Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Salabnda. Ada beberapa Faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, Guru kadang-kadang kurang menyadari bahwa siswa SD pola  berpikirnya masih bersifat konkrit atau nyata. Guru kelas IV lebih sering menggunakan metode ceramah, tugas kelompok dan tidak perna menggunakan media dalam pembelajaran, sehingga siswa tidak terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Melihat kenyataan tersebut di butuhkan suatu usaha untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan media gambar yang tepat dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.Penelitian ini difokuskan pada masalah, Apakah pemanfaatan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Salabenda? Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas ini mengikuti model Kurt Lewin yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan setip siklus melalui 4 tahap yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan Tindakan, (3) Obserpasi, (4) Refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD Inpres Salabenda tahun pelajaran 2013-2014. Subyek penelitian adalah 10 orang siswa.Data dikumpul melalui lembar observasi, tes hasil tindakan diolah menggunakan pengolahan analisa kualitatif. Rumus hipotesis dalam penelitian ini Pemanfaatan Media Gambar pada siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Salabenda dapat ditingkatkan melalui media gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis tindakan dapat diterima, dimana indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan baik ketuntasan individu (65%) maupun klasikal (70%) telah tercapai dimana prosentase hasil penelitian pada siklus dua diperoleh ketuntasan individu (80%) dan ketuntasan secara klasikal diperoleh (80%). Abstract

This paper discusses the essence of religion in Islam, especially regarding the procedure to implement the teachings of Islam in accordance with the Five Pillars of Islam. The Five Pillars of Islam are: pronounce the shahadah, praying prayers, alms issued, and pilgrimage for those who can afford. It is the bedrock of the Muslim community in Maros as adherents of the congregation Ussulu community. Congregation Ussulu is meant by the Muslim community in the area is a teaching that is considered to be a guide in the teachings of Islam. Congregation Ussulu it becomes a religious guidelines that are considered permanent in life in religion (Islam). It is argued that the teachings carried forth in the art will be a guarantee for anyone who embraces the congregation would survive the world and in the hereafter.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The high growth of motorcycle (M/C) with 23%-30% per year and the proportion of M/C with 50%- 73% particularly on secondary arterial road now days has given specific phenomenon to traffic situation of urban road. The most influencing growth predicted have increased the traffic accident and decreased level of road service. Actually, the M/C growth has not well services yet neither mean of existing facility nor traffic management. On the other side, the guidance which is needed for standardized development of M/C lanes has become a constraint for the road and traffic planner to solve the problems. Overall, the purposes of this study are to identify the performance indicators and criterions which are related to M/C lanes needs particularly on arterial urban road with 4/2 and 6/2 divided. This study was started with assumptions that the M/C growths have influenced to traffic performance. Several data have been collected and have analyzed by mean of traffic characteristic analyses (traffic volume and proportion, speed operational), Q/C analyses and M/C movement behavior analyses. The result analyses shows that the main criterion through the needs of M/C lanes M/C proportion ≥ 34,5% and M/C peak hour volume ≥ 1200 pcu’s. Statistical analyses also show that there were significant correlations of the two criterions with the degree of saturation Q/C > 0,65. Another criterion which is also important for M/C lanes designing was M/C accident proportion with greater than 40%. To design of LOS (level of service) D M/C lanes with 0,65≤Q/C<0,86 criterion this study suggested to use road marking as a lanes separator for inclusive M/C lanes and Q/C≥0,86 criterion for physical separator of exclusive M/C lanes. Furthermore, to design M/C lanes width for medium (M) side friction has proposed wider than 3,00 meter with M/C volume design greater than 625 pcu’s/hour and greater than 575pcu’s/hour for high (H) side friction with LOS C design. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu layanan electronic delivery channel di BNI Syariah Sukabumi. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 dengan menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi logistik.Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa dari 5 variabel indikator mutu layanan yang terbentuk untuk mengukur kepuasan nasabah dan memiliki nilai lebih tinggi pada faktor utama yaitu variabel tangibles sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah dalam bertransaksi melalui BNI Syariah Sukabumi.

Abstract

managerial fuction on the aspects of the planning, organization, leaderships, monitoring, evaluation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal in managing the school. The study was conducted at SMPN 4 Panca Rijang in Sidenreng Rappang district. The data sources were 9 informants which consisted of the principal, the vice principals, of curriculum affairs, students affairs, facility and infrastucture affairs, public relation affairs, administration affairs, subject teachers, and the chief of school committe. Data were collected through in-depth interview and documentation. Data were then analyzed by employing qualitative method with several steps: data reduction, data persentation, data verification, and member check. The result of the study revealed that the implementation of the principal’s managerial function on the palnning aspect was conducted well, indicated by the success of the principal in arranging the plan of the various level, RAPBS. The organization aspect was conducted well, indicated by the successof the principal in arranging the organizational structure of the school, job distribution, and job delegation. The leadership aspect was not conducted well due to less maximal of the human resoursces in school. The monitoring aspect was not conducted well as well due to less maximal of the principal in controlling the school activities, particulary the teaching and learning process in class. The evaluation aspect was conducted well, indicated by the implementation of evaluation on the activities which appropriated with the plan according to the procedure, time allocation, and the set funding. The supporting factors of the principal in managing the school were professional leadership, the education qualification of the teachers and employees who are sarjana in everage, harmonious partnership between the stakeholders; whereas, the inhibiting factors were inefficient facility and infrastructure, school condition in terms of flooding, lack of participation by the public, material and non-material factors of the parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence that signikan between Number of High School , Number of Teachers and the number of students who are in the province of Lampung. This study uses a quantitative study using SPSS software to get results afterwards analysis. Data get from the Central Statistics Agency website Lampung Province. The result showed a marked influence between variables Number of Pupils with Variable Number of High School, Total Number of Classroom and number of Teachers and either partially or collectively – together.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve creativity and student learning outcomes on learning Sociology class X SMA Yasmida Ambarawa. In general, this research seeks to improve the creativity and learning outcomes of students by using AIR learning model with Review Strategy.This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study are the students of grade X SMA Yasmida Ambarawa which amounted to 26 people. The object of this research is the implementation of Sociology learning by using AIR learning model with Review Strategy. Classroom Action Research is done in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings.The results showed that there is an increase of creativity and Activity of students by applying AIR model learning with Review Strategy. Student creativity is seen from all indicator of creativity and Student Activity is improving. In the first cycle of creativity of 60.66%, in the second cycle of 79.96%, while the student's activity also increased from 70% to 85%. Creativity can be seen from the ability to generate many ideas, the ability to propose a variety of solutions to problems, the ability to find answers, tend to give more answers, respond to questions posed, have many questions, and be able to describe things in detail. Student activity is seen from observing, asking, trying, reasoning, tasting, and creating. Students can listen, think, share in groups, and review the material with pleasure so as to provide opportunities for students to hone their own ability, responsibility, and self-belief.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments directly or indirectly affect the trading system. At present, only by accessing the internet, we can choose the desired product, know the details of the product, and can make transactions with anyone without being limited by time and distance. The sales system at INYIAK Padang Shop is still manual, where the delivery of product information to consumers cannot be accessed directly. So a web- based sales system is needed. The method used in the development of this website is SDLC with a prototype model including needs analysis, prototype making, prototype evaluation, system coding, system testing, system evaluation and system usage. In making this system using the Sublime Text 3 text editor, XAMPP server, MySQL database and other supporting software that can facilitate the creation of this system. With the existence of this online sales information system, it can improve service systems, processing sales data and make it easier for people to get product information. The website can also create a system that is more effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company.

Abstract

Information tecnology is devloping rapidly in recent years. As a result of the rapid devlopment of information tecnology. communication tools also grown rapidly as well. One of brand communications media operators that dominate indonesia consumer market is Simpati. This study want to find out where the product quality and price influenceon consumer satisfacation. Sample of 73 respondent used student faculty of economics Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. The data was obtained by distributing questionnarie to the respondents directly. Analysis tools used in this study where factor analysis. Result showed that after rotation of component matric, then the component 1 contains 10 in new variable are a variablepevormance, prime card, convenience,featurs, pride the active priode information  nsp 12, toll-free and pulse the internet. While telephone and SMS pulse component are not influence in this one. While the components contain only four variable multikolinieritas test, Where the fourth variable has a high correlation. Overall, the dimensions of the product and the price has a positive impact on customer  satisfaction

Abstract

Ruang Henti Khusus sepeda motor merupakan salah satu fasilitas bagi sepeda motor untuk berhenti di persimpangan selama fase merah. Ruang Henti Khusus sepeda motor ini telah diujicobakan dalam skala terbatas untuk mendukung pergerakan sepeda motor pada salah satu persimpangan bersinyal pada jalan arteri sekunder tipe 4/2 terbagi. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan pengaruh Ruang Henti Khusus pada persimpangan bersinyal terhadap tingkat konflik dan tingkat keparahan konflik antara sepeda motor dengan kendaraan bermotor lainnya. Untuk menguji efektifitas Ruang Henti Khusus dalam mengurangi konflik lalu lintas, telah dilakukan observasi lapangan dengan bantuan video kamera pada waktu puncak pagi dan sore baik sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Ruang Henti Khusus, dan analisis datanya dilakukan di laboratorium. Secara keseluruhan, sebanyak 103 sampel fase waktu masing-masing pada waktu punca pagi dan sore sebelum dan sesudah implementasi Ruang Henti Khusus, serta dengan total 21087 sepeda motor telah dianalisis. Analisis sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Ruang Henti Khusus memperlihatkan bahwa tidak terdapa perbedaan yang signifikan pada proporsi arus lalu lintas. Jumlah lalu lintas yang melewati persimpangan meningkat baik pada waktu puncak pagi dan sore masing-masing dengan 11,92% dan 12,31%. Pola konflik juga berubah secara signifikan, demikian juga dengan tingkat konflik juga menurun dari 133,39 konflik/1000 smp menjadi 24,68 konflik/1000 smp untuk waktu puncak pagi, dan dari 111,10 konflik/1000 smp menjadi 24,10 konflik/1000 smp untuk waktu puncak sore. Tingkat keparahan konflik juga menurun dari 1,83 menjadi 1,43 pada waktu puncak pagi dan dari 1,96 menjadi 1,38 pada waktu puncak sore.
