Abstract

Abstrack The problem of this research is the development of cognitive development in children. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of instructional media on educational learning tools to improve children’s cognitive development. This research is a quantitave . The population of this study is a group of aids buds of podomoro nation pringsewu sub-district, preweew district, amounting to forty one children and the sample was forty one children. Data collection techniques use observase and questionnaries. Data were analysed using regression tests. The results of this study showed an increase in children’s cognitive development with learning media educational game tools with t arithmetic = 10,405 with a significant value of 0,682 > 0,05 , then h0 is accepted which means there is a significant effect of the variable then on the participant variable of 68,2%. Keyword : Cognitive development , learning media Abstrak Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum berkembangnya perkembangan kognitif anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran alat permainan edukatif APE terhadap peningkatan perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelompok A PAUD Tunas Bangsa Podomoro Kecamatan Pringsewu Kabupaten Pringsewu berjumlah 41 anak dan sampelnya berjumlah 41 anak . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regeranssion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan perkembangan kognitif anak dengan media pembelajaran alat permainan edukatif APE dengan di ketahui nilai Thitung = 10,405 dengan nilai signifikan 0,682 > 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti ada pengaruhnya yang nyata ( signifikan ) variable trust ( x ) terhadap variable partisipan ( Y ) sebesar 68,2 %. Kata Kunci : Perkembangan Kognitif , Media APE

Abstract

Abstract The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audio visual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the headmaster of the SMK Yasmida Ambarawa foster and control the employee for the advancement of teachers and the school, including the pedagogical side and the professionalism of the teacher-led. SMK Yasmida Ambarawa is a private school in sub urban region with the varied of human resource and entry 8 major categories of school-based pilot vocational national level. This is a challenge and a great effort for a headmaster with the reality high enthusiasts to reach thousands students, is a good managerial proof applied by headmaster. This is the one interesting researcher for reviewing more about skills in vocational headmaster of SMK Yasmida Ambarawa. Headmaster of SMK Yasmida Ambarawa have done menagerial through of process; a) preparation of work plan of the school, either half or annual, preparing curriculum simultaneously divide tasks to all teachers and employees along with the letter of assignment and schedule. b) leads the coordination and meeting, providing quick and direct information, conduct periodic guidance for teachers and employees. C) improve the welfare of teachers with loads attention honorarium based tasks, perform evaluations comprehensive and rewards for teachers its achievement. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepala sekolah SMK Yasmida Ambarawa membina dan mengontrol guru dan pegawai untuk kemajuan sekolah tersebut, termasuk sisi pedagogis dan profesionalitasnya. SMK Yasmida Ambarawa merupakan sekolah swasta yang berada di wilayah sub urban dengan sumber daya manusia yang bervariasi serta masuk 8 besar kategori sekolah berbasis kejuruan percontohan tingkat nasional. Hal ini merupakan tantangan dan usaha besar bagi seorang kepala sekola dengan realitas peminat sekolah yang cukup tinggi mencapai ribuan siswa adalah bukti bagusnya managerial yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Hal inilah yang menarik peneliti untuk menngkaji lebih dalam tentang keterampilan SMK Yasmida Ambarawa. Kepala SMK Yasmida Ambarawa telah melakukan menejerialnya melaului proses; a) penyusunan rencana kerja sekolah, baik semester maupun tahunan, menyusun kurikulum sekaligus membagi tugas kepada seluruh guru dan pegawai beserta surat tugas dan jadwalnya. b) memimpin koordinasi dan pertemuan, pemberian information langsung dan cepat, melakukan pembinaan berkala bagi guru dan pegawai. c) meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru dengan memperhatikan honorarium berdasarkan beban tugas, melakukan evaluasi secara menyeluruh dan memberikan penghargaan bagi guru yang berprestasi. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of Human Resource Management in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran. To know the successful implementation of Human Resource Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan. This research is a qualitative field research with data collection techniques that are: observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis technique. In implementing Human Resource Management, steps taken by SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan begins with planning everything that will be done in improving the quality of education, such as with the recruitment and selection of educators and education, then planning is organized according to the needs of the school. The next step is the implementation of a predetermined plan and guidance then supervision and evaluation is the final step in implementing Human Resource Management related to teacher professional development and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Implementation of Human Resource Management in an effort to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency has been quite successful in improving the quality of education. This is indicated by the passing rate of students who reach one hundred percent. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi MSDM di SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Kebupaten Pesawaran. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan penerapan MSDM terkait pengembangan profesionalisme guru dan kedisiplinan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik analisis deskriptif. Dalam mengimplementasikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, langkah langkah yang dilakukan SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan diawali dengan merencanakan segala sesuatu yang akan dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, seperti dengan adanya rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, kemudian perencanaan tersebut diorganisir sesuai kebutuhan sekolah. Langkah langkah selanjutnya adalah pelaksanaan dari rencana yang telah ditetapkan dan pengarahan kemudian pengawasan serta evaluasi merupakan langkah akhir dalam mengimplementasikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terkait pengembangan profesioanalisme guru dan kedisiplinan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran telah cukup berhasil meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal ini terindikasi dari tingkat kelulusan siswa yang mencapai seratus persen. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, Mutu

Abstract

ABSTACT As an educational institution, madrasah have some of the same problems as educational institutions in general. One problems that occur in madrasah is the level of student delinquency which affects the discipline of madrasas. For this case researchers conducted research through a qualitative approach, namely by direct observation of the field, conducting interviews and collecting dokumentation of existing problems, then presented in the form of data that is more easily understood by oneself and others. From the results of the research, guidance and counseling teachers have their own strategies to overcome student delinquency problems, so this strategy is used as an effort to improve student discipline. Efforts or strategies made by BK teachers to prevent delinquency and to increase student discipline, namely by displaying school rules and reading them at every flag ceremony, controlling and going around class, conveying information and providing motivation through activities such as IPNU and IPPNU then giving warnings or reprimand. Differences in character are a challenge for BK teachers to understand in depth one by one student. Keywords: teacher guidance and counseling strategies, student discipline
