Abstract

Kinerja pegawai yang optimal dibutuhkan untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Makassar, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey bertipe penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan accidental sampling serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengabsahan data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan linieritas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, menggunakan bantuan software SPSS version 20.0. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan, bahwa secara parsial pengaruh kualitas kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik sebesar 0,228 atau 22.8%, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik sebesar 0,425 atau 42,5%, pengaruh kecepatan  terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik sebesar 0,450 atau 45%, pengaruh kemampuan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik sebesar 0,422 atau 42,2%, dan pengaruh inisiatif terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik sebesar 0,286 atau 28,6%. Adapun secara simultan, hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik sebesar 0,606 atau 60,6%. DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jdg.v10i2.2259

Abstract

This research discusses the dissemination of education policy by looking at the responses and insights of students, lecturers, and education staff at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar towards the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). The biggest challenge in implementing educational policies in higher education is the percentage of understanding of the academic community and their readiness to implement education policy packages implemented by the government. In this study, a qualitative method was used by using a case study at the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The data was obtained from the results of a survey to students, lecturers, and education staff conducted by the MBKM Grant Team of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar through a survey platform and survey questions facilitated by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia starting on 18-22 December 2021. The results of the survey processed using the Nvivo application. There have been various responses regarding the Independent Learning-Kampus Merdeka Program and it can be concluded that the dissemination of the MBKM policy still needs to be maximized, because there are still many educators and students who do not know the nature of the policy.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on service quality in  Mappakasunggu District office of Takalar Regency. This study  used descriptive research by using quantitative methods and approaches that described work motivation towards service quality in the District Office of Mappakasunggu, Takalar Regency, as many as 77 people. Sampling technique   used simple random sampling.  The statistical analysis of the coffisien model table, explaining the magnitude of the correlation or relationship (R) value of 0.590.  The influence of the independent variable or work motivation (X) on the dependent variable of service quality (Y) shown by the standard coffisien of 0.5 or 59% based on these results it could be said that the influence of the independent variable or work motivation (X) on the variable the dependent quality of service (Y) in the Mappakasunggu District Office of Takalar Regency was 0.5, or  59%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employee discipline in the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Takalar Regency. This study used a descriptive study using quantitative methods and approaches that described the transformational leadership style of employee discipline in the Office of Population and Civil registry of Takalar Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Takalar  regency as many  as 50 people, civil servants were 30 people and 20 honorary. Sampling technique used saturated sampling. The results showed  that the transformational leadership style  had a positive and significant effect on employee discipline at the Office of Population and Civil Registration, with an R square coefficient of 0,524, meaning  52.4% of the leadership style affected employee discipline at the Office of Population and Civil Registration at Takalar Regency.

Abstract

Limbah plastik dapat dikreasikan menjadi sejumlah kerajinan tangan berupa keranjang belanja, tempat tisu, tempat minuman gelas, aksesoris dan hiasan rumah lainnya yang tentu saja memiliki nilai jual. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui peluang usaha pemanfaatan limbah plastik sehingga akhirnya mendapat tambahan penghasilan. Target mitra yaitu masyarakat yang minat berwirausaha. Kegiatan PKM dijalankan melalui tahap, yaitu 1) persiapan dengan sosialisasi kegiatan kepada masyarakat, untuk memudahkan koordinasi maka akan dibentuk kelompok usaha kecil 2) pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara pelatihan dilengkapi dengan praktek langsung 3) pendampingan dilakukan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan baik dalam proses produksi, inovasi produk, administrasi dan akuntansi sederhana, maupun pemasaran. Proses pemasaran dilakukan secara offline dan online. Dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta setelah PKM ini dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 80 % peserta telah sangat baik memahami teknik pembuatan produk inovatif yang diajarkan dan terdapat 83 % peserta telah memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang sangat baik terhadap penggunaan website/blog sebagai sarana pemasaran online.

Abstract

This article explains the development of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in increasing original villagel income during the pandemic covid-19, which hurts the socio economic antisocialeconomicall communities. The research location at BUMDes in Kecamatan Bantimurung, Kabupaten Maros, uses survey research method with descriptive analysis approach using SWOT analysis technique. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling of 36 respondents using the proportional random sampling technique. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data regarding the conditions, and internal and external factors of BUMDes in Bantimurung. Data was collected using interview techniques with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it shows that BUMDes in Bantimurung is not yet fully optimal but can contribute to village the own-source revenue with business units owned and the lack of facilities and supervision from the sub-district government, so that the BUMDes strategy that can be applied is the growth and build strategy, it can be recommended that the development of BUMDes need support from the government through regulations, capital assistance and accompaniment. In addition, by carrying out good strategic planning for the development of BUMDes, in-depth observations and mapping of the local economic potential of villages, choosing business development, and expanding the network of cooperation partners and optimizing the role of cooperation partners and the community to jointly encourage the development of BUMDes products, strengthen markets and training for BUMDes managers on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This study purposed to describe and explain the influence of leadership on the discipline of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tello Makassar City Generation Control Implementation Unit (UPDK). This study used descriptive quantitative to describe and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the leadership variable on the employee discipline variable. The sample of this study was 59 employees who were selected using the saturated sampling technique method from 59 members of the population. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the picture of leadership was 47.15%, which meant that the leadership of PT. PLN (Persero) Tello Generation Control Implementation Unit (UPDK) Makassar City was categorized as not good and the description of employee discipline was 41, 33% which meant employee discipline at PT. PLN (Persero) Tello Makassar City Generation Control Implementation Unit (UPDK) was categorized as not good below 50%. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) found the t value of 2,351 t table 2,008 or the value of sig 0,022 smaller than 0,005, this indicated that Ha was accepted, which meant that there was a significant and positive influence between leadership and employee discipline.
