Abstract

This study aims to evaluation the effect of Indigofera zollingeriana flour utilization inpoultry pellet ration on the content of the fiber fraction ,namely : Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), Acid Detergent Lignin (ADL), hemicelluloses and cellulose. The experimental design used Completely Randomized Design(CRD),which consists of 4 treatments and 5 replicates. The treatments were the level of Indigofera zollingeriana flour utilization that were T0 = 0% Indigofera zollingeriana  (control),T1  =  5%  Indigofera  zollingeriana,  T2  =10%  Indigofera  zollingeriana,  T3  =  15%  Indigofera zollingeriana.  The  results showed that the Indigofera zollingeriana utilization had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the content of NDF, hemicellulose, cellulose but had  significantly effect (P<0.05) to the content of ADF and highly significant effect (P<0.01) on the content of ADL. It was concluded that the use of 15% Indigofera zollingerian alowered the content ADF and ADL, unable to reduce the content fNDF and unable to increase the content of hemicellulose and cellulose.The use of 15% Indigofera zollingeriana is t h e b e s t  30.39% NDF; 9.42% ADF; 2.25% ADL; 20.98% hemicellulose and 4.53% cellulose.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi campuran feses sapi dan feses kambing terhadap biomassa dan kualitas casting cacing tanah jenis Pheretima sp. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan pada tanggal 01 Oktober sampai  30 November 2021 di Pekarangan  Perumahan Kelurahan Batu Urip dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Universitas Bengkulu. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah P1 = 50% sekam padi + 50% feses (100% feses sapi), P2 = 50% sekam padi + 50% feses (50% feses sapi + 50% feses kambing), P3 = 50% sekam padi + 50% feses (25% feses sapi + 75% feses kambing) dan P4 = 50% sekam padi + 50% feses (100% feses kambing). Variabel yang diamati biomassa, kualitas kompos (warna, bau dan tekstur), dan kandungan hara rasio C/N. Data biomassa dianalisis dengan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dan kompos kualitas kompos (warna, bau dan tekstur), dan kandungan hara rasio C/N dianalisis secara deskritif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian campuran pada feses sapi dan feses kambing berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap biomassa, kualitas kompos casting dan rasio C/N kompos.Kata kunci : Pheretima sp, feses sapi, feses kambing dan sekam padi

Abstract

Duck eggs are a source of animal protein that has a delicious taste, easy to digest and highly nutritious so that it is loved by many people. In addition, eggs are easily damaged by the length of the trade chain and the improper storage process. The processed form of duck eggs, which until now is the best known and most favored by the people of Indonesia, is salted eggs. This study aimed to determine the effect of soaking salted eggs in bay leaf juice (Eugenia polyantha Wight.) at different concentration levels on the content of free fatty acids (FFA), total volatile bases (TVB) and antioxidants in smoked salted eggs. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments with 4 replications. The treatments consisted of: P0= Duck eggs + 0% bay leaf juice, P1 = Duck eggs + 25% bay leaf juice, P2 = Duck eggs + 50% bay leaf juice, P3 = Duck eggs + 75% bay leaf juice, P4 = Duck eggs + 100% bay leaf juice. The results showed that the effect of using salted egg soaking in bay leaf juice (Eugenia polyantha Wight.) showed a very significant effect (P<0.01) on FFA, TVB and antioxidants. It was concluded that the addition of bay leaf juice with a concentration of 25 to 100% in smoked salted eggs was able to reduce the number of free fatty acids, reduce the content of total volatile bases (TVB) and increase antioxidant activity. The use of the best concentration of 100% bay leaf juice is the lowest FFA 0.10 (%), the lowest TVB 2.32 (mgN%) and the lowest antioxidant 88.59 (mg/g). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kerbau rawa dengan menggunakan analisis LQ (Location Quotient) untuk mendukung pengembangan peternakan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan data sekunder dimana untuk dapat mengidentifikasi daerah basis pengembangan dengan analisis LQ (Location Quotient). Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel serta gambar kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan untuk daerah basis pengembangan ternak kerbau ada di tiga Kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Ulu Rawas, Kecamatan Rupit, dan Kecamatan Rawas Ulu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi perbaikan untuk populasi ternak kerbau rawa serta melakukan introduksi sistem pengembangan kerbau rawa pada daerah basis dimana untuk mendukung peternakan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Stock trading is a popular financial instrument worldwide. In Indonesia, the stock market is known as the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and one actively traded stock is PT Bank Central Asia (BBCA). However, predicting stock price movements is challenging due to various influencing factors. Investors use fundamental and technical analyses for decision-making, but results often vary. Machine learning, particularly random forest regression and linear regression algorithms, can be used for stock price forecasting. In this paper, we compares these two machine learning methods to forecast BBCA stock prices, aiming to provide more accurate and effective solutions for investor's investment and trading decisions. The evaluation results of cross-validation mean squared error (MSE), root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) for linear regression were 0.12848, 0.35807, 0.29570, and 0.0036%, respectively, while for random forest regression were 27473.76, 158.04, 142.70, and 1.7153%. These findings indicate that linear regression outperforms in forecasting performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi akan keterbukaan pengetahuan percepatan dalam memberikan Informasi dan komunikasi sangat diharapkan setiap kelompok dan kalangan organisasi. Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama merupakan organisasi perempuan. Tingkatan organisasi Muslimat NU dari Pengurus Pimpinan Pusat, Pimpinan Provinsi, Pengurus Cabang, Hingga Pengurus ranting dan anak ranting. Abstract

Dalam hubungannya dengan masyarakat termasuk di dalamnya adalah upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui upaya hidup bersih dan sehat yang diselenggarakan dengan penyelenggaraan penanganan limbah yang baik dan benar. Masalah pengolahan air limbah pemotongan ayam di di semua pasar rakyat belum teratasi. Kondisi semua pasar rakyat membahayakan kesehatan. Sejauh ini belum ada tindakan konkret darai pemerintah daerah. Meningkatnya permintaan daging ayam untuk konsumsi manusia telah meningatkan air limbah dari kegiatan produksi rumah pemotongan ayam. Pemaparan cara penanganan limbah yang benar program penanganan limbah yang benar dilakukan dengan cara menjelaskan tentang limbah, bahaya dan dampak limbah. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan pemilik tempat pemotongan ayam mampu meningkatkan kebersihan tempat pemotongan ayam, mengolah limbah menjadi produk yang bernilai, tidak membuang limbah sembarangan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran pemilik terhadap dampak pencemaran lingkungan sekitar dan meminimalisir terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan serta meningkatkan kebersihan limbah tempat pemotongan ayam serta ternak yang ada di tempat tersebut. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi peserta pelatihan tentang penanganan limbah pemotongan ayam.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi yang efektif merupakan aspek penting dalam pembangunan desa yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah penyebaran informasi desa melalui pendampingan pembuatan website Desa Gunung Malelo. Desa Gunung Malelo memiliki potensi pariwisata, perkebunan, dan pertanian, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat setempat. Melalui metode pendampingan yang terstruktur, kegiatan ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, pembentukan tim pendamping, pelatihan, pembangunan website desa, pelatihan pengelolaan konten, dan pendampingan teknis. Tim pendamping terdiri dari ahli teknologi informasi, pengembang web, dan fasilitator komunitas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya sebuah website desa yang fungsional dan responsif. Masyarakat Desa Gunung Malelo dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi penting seperti pengumuman pemerintah desa, kegiatan sosial, informasi kesehatan, jadwal pertemuan, dan layanan publik melalui website tersebut. Pendampingan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan membantu meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di desa dalam mengelola dan memperbaharui konten website secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utama, yaitu mempermudah penyebaran informasi desa. Desa Gunung Malelo mengalami peningkatan aksesibilitas informasi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pengelolaan konten website yang berkelanjutan. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini, terjadi perubahan positif dalam dinamika komunikasi dan pengembangan desa, menuju arah yang lebih maju, terhubung, dan inklusif.

Abstract

Instilling Pancasila values and tolerance towards young students is an important thing to do, especially in the current digital era. This is because young students are the nation's next generation who are vulnerable to the influence of radicalism and terrorism. Radicalism and terrorism are serious threats to the integrity of the nation and state. The current digital era makes it easier to spread radicalism and terrorism. Early age students who actively use social media are vulnerable to being exposed to these ideas. Therefore, it is important to equip young students with adequate digital literacy so they can use social media wisely and avoid the influence of radicalism and terrorism. Based on the results of observations, MI Al Wathaniyah students' understanding of the importance of digital literacy in preventing radicalism and terrorism is still low. Students do not clearly understand what digital literacy is and how digital literacy can be used to prevent radicalism and terrorism. This community service activity aims to increase the digital literacy of MI Al Wathaniyah students in preventing radicalism and terrorism. This activity was carried out in two stages. The first stage is education about the importance of digital literacy in preventing radicalism and terrorism. The second stage is the practice of using digital literacy for learning about Pancasila and tolerance. Counseling material about the importance of digital literacy in preventing radicalism and terrorism includes: Understanding digital literacy The importance of digital literacy in everyday life How to use digital literacy wisely The dangers of radicalism and terrorism How to prevent radicalism and terrorism Practical material for using digital literacy for learning about Pancasila and tolerance include: Using social media to search for information about Pancasila and tolerance Making posters or videos about Pancasila and tolerance The results of this community service activity show that MI Al Wathaniyah students have a fairly good understanding of the importance of digital literacy in preventing radicalism and terrorism. Students can also use digital literacy to learn about Pancasila and tolerance well.

Abstract

Fertilization of oil palm plantations >20 years old, tends to be reduced especially inorganic fertilizers. It is important to use the optimum fertilizer, particularly organic fertilizer, in order for their yield to remain stable. Cattle manure provides yields the raw ingredient for organic fertilizer. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of both solid and liquid compost on the productivity of oil palm trees older than 20 years. With treatment A being 5 kg of solid compost, treatment B being 3 kg of solid compost, treatment C being 5 liters of liquid compost, treatment D being 2.5 liters of liquid compost, treatment E being 3 kg of solid compost, and 2.5 liters of liquid compost, and treatment F being no composting, the study employed a completely randomized design. FFB production, bunch number, bunch weight, the longest time between harvests, and frequency of harvesting were measured for a year. There are five replications of each treatment. Descriptive statistics and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. Observations showed that there was no significant difference between treatments in observing. The results of this research indicate that using cattle manure as fertilizer for oil palm plantations better yields than palm oil plantations without the use of organic fertilizer. The application of solid fertilizer nonetheless resulted in a production that was approximately equivalent to oil palm production that did not apply compost, whereas fertilizing with 2.5 liters of liquid compost resulted in the highest yield of 192.6 kg/tree/year. Production, trek period, number of bunches, bunch weight, and harvest frequency did not significantly differ between the treatment.
