<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan akan afiliasi dan lingkungan pesisir terhadap pendapatan nelayan serta implikasinya pada kepuasan keluarga (Studi Empirik pada Pesisir Pantai Demak). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nelayan pesisir Demak yang berjumlah 11.815 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode accidental sampling yaitu siapa saja responden/nelayan yang berada pada pesisir pantai Demak pada tanggal 15-31 Desember 2016 berjumlah 125 orang, sedangkan jawaban responden yang memenuhi kelayakan untuk dianalisis berjumlah 119 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan path analysis dengan program AMOS 21. Hasil pengujian hipotesis satu menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan afiliasi berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan tidak terbukti. Hipotesis dua menemukan bahwa lingkungan pesisir berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan terbukti, semakin baik lingkungan pesisir maka pendapatan nelayan akan semakin baik. Hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan nelayan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan keluarga tidak terbukti. The population in this study are all from Demak coastal, come to 11.815 people. Samples were taken using accidental sampling method, that anyone respondent/fishermen who are on the Demak coastal on 15-31 December 2016 amounted to 125 people, while only 119 respondents who meet the eligibility for analysis. The analytical method used is the instrument test, data analysis using SPSS and path analysis with AMOS 21 program. Hypothesis testing result shows that the need for affiliation of the positive effect on fishermen's income is not proven. Hypothesis two found that the coastal environment have the positive effect on fisherman income are proven, the better the coastal environment then the fishermen's income will get better. The third hypothesis show that the fishermen incomes have positive effect on family satisfaction was not proven.
