Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality, product superiority on customer satisfaction and customer trust on the effect on increasing customer loyalty. Using these variables, which are caused by the results of research before Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry, (1985; 1988; 1990 and 1994); Fornell, (1992); Anderson et al., (1994); and Thamrin, (2003), found a direct influence of service quality and product superiority on customer satisfaction and customer trust in the effect of increasing customer loyalty. The use of these variables is able to solve problems that arise in UNSAM, for which the customer is not satisfied. The sample of this study were 100 UNSAM customers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is run by AMOS 16 software for data analysis. The analysis shows that service quality and product excellence have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer trust. customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchases. These empirical results indicate that to increase customer loyalty as a cause of customer dissatisfaction by UNSAM must focus on factors such as: service quality, product excellence, customer satisfaction and customer trust due to factors that have proven to have an influence on the level of customer loyalty. The theoretical implications and suggestions for future research have been outlined at the end of this study.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pakan ternak melalui proses diversifikasi limbah pelepah kelapa sawit dan rumput gajah menggunakan teknologi mesin chopper. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif dan transfer teknologiberupa introduksi teknologi mesin chopper pada kelompok tani mawar II kampung suka mulia kecamatan rantau kabupaten aceh tamiang melalui serangkaian tahapan kegiatan seperti koordinasi, sosialisasi, perakitan alat, uji coba penggunaan mesin chooper, penatausahaan administrasi, pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi.Seluruh tahapan kegiatan yang tercatat melalui hasil lembar post test menunjukkan 8 anggota kelompok (32%) sangat memahami prosedur penggunaan mesin dan perhitungan hasil pakan, 12 anggota kelompok (48%) memahami dengan baik perbedaan kandungan nutrisi pelepah kelapa sawit dan rumput gajah dan teknik fermentasi dan 5 anggota kelompok (20%) cukup memahami sistim pemotong bahan melalui teknologi itu. Hasil pendampingan memperlihatkan 10 anggota kelompok (40%) mengetahui dengan baik penata usahaan organisasi dan 15 anggota kelompok (60%) cukup memahami manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran produk. Disimpulkan teknologi mesin chopper mampu menghasilkan limbah pelepah kelapa sawit dan rumput gajah menjadi pakan ternak fermentasi yang higienis dan dapat dipasarkan kepada kelompok tani lainnya serta menciptakan kemandirian pakan bagi kelompok itu.Abstract: This community service (PKM) aims to produce animal feed through the process of diversifying waste from oil palm and elephant grass using chopper machine technology. The method used is an educational approach and technology transfer through the introduction of chopper machine technologytoward farmer group Mawar II, Suka Mulia Village, Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang Regency through a series of stages of activities such as coordination, socialization, assembly of tools, trials of using chopper machines, administration management, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. All of the activities noted through post test sheet showed that 8 group members (32%) quite well understood the procedures for using machines and calculating feed yields, 12 group members (48%) understood well the differences in the nutritional content of oil palm, elephant grass and fermentation techniques. and 5 group members (20%) quite understand the material cutting system through the technology. The results of the mentoring show that 10 group members (40%) know well the administration of the organization and 15 group members (60%) quite understand financial management and product marketing. It was concluded that the chopper machine technology was able to produce waste from palm and elephant grass into hygienic fermented animal feed that could be marketed to other farmer groups as well as to create food independence for that group.

Abstract

Abstrak:Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk gula aren ramah lingkungan melalui diseminasi teknologi pengolahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif dan participatory technology development berupa introduksi teknologi mesin pengolahan gula aren pada kelompok pengrajin gula aren geneho kampung sungai kuruk I kecamatan seruway kabupaten aceh tamiang melalui serangkaian tahapan kegiatan seperti koordinasi, sosialisasi, perakitan mesin, uji coba penggunaan mesin, penguatan manajemen, pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Seluruh tahapan kegiatan yang tercatat melalui hasil lembar post test menunjukkan 7 anggota kelompok (50%) sangat memahami prosedur penggunaan mesin, perbedaan konstur gula aren dan gula kelapa serta perbedaan waktu pengadukan antara mesin dan non mesin, 5 anggota kelompok (35,7%) memahami dengan baik perbedaan antara gula aren dan gula semut, serta teknik pengapian gula aren dan 2 anggota kelompok (14,3%) cukup memahami durasi pendidihan gula aren serta produk turunan dari gula aren. Hasil pendampingan memperlihatkan 9 anggota kelompok (64,2%) memahami prosedur administrasi dan 5 anggota kelompok (35,8%) cukup memahami manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran produk. Disimpulkan mesin pengolahan gula aren mampu menghasilkan produk gula aren ramah lingkungan dan menjadikan produk itu sebagai produk unggulan kabupaten aceh tamiangAbstract:This community service (PKM) aims to produce environmentally friendly palm sugar products through the dissemination of processing technology. The method used is an educative approach and participatory technology development in the form of the introduction of palm sugar processing machine technology to the geneho palm sugar producer group, Sungai Kuruk I Village, Seruway District, Aceh Tamiang Regency through a series of stages of activities such as coordination, socialization, machine assembly, testing the use of machines, strengthening management, assistance and monitoring and evaluation. All stages of activities recorded through the results of the post test sheet show that 7 group members (50%) really understand the procedure for using the machine, the differences in the textures of palm sugar and coconut sugar and the difference in mixing time between machine and non-machine 5 group members (35.7%) understand well the difference between palm sugar and ant sugar, as well as the technique of ignition of palm sugar and 2 group members (14.3%) quite understand the boiling duration of palm sugar and products derived from palm sugar. The results of the mentoring show that 9 group members (64.2%) understand administrative procedures and 5 group members (35.8%) quite understand financial management and product marketing. It was concluded that the palm sugar processing machine was able to produce environmentally friendly palm sugar products and made the product the extraordinary product of Aceh Tamiang Regency.

Abstract

The proposed Community Partnership Program will provide solutions and innovations about effective, easy, efficient and environmentally friendly enclosure systems. Technological innovation in making this cage is the existence of a separator between solid and liquid impurities as a source of odor and the existence of a control tub to accommodate liquid impurities so that it spreads. The Community Partnership Program activities will be carried out for 6 months. The target of this activity program is the Etawa Farmers Group located in Benua Raja Village. The main problem faced by Mitra is that the goat livestock business is undergoing very rapid development, but the waste generated both solid and liquid has not been managed optimally and is still scattered around the cage, causing unpleasant odors. Activities to be carried out during the Community Partnership Program on Mitra1; Training and mentoring environmentally friendly goat pens. The activity continued with Partner 2. Training and making a control tub to collect liquid waste that has a high economic value. Abstract

Abstrak: Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam bercocok tanam untuk mengisi waktu dan membantu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan untuk bercocok tanam dengan lahan yang sempit dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang persiapan bibit dan penanaman. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut: Meningkatkan ketahanan pangan masyarakat mitra dengan menerapkan budidaya hidroponik, meningkatkan kesejahteraan mitra dengan mengandalkan teknik budidaya hidroponik sebagai extra income keluarga selain dari bentuk ketahanan pangan secara keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif dan participatory technology development berupa introduksi instalasi hidroponik kepada kelompok hidroponik Gampong Sungai Leueng Kecamatan Langsa Timur Kota Langsa melalui serangkaian tahapan kegiatan seperti koordinasi, sosialisasi, perakitan instalasi, uji coba penggunaan alat, penyemaian bibit sayuran, pendampingan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Seluruh tahapan kegiatan yang tercatat melalui hasil lembar posttest menunjukkan 12 anggota kelompok (63,15%) sangat memahami prosedur penggunaan instalasi hidroponik, 15 anggota kelompok (78,9%) memahami dengan baik proses penyemaian bibit sayur. Hasil pendampingan memperlihatkan 10 anggota kelompok (52,6%) memahami prosedur pemindahan bibit ke instalasi hidroponik dan 15 anggota kelompok (78,9%) cukup memahami tentang proses pemberian pupuk dan perawatan tanaman sayur. Disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan instalasi hidroponik mampu menghasilkan sayuran dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dan higienis.Abstract: Is Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to improve the community's ability to cultivate crops to fill time and help increase family income. The main problems faced by partners are lack of knowledge to cultivate crops with narrow land and lack of knowledge about seed preparation and planting. The objectives of this activity are as follows: Improving the food security of partner communities by implementing hydroponic cultivation, improving the welfare of partners by relying on hydroponic cultivation techniques as extra family income apart from overall food security. The method used is an educative approach and participatory technology development in the form of the introduction of hydroponic installations to the hydroponic group of Gampong Sungai Leueng, Langsa Timut District, Langsa City through a series of stages of activities such as coordination, socialization, installation assembly, testing the use of tools, seeding vegetable seeds, mentoring and monitoring and evaluation. All stages of activities recorded through the results of the posttest sheet showed that 12 group members (63,15%) very well understood the procedure for using hydroponic installations, 15 group members (78,9%) understood well the process of seeding vegetable seeds. The results of the mentoring showed that 10 group members (52,6%) understood the procedure for transferring seeds to a hydroponic installation and 15 group members (78,9%) quite understood the process of applying fertilizer and caring for vegetable crops. It was concluded that using a hydroponic installation was able to produce vegetables with better and hygienic quality.

Abstract

Brandan Donuts is a business that is engaged in the culinary field, especially delicious and healthy snacks, namely donuts. UD Brandan Donuts was founded by Jumardani, on September 1, 2015, at Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Simpang Limun, Medan City. The problem with UD Brandan Donuts is that the ordering and marketing system still relies on media for direct interaction with consumers (buyers) which makes it difficult for the management to expand market share. The purpose of this research is to build an order information system using the DFD method and apply the design of an online ordering information system at UD Brandan Donuts (WEB). The research uses the data flow diagram (DFD) method to design the system flow and uses the implementation of a software program, Xampp in designing a website (WEB). The results on the website design there are 2 levels that will run in ordering donuts online, namely Level 1 consisting of the buyer login process, ordering, delivery, admin login, financial reports. And level 2 consists of the process of registering a buyer's account, logging in, selecting a donut product, filling in order data, selecting the type of transaction, payment, confirmation of order completion, delivery schedule, order confirmation until, input of donut category, input of donut stock, confirmation of order data, confirmation payment, promotion, daily report processing, monthly report processing, and annual report processing. The conclusion in this research is that the context diagram design contains 6 entities and for the data flow diagram (DFD) design it has a level of 2.17 and as many as 22 flowcharts. And produce a website (WEB) that displays an admin page, buyer page and courier page to make it easier for consumers (buyers) to order online.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan budidaya lebah madu linot pada masyarakat sekitar hutan terutama bagi 25 anggota kelompok tani maju jaya kampung batu bedulang kabupaten Aceh Tamiang sebagai usaha penguatan ekonomi dan konservasi taman nasional gunung leuser secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory rural appraisal dan transfer teknologi melalui beberapa tahapan kegiatan antaranya koordinasi, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, pendampingan dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan yang terangkum dalam lembar post test menunjukkan 40,1% anggota kelompok memahami ukuran standar sebuah rumah koloni, 33,4% cukup mengetahui jangka waktu panen budidaya lebah madu linot, 23,3% sangat mengetahui ciri-ciri kelompok tani yang sehat, 47,4% mengetahui fungsi dan peran badan penyuluh pertanian, 30.1% cukup mengetahui prosedur pengembangan rencana usaha pada kelompok tani dan 13,3% sangat mengetahui prosedur menghitung harga jual produk. Disimpulkan bahwa 26,7% anggota kelompok sangat memahami prosedur kerja pembuatan rumah koloni, 40% memahami jenis hama yang sering ditemukan dalam budidaya lebah madu linot, 56,7% cukup mengetahui potensi sumber daya kelompok tani maju jaya, 23,3% sangat mengetahui prosedur pengembangan rencana usaha pada kelompok tani dan 36,6% mengetahui tujuan melakukan pembukuan secara rutin.Abstract: This community service (PKM) aims to introduce linot honey bee cultivation to communities around the forest, especially for 25 members of the Maju Jaya farmer group, Batu Bedulang village, Aceh Tamiang district as an effort to strengthen the economy and conserve Gunung Leuser National Park in a sustainable manner.The method used is participatory rural appraisal and technology transfer through several stages of activity including coordination, outreach, implementation of activities, mentoring and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activities summarized in the post test sheet showed that 40.1% of group members understood the standard size of a colony house, 33.4% knew enough about the harvest period for linot honey bee cultivation, 23.3% really knew the characteristics of a healthy farmer group, 47.4% know the function and role of the agricultural extension agency, 30.1% know enough about the procedure for developing a business plan for farmer groups and 13.3% really know the procedure for calculating product selling prices. It was concluded that 26.7% of group members really understood the work procedures for making colony houses, 40% understood the types of pests that are often found in linot honey bee cultivation, 56.7% knew enough about the resource potential of the advanced jaya farmer group, 23.3% knew the procedure very well. Development of business plans for farmer groups and 36.6% know the purpose of carrying out regular bookkeeping.
