Abstract

Siak river water into the many natural resources provide benefits for the inhabitants of nearby, but the condition of the river siak currently included in the critical category. One of the treatments to reduce levels of pollutants in river water is by using a slow sand filter using quartz sand and activated carbon. This research aims to determined the effect of high activated carbon and quartz sand as well as the best sampling time with the efficiency of removal of Fe parameters in slow sand filters, and compared the quality standards of PP No. 82 of 2001. The fixed variable uses in this research is the velocity of water flow on the sand filter is slow 0.3 m / hour and the sampling time is 0, 15, 30, 45, 60. The changeable variable uses consists of variations in bed height in the reactor namely : 10 cm gravel, 50 cm quartz sand, and 20 cm activated carbon; 10 cm gravel, 60 cm quartz sand, and 10 cm activated carbon; and 10 cm gravel, 70 cm quartz sand, and no activated carbon. Based on the results of the research after the slow sand filtering process obtained the best removal efficiency in reactor 1 for 60 minutes, the efficiency of removal of Fe metal by 97.52%.Keywords: Siak River, Slow Sand Filter, activated carbon, quartz sand, Fe metal removal.

Abstract

Seperti halnya yang terjadi pada PT KAI (Persero) Daerah Operasi (Daop) 4 Semarang Stasiun Tawang Semarang yang telah dilakukan sarana pengecekkan SPM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan analisa IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) untuk mengetahui penilaian pengguna terhadap layanan Stasiun Tawang Semarang sesuai Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM 63 Tahun 2019. Standar pelayanan minimum adalah ukuran minimum pelayanan yang harus dipenuhi oleh penyedia layanan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengguna jasa. Penilaian pengguna (pengelola, penumpang, dan pedagang disekitar stasiun) terhadap layanan Stasiun Tawang Semarang menunjukkan hasil yang lebih dominan pada kuadran B yaitu wajib dipertahankan dari segi fasilitas maupun pelayanan (jalur evakuasi bagi yang berkebutuhan khusus (difabel), perlengkapan P3K, kursi roda, ketersedian vaksinasi, lampu penerang, memperketat penjagaan, keamanan kendaraan, CCTV, pembelian tiket, pelayanan penumpang, kebersihan ruang di stasiun) dan kuadran C yaitu dirasa kurang penting dan kurang memuaskan (pemeriksaan pass boarding, fasilitas tes rapid/antigen/swab/PCR, pengecekan suhu, ketepatan waktu perjalanan KA, menyampaikan informasi, kenyamanan dan keselamatan, sirkulasi udara, merespon penumpang, papan informasi, dan fasilitas busui).

Abstract

Stasiun Tawang Semarang termasuk kedalam kelas besar tipe A. Untuk mengetahui kinerja layanan stasiun dilakukan pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang optimal berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap layanan Stasiun Tawang Semarang. Standar Pelayanan Minimum yang disingkat SPM adalah ukuran minimum pelayanan yang harus dipenuhi oleh penyedia layanan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pengguna jasa, yang harus dilengkapi dengan tolok ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan pelayanan dan acuan penilaian kualitas pelayanan sebagai kewajiban dan janji penyedia layanan kepada masyarakat dalam rangka pelayanan yang berkualitas, cepat, mudah, terjangkau dan terukur. Seperti halnya yang terjadi pada PT KAI (Persero) Daerah Operasi (Daop) 4 Semarang Stasiun Tawang yang telah dilakukan sarana pengecekkan SPM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan serta mengetahui kualitas kinerja Stasiun Tawang Semarang. Faktor internal yang dimaksud ialah strong (S) dan weak (W), sedangkan faktor eksternal ialah opportunities (O) dan threats (T). Hasil analisa kinerja pelayanan dalam peningkatan kualitas kinerja didapatkan strategi Strength-Opportunity dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan segala peluang yang ada sehingga perusahaan dapat memiliki keunggulan dalam persaingan perusahaan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of permissive parenting on the socio-emotional development of early childhood in Kindergarten in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The research location is in Al-Hidayah Kindergarten. The population in this study were all students and parents of Al-Hidayah Kindergarten students totaling 31 students along with their parents. Group A consists of 15 children, group B consists of 16 children. As for the sample, the researcher took 16 parents and 1 teacher (homeroom teacher). The method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the results of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the Regression Correlation Coefficient formula. The results showed that the results of research conducted through the results of questionnaires and interviews obtained the results of the calculation of the regression correlation coefficient where the value of the regression Y = a + bX = 2.33 + 0.78 . a = 2.33 means that if the influence of parenting has a value of 0 (none) then social emotional development has a value of 2.33. b = 0.78 means that if the permissive parenting is 1, it will affect the emotional social has a value of 0.78. And the coefficient value where the coefficient value is 0.06, it can be seen that there is a relationship or influence of permissive parenting on the socio-emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain whether the note-taking method had any effect on listening comprehension during the second semester of English Language Education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences of the University of Batanghari. Both the experiment class and the control class participated in the research, which was done using an experimental methodology. 30 students from two classrooms were included in the study's sample, which was conducted during the second semester. There were 15 pupils in each of the two classes—the experiment class (X) and the control class (Y). The researcher used the listening test to acquire data. The two tests were the pretest and the post-test. The formula used to analyze the data was the T-test. The pretest mean for the experiment class was 58.67, whereas the post-test mean.Â
