Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh brand ambassador dan brand image terhadap minat beli di Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22.0. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Tokopedia di Indonesia dan ditentukan sampel dengan perhitungan rumus Hair sebanyak 110. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli, brand image berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli, pengaruh secara simultan antara brand ambassador dan brand image terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Pengaruh penilaian key performance indicator dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah subjek penelitian ini. Data didapatkan dari kuesioner dengan 37 responden yang bekerja di bagian purchasing PT. Tongwei Indonesia, menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dalam pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk menganalisis data, model analisis linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa KPI berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,978 ? t table 2030, sedangkan variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh parsial dan sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 6,494 ? 2,030. Selanjutnya KPI dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 138,166 ? t table 3,276. Key performance indicator dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 89,0%, dengan 11,0% tambahan berpengaruh kepada komponen lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti motivasi kerja, displin kerja dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. This population is employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, located in the Mitra Karawang Industrial Area, has 176 employees. A sample of 122 people was taken because the Slovin formula was used. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and analysis tools use SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence between the Compensation variable (x1) on Employee Performance (y) with a calculated t value > t table (9.733> 1.979) and there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable (x2) on employee performance (y) with a value t count > t table (4.776> 1.979) and there is a simultaneous influence between the variables compensation (x1) and Work Discipline (x2) on Employee Performance (y) with a value of F count > F table (95.044> 3.07), namely 61, 5%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine how the work environment and work motivation influence teacher performance at SMPN 2 Cikampek. The research method uses a quantitative approach involving 38 teachers at SMPN 2 Cikampek as research respondents by applying a saturated sample. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using F and t-tests with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that the work environment (X1) does not affect the performance of SMPN 2 Cikampek teachers with a value of 1,147 < 2,301. Meanwhile, work motivation (X2) has a very significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Cikampek with a value of 4,834 > 2,301. Simultaneously, the work environment and work motivation together influence the level of teacher performance (Y) as shown by the calculated F value of 20,508 > 3.26. The influence of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 2 Cikampek is 54% while the remaining 46% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Karawang UKM Cooperative Service. This research is verification research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of the Karawang UKM Cooperative Service, totaling 45 respondents. Sampling used a total sampling technique with a total of 45 respondents. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analysis tools using SPSS 22 with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable (x1) on Employee Performance (y) with a calculated t value > t table (5.502 > 2.014) and there is a partial influence between the Work Environment variable (x2) on Employee Performance (y) with calculated t value > t table (2.280 > 2.014) andsimultaneously there is an influence of Work Discipline Variables (x1) and Work Environment (x2) on employee performance (y) withcalculated F value > F table (27.876 > 3.22).

Abstract

This research aims to determine partial or simultaneous relationship between occupational health safety (K3) and the work environment on the performance of PT employees. Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 70 employees of PT Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia. The sampling technique in research uses a saturated sampling method. The analysis model used in this research is a multiple linear regression analysis model using the F test and t test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is no partial influence between occupational health safety (K3) on the performance of PT employees. Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia with a t table value (1.680 < 1.994 or t count < t table ) and there is a partial influence of the Work Environment on employee performance at PT Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia with a t table value (-2.327 < 1.994 or t count < t table). The magnitude of the influence between occupational health safety (K3) and the work environment on the performance of PT employees. Matsuzawa Pelita Furniture Indonesia was 10.1% while 89.9% was influenced by other variables such as work culture, work discipline, etc.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana motivasi dan disiplinkerja mempengaruhi kinerjapegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Karawang. Penelitian ini akan menguji korelasi, pengaruh parsial, dan pengaruh simultan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (kadang-kadang disebut sensus), 116 peserta dipilih. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis rute. Analisis data penelitian menghasilkan: (1) Motivasikerja dan disiplin mempunyai hubungan searah positif yang tinggi sebesar 0,738. (2) Motivasikerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 34,4% (0,344). (3) Disiplinkerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerjapegawai sebesar 32,5% atau 0,325. (4) Motivasi dan disiplinkerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerjapegawai sebesar 0,669 atau 66,9%, sedangkan variabel lain sebesar 33,1%.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate how salaries and incentives influence employee performance improvement at PT. Tenma Indonesia Karawang Factory. Research data was collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using SPSS version 26 software with a multiple linear regression approach. The research results show that the calculated t result of the salary variable is 6.775 > t table 1.984, meaning that the salary variable has a partially significant effect on the performance variable, while the t calculated incentive variable is 1.216 < t table 1.984, meaning that the incentive variable has no partial significant effect on the performance variable. And it is known that the calculated F value of the salary and incentive variables is 53.257 > F table 3.090, meaning that it has a significant simultaneous effect on the performance variable. In conclusion, companies must be able to provide appropriate salaries to their employees in order to advance the company and encourage employee performance because there is a relationship between salary variables and performance variables. The low incentives received by employees mean that employee performance cannot be measured by the number of incentives received. Companies must be able to provide appropriate incentives for their employees. Keywords : Salary, Incentives, Employee performance

Abstract

The primary goal of this research is to get knowing of how work discipline and its environment affect productivity within the Ministry of Religion, Karawang Regency workplace. Quantitative verification research is the core of this research. A total of sixty-three participants were surveyed from the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion. This was a Total sampling strategy, and 63 people completed the survey. The online survey served as a data collection tool, while SPSS 16 multiple linear regression analysis provided the results. Employee performance (y) is influenced by two factors Partially, according to research. Namely environment of work (x1) and discipline of work (x2). If the calculated of F value is bigger than critical of value (33.136 > 3.15), then these two factors have a combined influence of 51.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the collaboration strategy between Uniqlo and anime programs on sales results. The research method used is to use a qualitative approach to understand more deeply about the patterns, trends, or phenomena involved to explore and understand the more subjective and complex aspects of the data in the sales data table. The focus of the study involves various articles related to Uniqlo's management strategy, as well as discussing in general Uniqlo's collaboration strategy with anime programs, and developments in market size, share, and trends in the anime industry that have been previously published. The literature is carefully analyzed and then compiled and presented.
