Abstract

The purposes of this study is to determine whether there is influence of Trust and Commitment to Supply Chain Performance with Quality of Relation as an intervening variable,  Production and Distribution case study of Dedak on PD. Sederhana. Variables used in this research are trust and commitment as independent variables, Supply Chain Performance as Dependent variable, and quality of relation as intervening variable. This research used quantitative method by using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 4 variables were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) in Software SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 1.0. The number of samples used in this study were 57 respondents.Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is positive and significant relation among trust and commitment to the quality of relation, whereas there is positif significant relation among Trust and commitment to supply chain performance. The result of analysis indicate that the quality of relation is able to mediate trust and commitment influence to supply chain performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi tidak hanya mengubah cara berkomunikasi masyarakat namun juga metode perdagangannya. Pertumbuhan e-commerce yang semakin banyak berguna menjadi tempat jual-beli barang secara online yang bisa digunakan oleh pengusaha. Kesempatan ini tidak dilewatkan oleh para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM), dimana marketplace untuk UMKM dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik usaha kecil menengah. Selama ini kendala yang selalu dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah masalah pemasaran, apalagi untuk UMKM di daerah. Media Sosial masih sebagai aktifitas pribadi, itu yang masih terlihat di pelaku UMKM, belum terjadi adanya kesungguhan Media Sosial menjadi bagian aktifitas strategis yang mewakili usaha. UMKM menjadi bagian dari perhatian karena kemampuan memahami bidang IT memang masih sangat beragam, sehingga kepedulian terhadap UMKM dimulai dari lingkungan sekitar dengan memacu partisipasi UMKM menggunakan media yang terjangkau menurut daya konsumsi UKM. Dengan adanya e-commerce merupakan peluang bagi UMKM, karena dengan menggunakan marketplace memungkinkan pasar UMKM akan lebih luas dan promosi lebih murah. Dari sisi promosi keuntungan berjualan di marketplace untuk UMKM melalui online adalah bisa menjaring lebih banyak pelanggan yang lebih luas. Semua orang yang terhubung dengan internet bisa melihat promosi tanpa terbatasi oleh geografis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador (X1) dan event sponsorship (X2) terhadap purchase intention (Y) melalui brand image (Z) sebagai variabel intervening pada produk smartphone Vivo.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang bukan merupakan pengguna smartphone Vivo. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS.3.0 versi pelajar.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, (2) Event sponsorship berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, (3) Brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. (4) Event sponsorship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. (5) Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention (6) Brand image mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh brand Ambassador dengan purchase intention (7) Brand image mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh event sponsorship dengan purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation on employee performance through organizational commitment and work discipline. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with causality approach. The object of this research is the Regency and City KPU in Banten Province using a sample of 106 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Extrinsic motivation has an effect on employee performance. 2). Extrinsic motivation has an effect on organizational commitment. 3). Extrinsic motivation affects work discipline. 4). Organizational commitment affects employee performance. 5). Work discipline affects employee performance. Organizational commitment and work discipline can mediate between extrinsic motivation in partial mediation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for good management of employees in managing workloads, work conflicts and work stress to be able to improve the resulting performance and be strengthened by a better level of job satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of workload management, work conflict and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The research was conducted at PT Harapan Teknik Shipyard with a total sample of 58 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is an influence of work conflict management on employee job satisfaction, there is an effect of job stress management on employee job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and there is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship of work conflict management on employee performance. There is a mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work stress management and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived ease to use and subjective norms on intention to use with perceived usefulness and attitude towards use as an intervening variable (a study on users of the JKN mobile application segment of workers receiving corporate wages in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan). The data collection methods used are library research and field studies by distributing questionnaires to 190 users of the JKN mobile application for the segment of workers who receive wages for business entities in the Serang Branch of BPJS Kesehatan using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease to use has a negative and insignificant effect on intention to use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; perceived ease to use has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; Subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards use; perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use; and attitude towards use has a positive and significant effect on intention to use.

Abstract

his study analyzes the effect of integrated marketing communication variables on brand equity to improve marketing performance. This research was conducted at Sekolah TinggiIlmu Ekonomi (STIE) Bina Bangsa Banten. Based on the results of the literature review there is a positive influence on brand equity and marketing performance and this is supported by integrated marketing communication variables such as the use of appropriate advertising media, the application of good personal sales, the promotion of appropriate sales and effective direct marketing. Thus there are seven hypotheses proposed: This research uses 108 questionnaires collected from STIE Bina Bangsa Banten as the sample. The questionnaire data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool in AMOS 22.0program to test the causality relationship of the proposed hypotheses. The results of data analysis show that the research model has a good fit/fit and all research hypotheses can be proven. The test of the proposed hypothesis shows the result that all hypotheses have met the specified condition of CR> 2.00 with probability (p)) <0.05. The conclusion is that advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and direct marketing have a positive effect on brand equity and the brand equity has a positive effect on marketing performance, and advertising and direct marketing have a positive effect on marketing performance. This study provides some limitations of the research and future research agenda that can be done as further research.

Abstract

The objective of these researches are to know how implementation of Leadership and Workers Involvement Influence on Service Performance at UPTD office sub-district Puskesmas DTP Ciruas Serang District. This research used quantitative method by using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 3 variables were analyzed by using SPSS 16.00 program. The number of samples used in this study were 52 respondents.  Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that there is no leadership program and employee involvement, the value of service performance of 2.162 units. The leadership regression coefficient (0.441) means that if the leadership program is increased by 1 unit, then the service performance will increase by 0.441 units. Leadership regression coefficient of (0.538) means that if the leadership condition is increased by 1 unit then the service performance will increase by 0.538 units. Result of hypothesis test where Fcount> Ftable (68,762> 3,194). With a real level of 5% which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This indicates that the leadership and the involvement of workers significantly influence the service performance at UPTD office sub-district Puskesmas DTP Ciruas Serang District.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees and the influence transformational leadership and working environment throught job satisfaction. This research was conducted at BPS-Statistics of Banten Province, where the research method used is cause-effect method, the number of respondents amounted to 95 people who coordinator statistic of the sub-district (KSK) at BPS-Statistics of Banten Province. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between the study variables. In the operationalization used SmartPLS 3.2.7. The results showed that the value of R-Square shows the value of 0.560% or 56.0%. it means that 56.0% performance is explained by transformational leadership variable an work enivornment, while the rest equal to 44.% explained by other factor 47.0% of job satistifaction variables are influenced by transformational leadership and employment performance while 53.0% others are influenced by other factor. The result of mediation test of job satisfaction can mediate on transformational leaderhip on performance, it is obtained whit T-statistics value 0.02 lower 0.05 at alpha 5%. While job satisfaction can’t mediate on work enivorment variables on performance as evidenced by the value of T-statistics of 0.98 which means lower than T-table 1.96 and the value of P values 0.33 greater than 0.05 at alpha 5%.The conclusion of this study is proven there is positively relationship between transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction on performance KSK, job satisfaction mediate trnasfomational leadership on performance while  job satisfaction doesn’t mediate the enivornment to performance.

Abstract

This research is to know whether there is a pangaruh between  Islamic leadership and Islamic Work Culture on Work Productivity Employees at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Ciruas-Serang. Variables used in this study are Islamic leadership and Islamic Work Culture as an independent variable, Employee Productivity as a variable Dependent. This research uses quantitative method by using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the 3 variables in the analysis using SPSS 20.00 program. The number of samples used in this study were 33 respondents. The result of this research shows that Islamic and Cultural Leadership influence to increase productivity employee of Pesantren Al-Hikmah Ciruas Serang.
