Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Bali adalah kampus informasi teknologi yang ada pertama di Bali. Perkuliahan yang sedang berlangsung dibimbing oleh Dosen Pengampu yang berpengalaman di bidangnya. Setiap akhir perkuliahan Dosen tersebut wajib mengisi berita acara perkuliahan sesuai SAP (System Application and Product in data processing) dan materi perkuliahan yang telah diberikan. Berita acara tersebut akan divalidasi oleh Dosen Koordinator untuk meningkatkan mutu serta kualitas perkuliahan. Selama ini proses validasi kesesuaian SAP dan jumlah pertemuan masih dilakukan secara konvesional dengan proses secara manual dan tidak terstruktur, maka terjadi beberapa kendala yang mempengaruhi waktu dan kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan. Selain itu pembuatan laporan hasil evaluasi proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih lama dan kurang tertib. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah implementasi yaitu Implementasi .NET Framework pada Sistem Dosen Koordinator STMIK STIKOM Bali. Sistem ini dapat membantu Dosen Koordinator dalam melakukan kesesuaian SAP dan jumlah pertemuan dengan mudah. Bagian Akademik juga dapat melakukan rekapitulasi hasil validasi dengan efisien. Selain itu sistem ini juga dapat membantu Ketua Program Studi dalam melakukan evaluasi Dosen Pengampu secara terstrukutur. Dengan demikian kegiatan evaluasi proses belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan baik.Kata kunci: Dosen Koordinator, .NET Framework, STIKOM Bali

Abstract

Twitter social networking and microblog services that allow users to send and read text-based messages up to 140 characters, known as tweets. A text in a tweet does not only convey information from an information, but also contains information about human behavior including emotions. To detect the emotion of the text on Twitter social media services with unstructured data, it is necessary to do text analysis, one of them is by using Text Mining. Text mining tries to extract useful information from data sources through identification and exploration of an interesting pattern. Data sources are a collection of documents and interesting patterns that are not found in the form of record databases, but in unstructured text data. In this study proposes to do text mining research on Social Media to detect user emotions. Text-based emotional detection can be used in business, education, psychology, and any other field that is most important for understanding and interpreting emotions. From the tests carried out by the Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbor methods can produce an average value of precision of 0.45640904478933. Recall value is 0.50199332258158 and the accuracy value is 0.8140589569161 while from the K-Nearest Neighbor method the average value of precision is 0.34210487225193. Recall value is 0.45954538381009 and the accuracy value is 0.79705215419501. the results of testing with the SVM-KNN method showed that the suitability of emotional classification was better than the K-Nearest Neighbor method of the whole emotional categories.

Abstract

Under normal conditions, undergraduate or undergraduate students from a university can complete their studies for 4 years or 8 semesters. In fact, many students complete their study period of more than 4 years. Is known that in fact in the 2015/2016 academic year there were 744 people who were accepted as students. Of the 744 people who were accepted, 405 people had completed a study period of about 4 years and the remaining 39 people completed their studies for 5 years and 300 of them did not continue their studies. Based on the problem on, so This study implements a classification that can help Dhyana Pura University in predicting the length of study for students who are currently studying in various study programs at Dhyana Pura University. The author's method serves in the classification to predict long student study period is the Naive Bayes algorithm. By using the Java-based Rapid Miner tool to classify graduation data. Then the implementation of data mining which is divided into 968 training data and 193 data testing data with naive Bayes has succeeded in obtaining an accuracy rate of 100% which also has very good parameters.

Abstract

LPPM adalah salah satu lembaga atau biro yang ada di Universitas Dhyana Pura yang memiliki beberapa kegiatan yang meliputi pengelolaan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Pihak LPPM masih belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sehingga menimbulkan beberapa permasalah. Permasalahan tersebut antara lain proses permohonan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, tidak adanya histori permohonan, dan tidak adanya proses penilaian. Aplikasi pengelolaan HKI ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk masalah ini. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Symfony Framework. Symfony Framework salah satu kerangka yang terbaik untuk tingkat perusahaan yang kompleks aplikasi, dan untuk dengan cepat dan efisien memperkaya sistem informasi lembaga. Dengan Demikian Pemohon dapat melakukan permohonan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Adanya histori permohonan untuk proses pemantauan.

Abstract

One of the factors that to improve the performance productivity of an organization or agency is Human Resources. During this time many government agencies that do not have employees with adequate competence, this is evidenced by the low productivity of employees and the difficulty of measuring employee performance in the scope of government agencies. This research discusses the application of K-means Clustering conducted at Udayana University, especially on annual performance data for contract workers. this study aims to classify cluster clusters that are determined to facilitate the evaluate quality of work of contract workers. This research uses data used as many as 1613 data. And done preprocessing get 544 data. In preprocessing data, K-means Clustering method is performed. In K-means Clustering determined the number of K as much as 5 Cluster. To determine Data Cluster used Ecludian Distance calculation. From the results of K-means Clustering Applying it takes 10 iterations. From 5 clusters conducted on 544 data there are clusters 0 as much as 38, Cluster 1 as much as 473, Cluster 2 as much as 130, Cluster 3 as much as 26 and from cluster 4 as many as 3. From the results of K-means Clustering implementation is used as a supporter of Quality Evaluation Work.

Abstract

The library is the primary means used in development efforts as well as an increase in knowledge. Library holds a very large role in the spread of information because the library provides collections that can be used as a reference for the Civitas academic. Data Warehouse is a system that takes and consolidate data periodically from a source system into a dimensional or normalization of the data store. The purpose of this research was to analyze the information about the business process and create the initial means for taking quick decisions in related service quality evaluation in libraries and Understand the trends/interests and make forecasts better decisions in the evaluation of the quality of related services in the library.

Abstract

Vehicle is a transportation asset that many owned by agencies or companies as one of the media operational. Determined operators manage vehicle assets in an agency that becomes a factor of management to be less effective and efficient. In addition, the process is still running conventionally. In the existing business process in STMIK STIKOM Bali is divided into three processes that include the process of borrowing vehicles, operational process, vehicle maintenance process. In this paper we discuss the design of vehicle asset management information system on STMIK STIKOM Bali. The design of this proposed system will be web based using PIECES analysis. Vehicle tracking and reminder system on vehicle asset management becomes one of the features in this system design. For system development using System Development Life Cycle method. This system is expected to facilitate various difficulties either experienced operator or applicant. In addition, this system is expected to reduce the problems regarding the management of vehicle assets.

Abstract

Berbagai dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan adanya perubahan-perubahan besar hampir diseluruh aspek kehidupan salah satunya adalah pola dan kebiasaan dalam bekerja, dalam hal ini masyarakat sulit untuk bekerja darirumah karena masyarakat terbiasa bekerja secara langsung. Sehingga pada masa sulit saat ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu untuk kreatif melaksanakan semua kegiatan dari rumah, tapi tentunya tidak semua pekerjaan dan kegiatan bisa dilakukan secara online, oleh sebab itu, supaya ke depannya tingkat keamanan masyarakat dalam bekerja terjamin maka tentunya masyarakat kedepannya harus dilakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 oleh lembaga layanan kesehatan. dalam hal ini masyarakat yang menerima vaksin itu termasuk juga para jemaat rohani dari Gereja Kristen Protestan di Bali (GKPB) dan juga Yayasan Maha Bhoga Marga (MBM), oleh karena itu tim satgas Covid-19 Yayasan MBM merasa perlu untuk melakukan pendataan terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 terhadap warga jemaat GKPB.

Abstract

According to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, a patent is defined as the exclusive right of the inventor to create or provide his work to be made in the field of art for a certain period of time. At Dhyana Pura University, one of the units, namely LPPM, has several activities which include the management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). On April 22, 2021, Dhyana Pura University received the Strengthening of Intellectual Property Rights Center of the Ministry of Research and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency in 2021. Meanwhile, the Information System for the Management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) at LPPM only covers Copyright Applications. In addition, a digitalized patent filing facility is also needed at the University to support patent applications which are still minimal. In addition, the Incentive Revenue related to the Intellectual Property Rights Center also cannot cover the development of internal systems at the university. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a patent scheme for the IPR management system at the Dhyana Pura University LPPM which can display reports related to patent applications and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. With the development of a patent scheme on the system, it can provide convenience, speed and accuracy in Data processing so that it is expected to bring progress in the service of application and management of patent rights at LPPM Dhyana Pura University.
