Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian, untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang Citra Merek dan Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Berbasis Android pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan verifikatif, yaitu : mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 182 responden dari populasi 380 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Analisis Rentang Skala dan Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan Methode Successive Interval (MSI), program computer Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Handphone berbasis android memiliki citra merek yang baik, Mahasiswa setuju berperilaku untuk membeli dan menggunakanya. Terdapat korelasi yang positif antara citra merek dan perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta terdapat pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari citra merek dan perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, perilaku konsumen, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to find the influence of the manager's commitment and implementation of total quality management (TQM) to managerial performance in companies in the industrial area Karawang. This study uses a survey of 158 managers in the company-company industrial area of ​​the city of Karawang. The data used in this study, consisting of primary data obtained through the results of questionnaires and secondary data which supports research that studies literature and journals. Testing hypotheses using path analysis. Based on the results of the study found that: (1). A significant difference between the manager's commitment to the Managerial Performance, (2) There is a significant relationship between Total Quality Management Implementation of the Managerial Performance and (3). A significant difference between commitment and implementation manager of the Total Quality Management Company Operation Manager Performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kebutuhan air bersih bagi masyarakat dan perusahaan. Manfaat penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan rekomendasi terhadap penyediaan kebutuhan air bersih dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei yang mengambil sampel warga masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan cara mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data pokok. Penelitian ini terlebih dahulu dilakukan identifikasi karakteristik masyarakat, identifikasi persepsi pengguna terhadap penyediaan air bersih kemudian dilanjutkan identifikasi aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi penyediaan air bersih berdasar aspek-aspek yang berhubungan. Hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan dilihat dari berbagai aspek, penyediaan air bersih pada saat ini, belum cukup memenuhi kebutuhan secara optimal. Dengan demikian penyediaan air bersih melalui perusahaan lain selain Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih. Semakin padatnya warga masyarakat dan perusahaan/industri, maka akan dihadapkan pada masalah penyediaan air bersih yang semakin besar. Sarana air bersih yang minim dengan sumber daya air yang semakin terbatas menjadi satu kendala yang sangat berarti. Semakin bertambah jumlah warga masyarakat dan perusahaan/industri maka akan semakin bertambah banyak sehingga kebutuhan air bersih juga semakin bertambah. Dengan demikian penyediaan air bersih dari sumber-sumber lain juga sangat diperlukan. Kata kunci : kebutuhan, air bersih, masyarakat, perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the research to find out how the implementation of non-employee cooperative management strategy in Kabupaten Karawang. Research with qualitative approach based on postpositivesme philosophy, is used to examine the natural object condition where the researcher is as the key instrument, the sampling of the data source is done purposively, the collecting technique with triangulation, the data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and the result of more qualitative research Emphasizing the meaning of generalization. From the results of research, obtained the following conclusions: (1). NonEmployee Cooperatives in Kabupaten Karawang that have been established Implementation Strategy management is still not optimal, (2). The concept of competitiveness of nonEmployee Cooperatives in Kabupaten Karawang as an independent economic institution, has not been applied, (3). Constraints faced by cooperatives in facing the competitiveness of cooperatives implicate inhibiting the ability of the competitiveness of cooperatives in Karawang regency, especially Human Resources which is the main resources as a driver of cooperatives and strategic management of human centered cooperatives, (4). Cooperative development strategies in an effort to increase competitiveness require development and require the attention of various parties. Furthermore, the established cooperatives should apply strategic management by applying the organization's and management's standards seen from the organization. Abstract

The research aimed to describe the implementation of market orientation, transformational leadership, and partnership strategy, competitive advantage, and organizational performance. It also analyzed the effects of the independent variables (market orientation, transformational leadership, and partnership strategy) and intervening variable (competitive advantage) on the dependent variable (organizational performance). The research applied a quantitative method. The respondents were 38 rectors or vice-rectors from private universities selected by using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using PLS technique. The results show that all independent variables have positive effects on competitive advantage, except partnership strategy. Competitive advantage also has a positive effect on organizational performance. The practical research implication is that human resources in universities must have excellent service-oriented. They need to communicate well and coordinate to deliver better service to the students to be competitive and achieve better performance. In conclusion, to increase the university performance, the university leaders need to encourage all employees and faculty members to deliver the best service to the stakeholders of the universities and coordinate well across units to discuss issues and share ideas to solve the problems they have in service delivery. Then, the employees and faculty members will know what to improve and provide, and private universities will be much more competitive because of their reliable resources and capabilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of research to analyze policies, implementation, performance of academic administrative services, efforts Stakeholders in the supervision of management information systems academic administrative services, and the impact of academic information system (SIAKAD) in an effort to improve the performance of the academic administration at the University Singaperbangsa Karawang. The thesis is expected to contribute to the bearers of economics in particular; application of academic information system (SIAKAD), Human Resource Management, Information Systems Management, and economics in general. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques are observation, interviews and in-depth interviews. The results were analyzed by comparing answers interviews with expert informants Judgment and create Conclusions and Recommendations. From the analysis of research data, be concluded as follows: 1) Policy management Singaperbangsa University Karawang already exists and has been referred to the Higher Education regulations only require better oversight again. 2) University Singaperbangsa Karawang already implementing integrated SIAKAD but still partial. 3) Performance of academic administrative services at the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang good enough after their SIAKAD. 4) Efforts Stakeholders in the supervision of the University Singaperbangsa SIAKAD in Karawang enough and needs to be increased again. 5) The impact of the application of SIAKAD enough to affect the performance of academic administrative services at the University Singaperbangsa Karawang. Furthermore, the sustainability of recommendation; SOP has been given by the Higher Education dilakuka timely and well as impact on the Quality of Higher Education. Network of SIAKAD needs to be improved. Rules Regulations of Higher Education also greatly affect the performance improvement of the service provider and academic administration. About Integration of reporting systems in each Prodi needs to be implemented immediately. Hopefully, by the Decree of the Rector of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang to consider remuneration as a reward from the important task. Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to examine total quality management in Japanese companies and their implementation in companies in Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive analysis method. Total Quality Management that binds to Japanese companies is inseparable from Kaizen culture, so that Japan applies the principle of customer satisfaction, Quality Function Development (QFD), employee empowerment and continuous improvement for the company. Product development carried out by Japanese companies is to meet market segments with international standards and on the quality side of the product. Continuous improvement in various fields, respect and teamwork are the keys to the success of Total Quality Management in Japanese companies. Japanese companies are identified as having long-term time horizons. Companies in Indonesia can adopt total quality management well so they can create excellence. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan antara dua kategori konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian impulsif di Tokopedia; (2) mencari faktor - faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dua kategori tersebut; (3) memperoleh model diskriminan dua faktor yang terbentuk; (4) mengetahui ketepatan hasil mengklasifikasi kasus dari model diskriminan tersebut. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian berikutnya, serta menambah wawasan baru bagi program studi manajemen pemasaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif hubungan kausal dengan metode analisis diskriminan, serta mempelajari literatur yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian, dan penyebaran angket sebagai data primer. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka diperoleh dua variabel yang layak dianalisis, yaitu jenis kelamin dan pendapatan konsumen. Model diskriminan dua faktor yang terbentuk adalah Zscore = -13,737 + 1,911 (jenis_kelamin) + 0,875 (pendapatan). Pengujian validasi diperoleh angka ketepatan yaitu 59%, maka fungsi diskriminan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kasus kategori konsumen Tokopedia. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen, Faktor Pengaruh, Pembelian Impulsif. Absract The purpose of this study was to (1) find out the differences between the two categories of consumers making impulsive purchases on Tokopedia; (2) looking for the factors that affect the two categories; (3) obtain a two-factor discriminant model that is formed; (4) knowing the accuracy of the results of classifying cases from the discriminant model. The benefits of this research are expected to be the basis for further research, as well as add new insights to the marketing management study program. The research was conducted using the descriptive associative causal relationship with the discriminant analysis method, as well as studying the literature related to the research topic, and distributing questionnaires as primary data. Based on the results of the analysis, there are two variables that are worth analyzing, namely gender and consumer income. The two-factor discriminant model that is formed is Z score = -13,737 + 1,911 (gender) + 0.875 (income). In the validation test obtained the accuracy number is 59%, then the discriminant function can be used to predict cases of the Tokopedia consumer category. Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of transformational leadership, knowledge management, learning organization, and organizational performance at private universities in West Java province and examine the effect of transformational leadership and knowledge management on organizational performance mediated by learning organization. The unit of analysis is the head of a private university campus in West Java Province, Indonesia. Respondents were 38 rectors and vice rectors from 59 private universities and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data are analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results show that all the measured independent variables and the mediator have very good values, but the dependent variable has good values ??and is still needed to be improved. In addition, transformational leadership and knowledge management have a significant and positive effect on learning organization. Learning organization also has a significant and positive effect on organizational performance. It can be concluded that all higher education leaders need to apply transformational leadership, knowledge management and learning organizations to improve their organizational performance. Leaders at the university level need to encourage all employees to develop learning strategies and provide learning opportunities for their employees. In addition, they also need to develop open discussion and communication between employees so that employees can share knowledge and skills to solve problems they face in doing their jobs.
