Abstract

This present study is primarily based on the low of activities and learning results of the students in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Bandung on Islamic Education subject, particularly in story materials, which are caused by the implementation of inappropriate learning model. The design used in this carried out study was quasi experimental design using non-equivalent control group design. Then, the instruments used in this study were in the form of objective tests of cognitive domain using multiple choices question. In the process of data analysis, this study performed normality test, homogeneity test, normalized gain calculation, and t-test consisting of paired sample test and independent sample test. The results showed that there was a significant difference, in which the experimental class was considered to be better than the control class (2-tailed sig. value was 0.000). For further study, it is suggested that the collaborative learning model of role playing type can be applied in the field of Islamic Education subject aside from the story materials by considering the advantages and disadvantages of this model.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Bandung pada mata pelajaran PAI materi kisah, yang disebabkan kurang tepatnya model pembelajaran. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan bentuk nonequivalent control grup design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes objektif  ranah kognitif dengan bentuk soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, perhitungan gain ternormalisasi, uji t-test yang terdiri dari uji paired sample test dan uji independent sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan, dimana kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol (nilai sig. 2-tailed sebesar 0,000). Bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar model pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe role playing dapat diterapkan pada ruang lingkup PAI di luar materi kisah dengan memperhatikan kelebihan dan kekurangan model ini. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Model Kolaboratif Tipe Role Playing, Pemahaman Siswa.

Abstract

This present study is conducted based on the ineffectiveness of learning method and model on Akidah Akhlak subject in class VIII. This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of 'Ibrah Mau'i'ah method in STAD learning model on Akidah Akhlak subject in an attempt to improve learning achievements. The method employed in this present study was quasi-experimental method of non-equivalent control group design type using quantitative approach and the instruments were in the form of a written multiple choice in which the results of this test were analyzed using a descriptive statistic approach. The results of this study showed that 'Ibrah Mau'iẓah method in the STAD learning model was assumed to be effective in improving students’ learning achievement. As suggestion for the further studies, it is necessary to carry out a comparative study using other models and a further study in relation to morals.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi belum optimalnya metode dan model pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas VIII. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode ‘ibrah mauizhah dalam model pembelajaran STAD untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Melalui metode quasi eksperimen jenis nonequivalent control group design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta instrumen bentuk tertulis pilihan ganda yang hasilnya dianalisis secara deskriptif statistik, penelitian menunjukkan metode ‘ibrah mauizhah dalam model pembelajaran STAD efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini diperlukan penelitian perbandingan dengan model lain serta penelitian lanjutan kaitannya dengan akhlak. Kata Kunci: Metode Ibrah Mauizhah, Model STAD, Prestasi Belajar Akidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Abstract. The effectiveness of a model can be seen from an indication of the increased quality of the process and learning outcomes. High or low student learning activities have an influence on the achievement of learning objectives that have been set. The preliminary study results showed the phenomenon of the low learning activities of class VII F students in PAI learning, especially in doing assignments and discussing in groups which of course must be solved immediately. Through the descriptive method with the CAR model, it is known that the alternative solution is to apply the teams games tournament (TGT) model. After going through two cycles of action and each cycle goes through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, showing the results that the application of the TGT learning model has become a trigger in increasing student learning activities in PAI learning. Students interested in getting involved in games and tournaments after previously taking steps in presenting and working with teams.Abstrak. Efektivitas suatu model terlihat dari indikasi meningkatnya kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Tinggi atau rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap tercapaianya tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil studi pendahuluan diketahui fenomena rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII F dalam pembelajaran PAI, terutama dalam mengerjakan tugas dan berdiskusi dalam kelompok yang tentunya harus segera dipecahkan. Melalui metode deskriptif dengan model PTK, diketahui bahwa alternatif pemecahannya adalah dengan menerapkan model teams games tournament (TGT). Setelah melalui dua tindakan siklus dan setiap siklusnya menempuh tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan evaluasi, menunjukkan hasil bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran TGT telah menjadi pemantik dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Siswa mempunyai ketertarikan untuk terlibat dalam games dan tournament setelah sebelumnya menempuh langkah penyajian dan berkerja bersama tim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah terdapat hubungan antara sikap mujahadah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasi melalui survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner skala likert dan pilihan ganda secara online menggunakan Google Form terhadap 47 responden mahasiswa. Hasil data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS 26 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat hubungan antara sikap mujahadah dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa, yang menunjukkan besar nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.507, kedua variabel berhubungan secara negatif dengan kategori hubungan yang diperoleh yakni sedang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, semakin tinggi nilai sikap mujahadah yang ditanamkan seorang mahasiswa maka semakin rendah sikap prokrastinasi mereka. Adapun beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya sikap prokrastinasi di antaranya sinyal, lingkungan yang mendukung, motivasi belajar, dosen pengajar, dan mata kuliah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the low character of students in responding to 21st-century globalization. Because of this, it is important to ask whether curriculum policies have prepared students to be adaptive to these dynamics. This article aims to analyze the character content and the gradations of student social development in the domain of attitudes in the applicable educational curriculum in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative content analysis method with a directed type design and a framework of eight character strengths that took the coding, theoretical approach, findings, and analysis stages of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia document number 20 of 2016 concerning Basic and Secondary Education Graduate Competency Standards (SKL). The research found: first, the character content is in the attitude domain; spiritual and social, aimed at shaping the character strength of students to become religious, honest, caring, lifelong learners, and physically and mentally healthy; second, the gradation of student social development still focuses on real social development, and has not included the gradation of virtual social development of students as an effort to respond to 21st-century globalization. Therefore, this study recommends the Indonesian government revitalize the character content of SKL in educational curriculum policies by considering two forms of gradation of both real and virtual social development of students as the next generation of the nation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the conceptual religious character in various points of view; Islam, psychology, sociology, and communication, and their implications for the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning model. A qualitative approach with a literature study method, both from books, articles, and the web that displays data is used to dissect the focus of this research. The results show that conceptually, religious character is multi-dimensional including belief, obedience in worship, and is manifested in a pious person, both as an individual and social. Religious character is a religious commitment that involves psychological elements and sociologically influences social behavior by displaying good interpersonal relationships, as well as in communicating images with religious expressions. This study has implications that to build religious character in relation to interpersonal relationships, an appropriate model is needed by considering the potential values and developmental tasks of students. In this regard, constructivist theories are appropriate to be applied by Islamic Religious Education (IRE)’s teachers to internalize the religious character of students in their learning.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi konseptual karakter religius dalam berbagai sudut pandang; agama Islam, psikologi, sosiologi, dan komunikasi, serta implikasinya terhadap model pembelajaran PAI. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, baik dari buku, artikel, dan web yang menampilkan data digunakan untuk membedah fokus penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara konseptual karakter religius bersifat multi dimensi mencakup keyakinan, ketaatan dalam beribadah, dan diwujudkan dalam pribadi yang saleh, baik dalam konteks diri sebagai individu maupun sosial. Karakter religius merupakan komiten beragama yang melibatkan unsur psikologis dan secara sosiologis berpengaruh pada perilaku sosial dengan menampilkan hubungan interpersonal yang baik, serta dalam berkomunikasi menampilkan citra dengan ekspresi keagamaan. Kajian ini berimplikasi bahwa untuk membangun karakter religius diperlukan model yang tepat dengan mempertimbangkan potensi nilai serta tugas perkembangan peserta didik. Berkaitan dengan hal itu, teori-teori kontruktivistik tepat diterapkan Guru PAI dalam pembelajarannya untuk menginternalisasikan karakter religius peserta didik.

Abstract

Adab is an ornament for a student of knowledge, a student of knowledge who has studied PAI (Islamic Religious Education) which in its sub-material contains material related to adab, has good manners towards himself, his teacher and friends and the surrounding environment, in fact PAI learning should be able to make a student of knowledge have good manners on the contrary, such as the occurrence of a very worrying phenomenon such as the crisis of adab from students of knowledge both to their teachers and friends, one of the cases is how dare a student of knowledge disobey his teacher which occurred in Yogyakarta on February 22 2019 in this case, a student of knowledge dared to fight his teacher because his cellphone was confiscated by his teacher, due to this phenomenon the functions and results of PAI learning can be said to be unsuccessful. The purpose of this study is to describe the adab of a knowledge in the book student of Ḥilyatu Ṭālib Al-‘Ilmi by Shaykh Bakr bin Abdullah Abu Zaid and its implications for PAI learning which is expected to be a solution in an effort to improve the quality of education and form students who have manners in accordance with the Law System. National Education (SISDIKNAS) no. 20 of 2003 which one of the goals is to make humans have noble character. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of library research (library research). Researchers are the key instrument in research, collecting data using techniques library research. Research data analysis was carried out in the form of data reduction, data presentation/display, and data conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the adab of theknowledge in the book of student of Ḥilyatu Ṭālib Al-‘Ilmi has implications for PAI learning, especially the material on adab for a student of knowledge.
