Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) whether organizational culture and work motivation have a partial effect on the performance of employees at the Cilamaya Wetan sub-district office in Karawang regency (2) whether organizational culture and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Cilamaya wetan sub-district office in Karawang regency. (3) Which variable has the most influence on the performance of the Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency. The research was conducted at the Cilamaya Wetan District Office, Karawang Regency. This research is quantitative. Determination of the sample is done by using a saturated sampling technique (census), which is as many as 45 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational Culture and Work Motivation, influenced the performance of the Cilamaya Wetan Office Employees, Karawang Regency. This means that high organizational culture, work motivation and discipline can improve the performance of Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency (2) Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency (3) Work motivation is a variable the most dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of leaders in motivating teachers to have high performance. This study uses qualitative methods with data triangulation techniques, technical triangulation and source triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the principal as a leader has provided optimal motivation to teachers. Leaders have done planning, monitoring and evaluation so that motivation is increasingly encouraged. Innovation and creativity from teachers can also be done because the leader as a manager role has been applied at SDN Warungbambu I. The involvement of leaders as part of the organization is very high in supporting the performance of teachers and school staff.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the civil service police unit in Karawang regency. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative methods and verification. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. From the results of the research data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: The work environment of the Karawang district civil service police unit was good, the work discipline of the Karawang district civil service police unit was good, the performance of employees in the Karawang district civil service police unit was good. There is a low correlation between the work environment and work discipline, there is no partial effect of the work environment on employee performance, there is a partial effect of work discipline on employee performance and there is a simultaneous influence between work environment and work discipline on the performance of the civil service police unit in Karawang regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the work environment and work discipline on employee performance so that they have good performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 44 employees. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Tunggak Jati Health Center. Also by using interviews and observations. The sample was taken with a saturated sample because the total population was below 100. Where the population was only 30 so that all populations were sampled, the method used was multiple regression analysis, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results obtained Fcount of 1,655 and greater than the value of Ftable 3.33 and a significant value of 0.210 which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that the research results are accepted by Hâ‚€. Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Tunggak Jati Kab. Karawang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine work culture and compensation in improving performance so that it has good performance. This study uses a qualitative method with the techniques used are method triangulation techniques, data triangulation techniques and theory or reference triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work culture that existed at Puri Mulya PAUD was seen from the cultural instrument between co-workers that was well established, but the compensation given was not appropriate, and there was no bonus given if in PAUD, salary payments were still delayed, but performance teachers can still be assessed as very good because the dedication of the teacher's role as educators is very high

Abstract

Pupuk merupakan salah satu unsur hara yang sangat penting bagi tanah agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal, dalam hal ini pupuk dibedakan menjadi beberapa kategori yaitu pupuk organik mentah, cair, dan kimia, namun dalam hal ini masyarakat belum memahami cara pengelolaannya. pupuk organik mentah Pada artikel kali ini akan dibahas secara singkat bagaimana cara mengelola sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan untuk menjadi pupuk media tanam. Dusun Cijati merupakan sebuah dusun yang terletak di Desa Mekar Buana, Kecamatan Tegalwaru, Karawang Answerarat, yang masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani dan peternak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku kelompok tani, menganalisis faktor perilaku petani dalam pemanfaatan sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan. Hasil kajian menyatakan bahwa ada masyarakat yang paham dan juga belum paham bagaimana cara mengelola sisa sampah.

Abstract

Sanggabuana coffee is a coffee product produced from Mekarbuana Karawang Village. Processing into coffee packaging if Bumdes Buanamekar. Marketing for KoSa products is still experiencing difficulties and obstacles, promotions that have not been widespread and conventional marketing is still a major problem in sales so that the sales volume is not optimal. This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of Bumdes Buana Mekar coffee business, the position of Bumdes business and the right marketing strategy for Bumdes Buana Mekar. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the method of observation, interviews, documentation studies and analyzed using SWOT analysis. Data analysis using IFAs and EFAS by analyzing internal and external factors, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to obtain strategic positions. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to Bumdes Buana Mekar in implementing its marketing strategy so as to increase sales of Sanggabuana coffee products (KoSa).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of a diversification strategy with the development of innovation in Sanggabuana coffee products. This study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies and analyzed using technical and source triangulation. The study results were obtained to apply a diversification strategy focused on concentric diversification by producing new product outputs based on the raw material of KoSa as a coffee flavouring in desserts with the types of Pudding Kopi and Bolu Kopi, scrubs, and air fresheners. Furthermore, Bumdes can maximize e-commerce marketing.

Abstract

Every business unit wants high productivity because from that each business unit pays enough attention to the level of business productivity. Productivity is influenced by several factors, including motivation and work environment. This study aims to determine the direct influence between motivation and work environment on employee productivity and the indirect influence between motivation and work environment on employee productivity. This research was conducted at PT XYZ in Karawang Regency. The total sample taken was 150 respondents/employees from 240 existing populations. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation and questionnaires/questionnaires / written interviews. The data analysis technique carried out in this study was by path analysis of the application program using SPSS 26.0. Based on the results of the analysis found: 1). There is a correlation between the motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) and has a fairly strong relationship. 2). The partial influence of the motivation variable (X1) on employee productivity (Y). 3). There is a partial influence of work environment variables (X2) on employee productivity (Y). 4). There is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y).

Abstract

RCM motor repair company is one of the companies engaged in the service sector. This business activity depends on human resources, with quality human resources of course being the mainstay in the RCM motorbike repair shop, therefore the company will be able to achieve its target goals quickly and precisely. This study aims to test and find out: The effectiveness of work motivation in improving employee performance at the RCM Motor Workshop. In their activities, employees always prioritize maximum results so as to create customer satisfaction. The leader also always advises and directs all employees to always make their work a comfortable place. Based on the goals to be achieved, humans are motivated by the needs they have and that can be their motivation to produce creativity and employee abilities that can grow from the will and motivation that employees aim for. The results of the study show that work motivation has high willpower so as to create increased employee performance, it also makes employees have good performance.
