Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship of morale to employee productivity in the StateProperty Office and Auction Manado.This study used a quantitative descriptive method with simple correlation analysisapproach. In this study using two variables: the variable X and variable Morale Work ProductivityY. The data collection technique using a questionnaire or a questionnaire distributed to employees,the object of study observation and document study. Measurement of population in this study areemployees of the Office of the State Property and Auction services are 40 People Manadoemployees. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation formula, the coefficient ofdetermination and hypothesis testing significantly. To test the hypothesis used t test or partial test.Data were analyzed by manual calculation and use existing t table in the appendix.From the analysis we find the value of the product moment correlation coefficient of r = 0.827 whichshows that there is a positive relationship correlation r value of nearly (1,000) that can beinterpreted in the degree of relationship with work productivity morale at the high category. Thecoefficient of determination (R2) is equal to = 0.6839 or 68.39%, so as to have the sense that thevariables determining morale has power (influence) of 68.39% on the development of employeeproductivity, in other words that the development of morale is at 68.39% determined by the spirit ofthe work, while the remaining 31.61% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Significance level of the coefficient on the real level test used was 1% (∞ = 0.01). To test obtainedMorale thitung t = 9.067> t table = 2.429. It can be concluded that ho was rejected and Ha acceptedor Morale effect on Work Productivity of employees.Key word : spirit at work, produktivity

Abstract

The implementation of public policy is something that is complex, involving various actors, parties, relatedto the environment or the context in which the policy is to be implemented to achieve its objectives. In thisregard, the existence of various models used to see how policies are implemented that are associated withthat goal is not to measure the extent to which policies have been implemented to achieve their objectives.Based on the problems raised, this study was designed using a qualitative approach. Researchers chose thecity of Manado as the location of the study; this was because in this city there was clearly a growth inboarding houses. Based on the analysis based on the theory of policy implementation by Van Meter andVan Horn, the Implementation of Hotel Taxation Policy Category of Kos Houses in Manado City, NorthSulawesi Province has not gone well. This research suggests: socialization and affirmation to staff aboutactivities that are part of the work program and field duties; staff and operational funds are developed;compile SOPs for the implementation of tasks, both at the subfield level and at the field level; follow up onstaff who do not carry out their duties properly and taxpayers who are not tax conscious; and conductfurther analysis on the lack of legislative support in the hotel tax collection policy for boarding houses.Keywords: Implementation, Kos House Tax

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics, career development, and compensation on employee loyalty. The potential of existing human resources in the company must be utilized as well as possible, so as to be able to provide optimal output. An organization will run smoothly if all services provided by individuals to the organization get balanced attention and rewards. The general research objective is to examine and determine the effect of job characteristics, career development, and compensation on employee loyalty. The method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method, using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. The results obtained from the study that simultaneously the ability of the variable Job Characteristics, Career Development and Compensation in explaining the magnitude of the influence on the variable Employee Loyalty is 14%, the rest is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a review of the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri Manado. The benefits of this research are expected that the results of this study can contribute to a broader knowledge of company performance and to be used as reference materials or comparison materials for other researchers. This is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 35 respondents obtained using the non-probability (accidental sampling) method. To test how the influence of quality is used instruments, validity and reliability tests, while the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the t test and the coefficient of determination (multiple correlations). Therefore H1 is accepted, which means that the independent variable (compensation) influences the dependent variable (employee performance), positively and strongly influences. The results of the determination coefficient show that the adjusted R square rate is 0.592 or 59.2% which means that the employee performance variance can be explained by compensation. While the remaining 40.8 can be explained by other variables outside the research variable.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to Analyzing the variables of trust, commitment of communication and handling The complaint simultaneously and partially towards to customer retention of mobile products and most dominant variables of trust, commitment, communication and handling The complaint in influencing customer retention at PT Erafone Mega Mall. Where companies must be able to have strategies in attracting and retaining customers such as relationship marketing strategies that have 4 variables, namely : trust, commitment, communication and secure of complaints. When a company is able to carry out that strategy well, consumers will feel satisfied and comfortable with the sold products and services provided by the company to consumers and when it goes well, it is likely that consumers will buy again and can recommend products from the company. - This type of research is a type of descriptive research verification. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaire and literature. To examine the effect of customer retention on customer satisfaction by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in the test instrument data are validity and reliability test, assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study indicate that the four independent variables have a significant and simultaneous effect on customer retention. While the most dominant influence on customer retention is customer trust in using PT ERAFONE Manado products.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to determine the effect of marketing mix on consumer shopping decisions on PT Jumbo Supermarket in Manado. Marketing mix consists of product, price, promotion and place as the independent variable and the consumer's decision to shop as the dependent variable. In this research using correlation and regression analyzes with the total sample of 45 customers. Partial results showed all the hypotheses of the elements of the marketing mix significantly influence the consumer's decision to shop, but the biggest influence is the element of the place. Likewise, simultaneous marketing mix significantly influence consumer shopping decisions. Impikasi of this study, expected jumbo self-management should continue to integrate the elements of the marketing mix to enable the powerful synergy for maximum business performance. For further research, researchers can develop other variables that consumer shopping decisions can be assessed from different elements. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Consumer Shopping Decisions

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the regulations and policies relating to the activities of Small Business, small business contribution to economic growth since the autonomy to implement, and support for small business development in South Minahasa regency. This study used a survey technique, with a population of small businesses in South Minahasa regency. Sample was determined by 30 small business units in six districts with a proportional amount specified villages. While institutions in the survey who had close links with the coaching and development of small businesses. The results indicate the regulations and policies related to various economic activities, more people includes regulations related to the effort to obtain and increase local revenue. Small business enough to contribute to economic growth, particularly in moving the economy to fulfill the basic needs. Realization of government assistance for small business development is still lacking. Although the natural resources in the South Minahasa district has good potential as a driver economic capital, but if not managed wisely hard drives the local economy. Regulations relating to wider access for small business development must be accommodated and encouraged.    Keywords: Local Autonomy, Local Economy, Small Business

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to identify the conditions and problems confronting the new entrepreneurs in managing the business.  This research uses descriptive analysis with the total sample as much of the 265 respondents. Data collected by use questioner and interview technique base on criteria that have been determined.  The research found that the business of trading as the main type of business, the mayority of high school educated respondents, initial capital came from businessmen themselves, generally they have not followed entrepreneurial training. This new entrepreneurial expects the government provides access to capital and training to support their efforts.  This research has limited because only identify new entrepreneurial activity and knowing perception them about government role of entrepreneurs beginners.  This research early to tell further research and information for strategic decision makers in the micro and small enterprises. Abstract

Abstracts. This study aims to determine the employee's perception of the assessment of individual performance based on indicators developed from the list of assessment implementation work. The method used is descriptive qualitative judgment sampling with sampling which is representative of the leadership and staff of the Regional Employment Board of Malang. The results show the model is fairly good assessment to assess the performance of public servants since been standardized and easy for top decision makers in the field of national personnel to evaluate and make policy. However, each type of job has a different assessment dimensions, so that a good assessment should be based on factual work of each individual. Especially in the era of autonomous forms of assessment using the DP3 is irrelevant because the system of government has changed. It seems unfair if the employee performance appraisal conducted uniformly throughout Indonesia. All you need do is to integrate the existing appraisal system for civil servants with other relevant assessment system and accommodate the situation and condition of the local government.  Keywords: Performance Assessment, Individual Employee

Abstract

Rewards are one of the factors that affect various human resource activities at every company. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of salary, incentives, and bonuses based on job satisfaction of Grab Car driver branch PT. Solusi Transportasi Indonesia at Manado City. The value purpose for this research was doing a survey to Grab Car drivers at Manado City as a sample within 100 respondents. The Regression Analysis is the method that was used for this research and the result found as partial that salaries, incentives, and bonuses have an impact on job satisfaction. The multiple regression research also found that salaries, incentives, and bonuses have a big impact on job satisfaction. The elements of reward such as salaries, incentives, and bonuses have become the very crucial parts of job satisfaction. Therefore, the company management should give serious attention to implementing it, to avoid decreasing the impact that Grab Car driver for job satisfaction to decreased incentives and bonuses.
