Abstract

This study aims to study and reveal the entrepreneurial behavior of the millennial generation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a study with a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and completed with interviews with millennials who have businesses, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of entrepreneurial behavior. There are four aspects measured in this study, namely entrepreneurial interest, creativity, innovation, and product marketing strategies carried out by millennials during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were millennials who have businesses and are domiciled in South Sulawesi Province, West Sulawesi Province and Southeast Sulawesi Province with purposive sampling of 31 people. The results of this study show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the millennial generation still has an interest and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. This is shown by even though they are currently in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, millennials still have entrepreneurial behavior, such as creativity, innovation, and marketing strategies to sustain their business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The student's decision to consume an item is also influenced by the student's personal characteristics. This research is a descriptive quantitative approach with survey techniques and online interviews using questionnaires filled out online using google form. There are five variables that are measured to determine the consumer behavior of students in buying fashion products, including: cultural factors, reference groups, roles and status, lifestyle, and learning. The population in this study were students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, batch 2019-2020, totaling 222 students. The sample amounted to 70 students. Based on the research data, it is known that the influence of cultural factors on the purchase of fashion products is 47.15%, the influence of reference group factors on the purchase of fashion products has a percentage of 72.62%, the influence of role and status factors has a percentage of 73.86%, the influence of style factors living has a percentage of 71.42%. And the influence of learning factors is 55.59%. So the role and status factors, reference groups, and lifestyle factors are more dominant that influence the consumer behavior of students in buying fashion products. Meanwhile, in simple linear regression analysis, the research results show that the research results prove that the variable that has a dominant influence on the fashion product purchase variable (Y) is the reference group variable (X2) where the regression coefficient value (β) is 0.368 it can be concluded that the reference group variable (X2) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the variable purchasing fashion products (Y).

Abstract

In the era of adapting to new habits, after the COVID-19 pandemic, in terms of marketing management and consumer behavior, economic literacy is very much needed in making every economic decision, including consumption. This study was conducted as an effort to explore the contribution of economic literacy to consumption behavior patterns in the new adaptation era. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is an active consumer society found in a number of districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province. Sampling was done purposively with criteria based on social, economic, and demographic characteristics, obtained as many as 211 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results of this study found that economic literacy has a positive and significant influence on consumption behavior patterns in the era of adaptation to new habits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan program minat baca dalam mengembangkan gerakan literasi siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh minat baca siswa dengan program gerakan literasi yang dilaksanakan di SD Inpres Pandang-Pandang. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari wawancara dengan beberapa informan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa (1) program minat baca siswa melalui pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di SD Inpres Pandang-Pandang telah diimplementasikan, namun belum optimal, dan (2) sebagai bentuk optimalisasi perpustakaan, sekolah masih berupaya untuk membuat kondisi perpustakaan yang nyaman.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was designed to reveal the effect of socioeconomic status, individual modernity, and economic literacy on consumer rationality of the millennial generation, either directly or indirectly. It used a quantitative approach, and was designed as an explanatory study. It involved 362 samples using proportional random sampling from 3867 millennial generation students from across 10 faculties, and 149 study programs at Universitas Negeri Makassar. The research data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability. Then, it was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis. It was found out that (1) socioeconomic status, individual modernity, and economic literacy have a positive and significant effect on consumer rationality; (2) socioeconomic status and individual modernity have a positive and significant effect on economic literacy; and (3) socioeconomic status and individual modernity have a positive and significant effect on consumer rationality through economic literacy of millennial generation.Keywords: Socioeconomic status, individual modernity, economic literacy, consumer rationality, millennial generation.Status Sosial Ekonomi, Modernitas Individu, Literasi Ekonomi, dan Rasionalitas Konsumen Generasi MilenialAbstrakKajian ini didesain untuk mengungkap pengaruh status sosial ekonomi, modernitas individu, dan literasi ekonomi terhadap rasionalitas konsumen generasi milenial, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan dirancang sebagai kajian eksplanatori. Kajian ini mengambil informasi dari 362 sampel secara proportional random sampling dari 3867 mahasiswa generasi milenial yang tersebar di 10 fakultas, dan 149 prodi dalam lingkup Universitas Negeri Makassar. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) status sosial ekonomi, modernitas individu, dan literasi ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumen; (2) status sosial ekonomi dan modernitas individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi ekonomi; dan (3) status sosial ekonomi dan modernitas individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumen melalui literasi ekonomi generasi milenial.Kata kunci:Status sosial ekonomi, modernitas individu, literasi ekonomi, rasionalitas konsumen, generasi milenial.

Abstract

Indonesia is faced with an outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in early 2020. The COVID-19 pandemik has an impact on Indonesia, especially for the world of education, where the learning process is transferred to the online learning system (online) and remains at home to take part in the learning process. One of the learning models used for the learning process is the blended learning model. This study is designed to reveal the effect of the blended learning model on students' economic learning motivation and the effect of the blended learning model on the COVID-19 pandemik. This study was conducted using a phenomological method with a qualitative approach. The population in this study took proportional random sampling of information so that 16 informants were obtained consisting of 5 students (i) at the Makassar State University (UNM), 5 high school students (SMA) scattered in several cities, and 6 students from Junior High Schools (SMP) from several cities. Data collection techniques used in this study were online interviews via the WhatsApp application with several questions and data analysis techniques used to assist this study were coding techniques. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) the blended learning model has a positive effect on economic learning motivation in students (2) the blended learning model has a positive effect on the COVID-19 pandemik period.

Abstract

Kajian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian pendidikan pada jenjang sekolah dasar, dimana kita ketahui pada saat awal tahun 2020 Covid-19 memasuki Indonesia sehingga pembelajaran hanya dilakukan melalui tatap muka. Pada kajian ini kita menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, lalu akan dijabarkan melalui metode observasi berupa penyebaran kuesioner dan peninjauan langsung pada lapangan melihat apa yang terjadi di sekolah tersebut. Dengan informan yang ada yaitu guru, orangtua dan siswa serta kepala sekolah. Dalam menentukan tekniknya informan yaitu antara lain (a) berprofesi sebagai guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balang Boddong (b) orang tua bertugas sebagai pendamping anaknya selama proses pembelajaran secara offline yang dilakukan di rumah yang disediakan datang kesekolah. Dan (c) siswa di sekolah SDN balang boddong cukup memahami cara penggunaan media yang digunakan selama pembelajaran tatap muka di rumah, mereka cukup memahami secara seksama

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kewirausahaan pada kompetensi dasar mengidentifikasi sikap dan perilaku wirausaha. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP.1 SMK Negeri 1 Marioriawa  sebanyak 33 siswa yang terdiri dari 24 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian siswa terhadap materi mengidentifikasi sikap dan perilaku wirausaha sudah cukup optimal, sebagaimana disebutkan bahwa kriteria keberhasilan secara individu yang disepakati adalah setiap siswa harus memperoleh nilai >75. Hasil belajar pada materi yang dimaksud di atas menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan siklus I menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 60,61 persen, sedangkan pada pelaksanaan siklus II menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas 90,91 persen. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, disimpulkan  bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan kompetensi dasar mengidentifikasi sikap dan  perilaku wirausaha dapat ditingkatakan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan pembelajaran kecakapan hidup berbasis karakter kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan sistem coding. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan juga wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SDN 90 Mattumpu. Analisis data dengan sistem coding dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, yaitu initial coding dan focused coding. Hasil kajian ini menemukan bahwa guru di SDN 90 Mattumpu sudah mengetahui dan memahami pendidikan karakter kewirausahaan dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan tetapi belum menerapkan secara maksimal. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan guru SDN 90 Mattumpu mengakui bahwa nilai-nilai karakter kewirausahaan sangat penting untuk diterapkan kepada siswa-siswa agar mempunyai bekal dasar agar mereka mulai diperkenalkan dan tertarik dengan kegiatan berwirausaha. Pengembangan pembelajaran dalam persepktif pendidikan kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar diarahkan untuk pengembagan berbagai keterampilan akademik dan keterampilan sosial (soft skill) yang terinternalisasi dalam kecakapan hidup general.
