Abstract

Current tendency shows that people in Indonesia prefer fast food for their meal which also influences the food consumption pattern in adolescent. It was estimated that every month, about 43.6% adolescent consume fast food, 6.1% among them had it a few times every week or almost everyday. The aim of this study was to find underlying factors related to the fast food consumption habit of adolescent at SMA Kartika V-1 Balikpapan year 2008. A cross sectional design was employed for observational study. The population study was all 640 students of SMA Kartika V-1 Balikpapan and number of subjects involved in the study were sampled proportionally from each class. Spearman correlation test was used to analyze the variables. The result showed that fast food consumption habit among adolescent in rare category was about 14.4%, sometimes was 8.3%, and often was 77.3%. Based on their age, there were about 25.7% was 15 years, 39.2% was 16 years and 35.1% was 17 years. About 62.9% and 37.1% of the students were good and average for their knowledge about nutrient respectively. Their pocket money were 67% and 33% above and below average respectively, whilst their parents? income were 1.0% under 853.000 rupiahs, 74.2% between 853.000?2.000.000 rupiahs, and 24.8% above 2.000.000 rupiahs. Their activity was 24.7 % less than 3 hours, 33.0% between 3?5 hours, and 24.7% more than 5 hours. In terms of food consumption pattern, about 41.2% was considered good, 41.2% average, and 17.6% was less or not good, whilst their body weight status about 76.3% was not obese and 23.7% was obese. Positive correlation was observed between age, total pocket money, parents? income, activity and body weight and fast food consumption habit, whereas no correlation was observed between nutrition knowledge, meal pattern and fast food consumption. It is suggested that the School should collaborate with health institution to provide better extra curricular training particularly on appropriate information related to fast food. In addition, it is also important for those adolescents toselect more healthy food rather than fast food.

Abstract

Quality education process will support the implementation of quality health services, anesthesia nursing education is education in which clinical learning is one of the learning processes. Student readiness is needed to undergo clinical practice so that competence can be achieved. Student readiness is influenced by several factors that can affect the clinical learning process. The general objective of this study was to identify emotional, psychological and knowledge factors related to the clinical practice readiness of anesthesiology nursing students at UNISA Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive analytic study that will be conducted at the University of 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. The sample technique is purposive sampling technique during August 2020 - October 2020. The analysis test that will be used is Kruskal-Wallis Test. The results showed that emotional factors (P = 0.011), psychological factors (P = 0.03) and knowledge (P = 0.04) were factors that influenced students' clinical practice readiness. The conclusion this research is the factors that influence the readiness of students' clinical practice are emotional factors, psychological factors and knowledge factors. Abstract

Cooperative Learning Jigsaw type is an innovative learning, the five principal elements of cooperative jigsaw can improve learning outcomes, interpersonal skills, self esteem and motivation. The purpose of research to determine the effect of cooperative learning on learning outcomes and self-esteem students Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta. The research design is Quasy Experimental design of posttest pretest with control group design, research subjects of Stikes Surya Global 2nd semester with total sampling, the number of respondents is 221 students. Data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and Mann Whitney Test. The results showed that there were significant differences between intervention group and control group with P = 0.000 for cognitive learning and P = 0.000 for self esteem. The conclusion of this research is Cooperative Learning Jigsaw improve cognitive and student’s self esteem Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Clinical Instructor (CI) is one of the components on clinical learning that has an influence on the quality of learning and outcomes. Clinical instructor must know the competencies that must be possessed to be able to achieve the quality of education in accordance with established standards, but there are many clinical Instructor who do not yet know the competencies. Anesthesiology Nursing is one of the new study programs that requires preparation for clinical learning, so important to know the anesthetist's knowledge about competencies that must be possessed as preparation for student clinical practice. The objective of this study is to describe the knowledge of anesthetist nurses about the competencies of clinical instructor in the nursing anesthesiology clinical practice. The study design was descriptive with a qualitative approach, with 4 participants of anesthesiologist nurse at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with in depth interview and snow ball sampling technique. Theresults of this study showed that there were 3 (three) final meanings of clinical instructor competency, namely professional anesthetist competency, effective communication competency, and teaching competency. The conclusion was the anesthetist clinical instructor’s knowledge is in accordance with the competency that the clinical instructor must have, but there is a competency that is not yet known by the anesthetist.

Abstract

Pandanus plant is one of the important plant in Papua and Papua New Guinea. Traditionally pandanus plant is used by local people for lots of daily activities and daily needs, start from food flavoring, medicine, to religious ceremony needs. Pandan kelapa hutan fruits (P. jiulianettii Martelli.) is one of a kind of pandanus that been used from generation to generation the highlands of Papua and Papua New Guinea for the food ingredients. This research aims to determine the physicochemical properties, total phenol, total carotene,vitamin E and antioxidant activities of the forest coconut pandan oil (P. jiulianettii Martelli.) extracted using an aluminum pan. Physicochemical character that been analyzed is specific gravity, iod value, saponification value, free fatty acid content, acid value and peroxide value. Total phenol, total carotene and vitamin E measured respectively using Folin-Ciocalteu method, spectrophotometry method and colorimetric methods. Antioxidant activities is measured using a method that called DPPH. The result shows the pandan coconut oil has 1,00059 of specific gravity, 65.87 g/100gr of iod, 201,28 mg/g of saponification, 4.26% of acid and 5.64 Meq/kg of peroxide. The content of total phenols, total carotene and vitamin E respectively are 48.55 ppm, 2.75 µg/g and 5.0303 mg/100g. The antioxidant IC50 measuring result shows the value is 45.83 mg/mL.

Abstract

Objective Structured Clinical Examintion merupakan metode penilaian keterampilan klinik mahasiswa yang memiliki keandalan, validitas, dan objektivitas yang relatif tinggi, namun kadang menyebabkan kecemasan pada mahasiswa. Kecemasan yang dialami mahasiswa saat OSCE akan berdampak pada performa dalam melakukan demonstrasi keterampilan. Maka perlu sebuah upaya untuk mengendalikan kecemasan agar performa mahasiswa bisa maksimal saat OSCE. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan terapi murotal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas murottal Ar Rahman terhadap penurunan kecemasan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi OSCE. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy-eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-post test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan tahun kedua, Jumlah responden 32 mahasiswa diambil dengan tekhnik simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan Anxiety Inventory Atau TAI-G yang sebelumnya telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.  Analisis data menggunakan uji parametrik T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat penurunan nilai pre post  yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dengan nilai p-value< 0.001 dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai delta kelompok kontrol dan intervensi  dengan nilai p-value 0.001.  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi murotal efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan  mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi ujian kususnya OSCE.

Abstract

Kebutuhan bahan pangan sangat tergantung pada ketersediaanya di lingungan. Bahan pangan yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari harus sehat dan bebas dari bahan pencemar, termasuk logam berat. Ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer) sering dijumpai pada kawasan muara sungai di hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia, bahkan di Papua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kandungan logam berat Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe, As, dan Hg pada ikan kakap putih (L. calcarifer) yang hidup di perairan estuari Mimika Papua. Perairan estuari di Mimika diketahui sebagai salah satu daerah pengendapan pasir sisa tambang (tailing). Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dan analisis laboratorium kandungan logam berat pada tubuh ikan. Analisis Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe, As, dan Hg ditentukan dengan spektroskopi serapan atom (AAS, Atomic Absorpsion Spectroscopy). Penentuan tingkat pencemaran logam berat dilakukan dengan Metode Standar APHA 3113 Cetac Technologies SPR IDA. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan kandungan logam berat dalam air dengan baku mutu air laut menurut SK MNLH No. 51 tahun 2004. Untuk kandungan logam berat pada organ tubuh ikan dibandingkan dengan kandungan maksimum logam berat berdasarkan SNI 7387: 2009 tentang batas maksimum cemaran logam berat bahan pangan. Kandungan logam berat pada ikan kakap putih masih tergolong aman dikonsumsi karena mengandung logam berat di bawah ambang batas baku mutu. Kondisi ini didukung oleh hasil analisis logam berat pada air yang menunjukkan masih dalam kondisi baik.   Kata kunci: L. calcarifer, logam berat, Sungai Kamora, Sungai Ajkwa, Mimika.   The need for food depends on the availability in the environment. Foods needed to meet daily needs should be healthy and free of pollutants, including heavy metals. White snapper (Lates calcarifer) is often found in the estuary of the river in almost all parts of Indonesia, even in Papua. The purpose of this research is to study the heavy metal content of Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe, As, and Hg on white snapper (L. calcarifer) which live in Mimika Papua estuary waters. The estuary waters of Mimika are known as one of the deposition areas of tailings sand. The method used is survey and laboratory analysis of heavy metal content in fish body. Analysis of Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe, and Hg was determined by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). Determination of the level of heavy metal contamination was done by Standard Method of APHA 3113 Cetac Technologies SPR IDA. Data analysis was done by comparing the heavy metal content in water with sea water quality standard according to SK MNLH No. 51 year 2004. For heavy metal content in fish body organs compared with maximum content of heavy metals based on SNI 7387: 2009 on the maximum limit of heavy metal food contamination. The content of heavy metals in white snapper is still considered safe for consumption because its below the quality standard threshold. This condition is supported by the results of heavy metal analysis on the water which shows still in good condition. Key words: L. calcarifer, heavy metal, Kamora River, Ajkwa River, Mimika.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat resolusi konflik sesudah diberi treatment konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama, untuk mengetahui  tingkat resolusi konflik  pada kelompok yang tidak diberikan treatment konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama, untuk mengetaui seberapa besar pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama terhadap resolusi konflik siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan metode penelitian true eksperimental design denganbenrukpretest-posttest control group design. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 siswa, 10 siswa untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 10 siswa untuk kelompok control dengan menggunakan multistage sampling yang merupakan kombinasi dua sampling yaitu cluster sampling dan purposive sampling atau sampel bertujuan. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian berupa skala psikologi resolusi konflik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-test, treatment, dan post-test. Treatment dilaksanakan sebanyak lima kali pada sampel.Hasil penelitian kelompok eksperimen setelah diberikan treatment meningkatdari 49,7 dan menjadi 69,6dan kelompok control meningkat dari 50,1 menjadi 61,2. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 19,9. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil thitung= 4,482. Dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel taraf signifikansi 5% (0.05) yaitu2,306. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa thitung =4,482>ttabel = 2,306. Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh konseling kelompok ada pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik psikodrama terhadap resolusi konflik siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Petarukan tahun ajaran 2018/2019. KATA KUNCI: Konseling Kelompok, Teknik Psikodrama, Resolusi Konflik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar tentang batik yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik kelas 5 sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan dengan metode four-D yang dilaksanakan sampai tahap tiga yaitu develop atau pengembangan. Hasil dari Forum Group Discussion belum ada buku ajar yang digunakan untuk membantu mengenalkan motif batik khas Ngawi. Produk yang dibuat berupa buku ajar “Ayo Membatik”. Produk ini diuji kelayakannya untuk mengetahui kevalidan buku bahan ajar motif batik Ngawi. Hasil uji kelayakan produk ini dinyatakan layak oleh para ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli meteri dan ahli praktisi. Hasil penilaian ahli media yaitu 91% dan dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil persentase penilaian dari ahli materi 88% dan masuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji kelayakan menyatakan produk layak untk diujicobakan di lapangan. Hasil pesentase ahli praktisi yaitu 87% dan dinyatakan dalam kategori sangat baik. Produk ini kemudian dilakukan uji coba terbatas dengan responden pesera didik kelas 5 dan guru di SDN Jogorogo 3 memperoleh hasil presentasi masing-masing 80% dan 78%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengembangkan bahan ajar materi membatik khususnya memahami motif batik khas Kabupaten Ngawi dengan sasaran siswa kelas lima sekolah dasar Kabupaten Ngawi (2) mengetahui kevalidan buku bahan ajar motif batik Ngawi yang telah dikembangkan (3) Mengetahui kepraktisan buku bahan ajar motif batik Ngawi yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah riset dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan Four-D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan. Four-D memiliki tahapan diantaranya sebagai berikut a. Define, b. Design, c. Develop, d. Disseminate, namun pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan hingga tahap Develop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini dinyatakan valid berdasarkan penilaian validator. Hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 90,67%, ahli materi 82%, ahli praktisi 83,3% .Bahan ajar ini mendapat respon kategori sangat baik dari guru dengan skor sebesar 63,5 dan kategori baik dari siswa kelas V SD Kabupaten Ngawi dengan skor sebesar 79,6 berdasarkan hasil uji terbatas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan.
