sales volume. Population and sample in this study are reports on product prices, promotional costs and distribution costs at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, 2019-2020. Documentation technique data collection. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program.The results showed that partially distribution and promotion had a positive and significant effect on sales volume, while price had no effect on sales volume. Simultaneously price, distribution and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume. Based on the coefficient number and the tcount value, it can be seen that the factor that most influences the sales volume is the distribution factor.

Abstract

The large population of Indonesia makes Indonesia a market for imported products. Based on data from the Ministry of Trade, of all types of consumption goods, imports of processed food and beverages are the largest among imports of other consumer goods. Some consumer considerations in buying imported products are country of origin and the presence or absence of halal labeling. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of country of origin and halal labeling on purchasing decisions for imported food and beverage products in Metro City. Quantitative research design. The method used is explanatory survey. The object in this study is the country of origin and halal labeling on purchasing decisions. Metro City campus educational area activities. The research population is consumers, especially students with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of the study show that partial country of origin and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, country of origin and halal labeling also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Foreign and domestic companies are trying to establish businesses and create types of products that will be favored by consumers in Indonesia. The number of these companies creates a tight business competition This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. 2) To find out whether there is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether there is an influence of distribution channels on purchasing decisions. 4) To find out whether product quality, promotion and distribution channels affect purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population was the consumers of the Mama Alya restaurant. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 75 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between product quality on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between distribution channels on purchasing decisions. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between product quality, promotion and distribution channels on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand images dan fashion involvement terhadapbuying decision. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metodeexplanatory survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling terhadap 160 orangresponden pelanggan sepatu Bata menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian persyarataninstrumen yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas,uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling), dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling) diperoleh brand images berpengaruh terhadap buying decision, fashion involvementberpengaruh terhadap buying decision, dan brand images berpengaruh terhadap fashion involvement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the selection of purchases made online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Risk Purchase and Trust on Purchasing Decisions. In this study, data was collected through quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents at FEB UM Metro. Then performed a quantitative analysis including validity and reliability tests as testing instrument requirements, normality testing as testing requirements analysis, simultaneous t test and significance test (f test) as hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis as a test of equality and coefficient of determination (R2) and statistical hypothesis test. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis and t test, the results of the research on risk purchase partially t have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the risk purchase variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The results of this study indicate that the Trust of has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Nugraha, Yoga Dwi. 2021. ”Analisis Faktor Penyebab Pembiayaan Bermasalah Pada Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera Kantor Pusat Lampung Tengah”. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Pembimbing (1) H. Suwarto, S.E.,M.M. Pembimbing (2) Yateno, S.E.,M.M. Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera merupakan koperasi Syariah yang mempunyai tujuan yaitu memberikan pelayanan simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan kepada anggota pemilik usaha mikro kecil dan menengah, dalam praktiknya pembiayaan yang disalurkan setiap tahunnya terus mengalami peningkatan akan tetapi hal tersebut dibarengi dengan terus meningkatnya pembiayaan bermasalah setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh factor internal dan factor eksternal terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera. Dalam penelitian ini alat Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin yaitu factor internal dan factor eksternal secara Bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu sebesar 63,5%.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Variable factor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. 2). Variable factor eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. 3). Variable factor internal dan factor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa semua variable berpengaruh positif secara Bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat penjualan saus Lombok Mas mengalamipeningkatan dan penurunan yang tidak stabil setiapbulannya. Tingkat penjulan ini menunjukan gambarankepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Sehingga, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui PengaruhHarga, Ketersediaan Produk, Dan Kemasan TerhadapKepuasan Pelanggan Saus Lombok Mas Pada CV. Indosari Lombok Mas Di Lampung Tengah. Jenispenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisionerkepada 104 responden yang diambil menggunakanrumus dari slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Versi20..Analisa data penelitian dilakukan denganmenggunakan Pengujian Persyaratan Instrument, Pengujian Persyaratan Analisis dan PengujianHipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasan memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadapkepuasan pelanggan Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jikapersepsi harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasandapat mempengaruhi perasaan konsumen, makakepuasan untuk membeli produk tersebut akanmeningkat. Kata Kunci: Harga, Ketersediaan Produk, Kemasan, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT The level of sales of Lombok Mas sauce has increased and decreased unstable every month. This level of sales shows a picture of the satisfaction felt by consumers. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price, product availability, and packaging on customer satisfaction with Lombok Mas Sauce in CV. Indosari Lombok Mas in Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 104 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Data analysis was carried out using Instrument Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that price, product availability and packaging have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This indicates that if the perception of price, product availability and packaging can affect consumer feelings, the satisfaction to buy the product will increase. Abstract

This study is motivated by the increase in non-performing loan yearly at the Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera, one of the sharia cooperatives at central Lampung. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether internal and external factors affect financing problems in the Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera central Lampung sharia cooperative. This type of study is quantitative research with 73 respondents. The data collection technique uses interviews and questionnaires with a Likert scale. This study employs the explanatory survey method, which is a method that aims to test hypotheses in the form of relationships between variables. This study indicates that the partial test of internal and external factors positively and significantly affects non-performing loans. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya pembiayaan bermasalah setiap tahunnya pada Koperasi Syariah Al-amin Berkah Sejahtera yang disebabkan oleh factor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera kantor pusat Lampung Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuisioner dengan skala likert. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam bentuk hubungan antar variabel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji secara parsial variabel factor internal dan eksternal semuanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan dengan uji secara Bersama-sama variabel dependen dan independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan dengan melakukan uji persamaan koefisien regresi memberikan kontribusi positif
