Abstract

Catering is service requirement for some people who have a celebration for important events that bring many people to come. Catering provides food, decoration, and service for customers who have a celebration . In Karawang it self the tradition of using catering services has become a necessity of life, to help the success and smooth running of the event. One of the caterers in Karawang city is Citra Nusantara Catering, which was founded in 2018 by Mrs. Dwi Indriyani Rezeki. Promotion has an important effect on Citra Nusantara Catering to the wider community so that it can increase sales turnover. Bussines projections function as policy making and budgeting in the business. This study aims to project how the sales result of Citra Nusantara Catering in the development of small industrial businesses in Karawang Regency. Thus, this research is the first research on the application of business projection techniques using the least square method related to Citra Nusantara Catering Sales

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen yang terdiri dari mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang pada cita rasa Koffie Hideung yang dibandingkan dengan Kopi Kapal Api varian Premium. Metode Penelitian ini adalah studi komparasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen penikmat kopi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes (uji) cita rasa berdasarkan preferensi responden. Metode penilaian cita rasa menggunakan standar SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Koffie Hideung lebih disukai oleh para penikmat kopi dalam indikator aroma sebelum diseduh, aroma sesudah diseduh, aroma yang khas, dan after taste Sedangkan pada indikator lainnya tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan Kata Kunci : preferensi konsumen, cita rasa, komparasi

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai desa dalam melayani masyarakat pada Kantor Kepala Desa Kertasari serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat kinerja dari aparat desa kertasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara serta observasi secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelayanan pegawai desa atau aparat desa kepada masyarakat Desa Kertasari belum dikatakan baik dikarenakan terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat dalam kinerja aparat desa seperti kurangnya computer di Kantor Kepala Desa Kertasari serta tingkat kedisiplinan dari pegawai yang masih belum optimal sehingga hal tersebut dapat menghambat kinerja dari para pegawainya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Upaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai desa yaitu melakukan kontrol atau pengecekan terhadap pegawai, memberikan sanksi yang cukup berat kepada pegawai yang terlambat masuk jam kerja agar orang tersebut merasa takut untuk melanggar aturan tersebut.Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of village employees in serving the community at the Kertasari Village Head Office and the factors that hinder the performance of the Kertasari village apparatus. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques by means of interviews and direct observation. The results of this study are that the service of village employees or village officials to the people of Kertasari Village has not been said to be good because there are several inhibiting factors in the performance of village officials such as the lack of computers in the Kertasari Village Head Office and the level of discipline of employees who are still not optimal so that it can hinder performance. of its employees in providing services to the surrounding community. Efforts to improve the performance of village employees, namely controlling or checking employees, giving fairly severe sanctions to employees who are late for work hours so that people are afraid to violate these rules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi apakah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan metode sample jenuh sebanyak 65 orang karyawan PT. Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia Departemen CVT Componen. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi sebagai variable independent, serta kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi Pustaka, kuisioner dikembangkan dari indicator masing-masing variable yang menjadi pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26 terdiri dari persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis koefisien determinasi, uji simultan dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan maupun parsial lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an investigation into the level of service provided by PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk in the Karawang Area. Participants in this study include both employees and customers. This study employs qualitative research methods that are descriptive. Research focuses on five aspects of Prasuraman's theory: responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), tangibility (physical), empathy (empathy), and reliability (reliability). These five aspects are listed as follows: responsiveness, assurance, tangible (physical), empathy (empathy), and reliability (reliability). The data collection method consisted of three stages, which were observation, interviews, and documentation of the results of the interviews. There are obstacles in the Responsiveness dimension, specifically in responding to messages from the community through WhatsApp services, and there are obstacles in the Physical Evidence dimension, specifically in the facility of interference, according to the findings of research related to the five dimensions of service quality. The dimensions of Assurance, Empathy, and Responsiveness all fall into the good category. increased gas pressure, which results in the gas being unstable. The findings of this research provide information that can be used by PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, Karawang Area in terms of the quality of service on what dimensions ought to be evaluated so that it can be improved.

Although Lots thing that can done employee something business For increase results performance is important for they For prioritize discipline work and compliance to standards that have set . Objective from study This is For test connection between culture work and discipline Work to performance employee at the district ministry of religion karawang . Researcher in study This use methodology quantitative and amount sample taken _ 63 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Karawang Regency . Study done with method survey , with analysis range scale and multiple linear regression data analysis were used for the descriptive test , respectively . Analysis statistics used For gather proof hypothesis that culture work and discipline Work own significant influence _ to productivity employee . With the R2 value is 0.663 and the magnitude effect of 0.627 ( or 62.7%), variable additions that don't researched is the rest of 0.373 ( or 37.3%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat penerapan motivasi kerja sebagai peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri, Upaya motivasi kerja bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri sebagai peningkatan kinerja pegawainya, masalah yang ada ketika memotivasi kerja pegawai dalam bengkel ini. Rancangan penelitiannya yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dimana penelitian pada objek atau lapangan, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya menjelaskan sejauh mana kinerja karyawan bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Manajemen Bengkel Yamaha Sinar Prima Mandiri yaitu untuk memotivasi karyawan yang belum melakukan pekerjaannya dengan maksimal, sehingga ini bisa mengakibatkan kelemahan pada kinerja pegawai dan menurunnya totalitas dan produktivitas pegawainya

Abstract

With the entry of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Jakarta-Cikampek Branch Operator must be swift to face all challenges and uncertain changes in business direction. To manage and strengthen the viability of a company, businesses must continue to evolve and innovate in the human resources function. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate how organizational culture and work discipline impact employee productivity at PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Jakarta-Cikampek Branch. This study used quantitative, descriptive, and verification methodologies. Cluster random sampling is used as a sampling method in these investigations. 478 employees make up the population, while 120 responses make up the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS is the method used in processing this research data. Overall work discipline, company culture, and employee performance all fall into the "good" category, according to the findings. The findings of the analysis show that the factors that influence work discipline and organizational culture both positively and significantly affect employee performance. Employee performance is simultaneously positively and significantly influenced by organizational culture and work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the results of the evaluation of MSME business training for Champion MSMEs at the Karawang Regency Cooperative and UKM Office in 2023. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis using the Krikpatrick model. The number of participants in this study were 22 people consisting of 12 MSME people who were selected as the best participants in May and June, 7 assistants and 3 people from the Karawang Regency Cooperative and UKM Office, namely the Head of Service, Head of Section and Head of Micro Business Development Section. . Where, the selection of participants was carried out using a purposive sampling strategy. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that the implementation of MSME business training for UMKM Champion in Karawang Regency is in the good category. While the results of the analysis using the Krikpatrick model show that the evaluation that must be carried out results from the analysis using the Kirkpatrick model, namely at the reaction stage in the form of participation and consumption, then at the learning stage and at the results/impact stage, namely business improvement.

Abstract

Kaizen merupakan konsep yang sederhana, yang berarti “perbaikan”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan  budaya kaizen terhadap kinerja karyawan dan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta penjelasan mengenai pengaruh budaya kaizen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sumber data primer dan data sekunder.data primer digunakan untuk memperoleh data mengenai penerapan budaya kaizen dari divisi Quality Control dimana divisi tersebut berkaitan langsung dengan penggunaan budaya kaizen di lokasi kerja. Data primer diperoleh dari Assisten Manajer,leader dan karyawan .Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai penerapan budaya kaizen pada perusahaan yang diteliti maka dapat disimpulkan adalah Kaizzen merpakan usaha perbaikan terhadap standar kerja selangkah demi selangkah dan terus menerus terhadap proses yang melibatkan semua pihak baik pimpinan maupun karyawan. kegaitan kaizen dan 5R dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan,dengan adanya kaizen dapat mempermudah karyawan dalam proses produksi karena tempat yang rapih dan bersih adanya kegiatan 5R.
