Abstract

Mahasiswa baru (khususnya di tahun pertama dan kedua) dalam mengikuti perkuliahan masih cenderung mengikuti pola pembelajaran di SLTA. Selama proses perkuliahan berlangsung mahasiswa hanya aktif mendengarkan saja. Tidak banyak terlibat berinteraksi timbal balik antara dosen - mahasiswa atau mahasiswa - mahasiswa. Hanya sekitar 10% bahkan kurang dari jumlah itu, mahasiswa yang mau bertanya dan berinteraksi terhadap perkuliahan dari dosen. Tentu saja bila interaksi timbal balik tidak optimal maka proses dan hasil pembelajarannyapun dikategorikan kurang maksimal. Bila dicermati faktor penyebabnya antara lain mahasiswa: 1). Belum biasa bertanya, karena maindset belajar belum berubah, masih menggunakan maindset belajar di SLTA. 2). Cara belajar di perguruan tinggi belum terbentuk. 3) Masih ada rasa malu, bahkan rasa takut atau minder akan pertanyaan yang dimunculkan dikategorikan tidak ilmiah. 4). Bila merespon pertanyaan dosen dilakukan mahasiswa secara bersamaan sehingga suaranya terdengar kurang jelas. Bila disuruh menjawab sendirian malah diam atau tidak mau merespon. 5). Bila ada yang mau berinteraksi dengan dosen hanya mahasiswa tertentu saja. Bertolak dari fakta tersebut, maka yang akan dikaji dan diteliti adalah menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar bagi mahasiswa baru melalui pembelajaran tugas individu. Tujuan penelitian ini agar mahasiswa memiliki mindset cara belajar di Perguruan Tinggi yakni aktif belajar secara mandiri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimen one group design dengan analisa uji t. Kata kunci: Tugas individu, Belajar mandiri.

Abstract

The change is dractic felt by the entire population of Indonesia and has not only been damaging in terms of the country's economy, it affects public services, especially in the education sector from Early Childhood Education institutions to higher education levels. Educational institutions located in the orange and red zones, continue Learning from Home, learning from a responsible home of course, the parents or guardians are responsible for guiding their children to keep learning, especially those who need to get parental assistance at the elementary school level and early childhood education units. Parents should be able to replace teacher roles in the new normal. A strong parent figure in this new normal is needed and as a tauladan for his child. Parents who are creative and have new ideas in the field of education or learning at home at the same time can improve the family economy. All educational activities from making herbal drinks for health, producing masks and making Educational Game Tools conducted when the new normal is of great benefit to teachers, parents and early childhood, to add insight into knowledge in the field of economics, skills of parents will be felt and increase income in this difficult situation.

Abstract

Introduction: Nowadays, the parents are busy with their work, and Parentsintroduce many children to gadgets as play tools for children. The negative impactof children being passive and their development is hampered, especially on thechild's kinesthetic development is very low. Objective: The purpose of this studyprevent problems of early childhood education, by engaging in games directly thatencourage children to actively move through traditional games as a type of gamethat stimulates children to move actively. Method: The research method isquantitative with a purposive sample, which is based on the characteristics of thepopulation that have been known previously. Collecting data using tests throughobservation, observation, and documentation instruments which are thenanalyzed using t-test analysis. The experimental design used is the One Group Pretest-Post test. Result: The results obtained from the average pre-test are 5.18which are classified as children's kinesthetic intelligence abilities that have notdeveloped, and the results of the post-tests are 22.9 which show the children'skinesthetic intelligence abilities are very well developed. The results of thedifferent t-test (t-test) obtained a value of 63.46 with a significance level of 0.05(p>0.05): 63.46>1.72 and with a significance level of 0.01 (p>0.01): 63,46>2.52.So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The traditional game petak umpet can be saidto have an effect on the kinesthetic intelligence of children at TKM NU 25 NurulHikmah Gresik. The traditional game petak umpet to relieve stress in children,children's bodies are healthy and affordable because they are cheap and anyonecan play.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam mewujudkan atau mencapai tujuan organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh pegawainya. Kedisiplinan pada pegawai menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil kinerja yang maksimal sehingga organisasi mampu mencapai tujuannya. Jika sebuah organisasi memiliki pegawai tanpa adanya dukungan kedisiplinan yang baik, maka organisasi akan menjadi sulit dalam mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan pengaruh antara system kompensasi berbasis kinerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian juga menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh system kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap disiplin kerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system kompensasi berbasis kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja juga mampu memediasi hubungan antara sistem kompensasi berbasis kinerja dan disiplin kerja pada pegawai di unit Inspektorat Badan Pusat Statistik.Kata Kunci: system kompensasi berbasis kinerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, badan pusat statistik AbstractIn realizing or achieving organizational goals, it is strongly influenced by its employees. Discipline in employees is one of the factors that affect maximum performance results so that the organization is able to achieve its goals. If an organization has employees without good disciplinary support, then the organization will be difficult in realizing the goals to be achieved. The study aims to test and analyze the relationship between performance-based compensation systems, work motivation and work discipline. The study also tested and analyzed the effect of performance-based compensation systems on work discipline mediated by work motivation. The results showed that the performance-based compensation system has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and work motivation. Work motivation is also able to mediate the relationship between the performance-based compensation system and work discipline in employees in the Inspectorate unit of the Central Statistics Agency.Keywords: performance-based compensation system, work motivation, work discipline, central statistics agency

Abstract

AbstrakPembelajaran daring merupakan sarana pembelajaran utama di masa Pandemi Covid-19. yang menggunakan fasilitas aplikasi online, seperti whatsapp group, google classroom, zoom, youtube, google meet, dan media aplikasi lainnya saat belajar online. Subjek penelitian adalah perwakilan dari 20 mahasiswa di SMP GIKI 2 Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran daring di kalangan siswa SMP GIKI 2 Surabaya pada masa Pandemi Covid-19.Penelitian ini merupakan kajian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode kuesioner online melalui google form. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang kurangnya pemahaman materi dan jumlah tugas yang diberikan kepada siswa, sehingga menghasilkan proses pembelajaran yang tidak efektif. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani ketika dilaksanakan secara daring siswa masih belum terbiasa. Alasannya siswa masih mengalami kesulitan karena sebelum Covid Pendidikan Jasmani pembelajaran dilakukan dengan praktik lapangan khususnya di bidang fisik. Diharapkan dengan adanya pandemi yang masih berlangsung ini, mahasiswa akan terbiasa dengan pembelajaran daring yang diberikan oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani di SMP GIKI 2 SURABAYA.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pembelajaran Daring, Covid-19. AbstractOnline learning is the main means of learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. who use online application facilities, such as whatsapp group, google classroom, zoom, youtube, google meet, and other application media when learning online. The research subjects were representatives of 20 students at SMP GIKI 2 Surabaya. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning among students of SMP GIKI 2 Surabaya during the Covid-19 Pandemic.This research is a qualitative descriptive study using an online questionnaire method via google form. This study provides an overview of the less than optimal understanding of the material and the number of assignments given to students, resulting in an ineffective learning process. Other results indicate that the effectiveness of Physical Education learning when implemented online students are still not used to it. The reason students still have difficulties because before the Covid Physical Education learning was carried out with field practice, especially in the physical field. It is hoped that with this ongoing pandemic, students will be familiar with online learning provided by the Physical Education teacher at SMP GIKI 2 SURABAYA.Keywords: Effectiveness, Online learning, Covid-19.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan kemandirian kesehatan adalah program yang sangat mementingkan kesehatan pada balita dan anak usia dini khususnya untuk menghindari terjadinya stunting. Kurang gizi dan stunting merupakan dua masalah yang saling berhubungan. Desa Grogol Kecamatan Tulangan memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tidak merata, tingkat pendidikan dan sosial ekonomi sebagian masyarakat yang masih rendah, kesehatan bayi, anak balita, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui masih memerlukan perhatian yang seksama dan gejala stunting yang diderita anak. Status gizi balita merupakan salah satu indikator yang menggambarkan tingkat status gizi masyarakat. Posyandu sebagai salah satu wahana pelayanan terpadu tetap memberikan pelayanan Kesehatan dasar bagi masyarakat antara lain memberikan penyuluhan terkait gizi dan stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada ibu hamil dan ibu yang memiliki balita dan anak usia dini tentang pencegahan terjadinya stunting pada balita dan anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode workshop. Hasil dari kegiatan workshop ini yaitu workshop adanya pemahaman peserta tentang stunting, gizi yang seimbang dan penyusunan menu makanan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn improving the quality of Early Childhood Education, educational facilities, educators and adequate education personnel are needed. One of them is by providing Play Group Learning Materials and Media. Implementation in the field is a problem faced by teachers who are less skilled and creative in the provision of fun Educational Game Tools (APE). The purpose of this PKM activity is to improve the knowledge of the Play Group teachers' knowledge, skills and creativity in implementing Educational Game Tools (APE) in early childhood through training. There are 3 stages of the PKM Implementation Method: the planning stage, the implementation phase, and the assessment phase. The results of this PKM activity are that the training or socialization in the making of the Educational Game Tool can provide a skill experience to the Learning Group teachers and parents in applying Educational Game Tools to Early Childhood. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah dengan adanya pelatihan atau sosialiasi dalam pembuatan Alat Permainan Edukatif dapat memberikan pengalaman keterampilan pada guru Kelompok Belajar dan orang tua dalam menerapkan Alat Permainan Edukatif pada Anak Usia Dini. Abstract

Teacher performance is very necessary for the progress of the nation and this of course relies on the teacher. This of course requires special assessment and attention. This researcher aims to determine the effect of education, work experience and motivation on teacher performance at one of vocational school. The research method used quantitative methods. The variables used in this study were education, work experience and motivation as independent variables and teacher performance as the dependent variable. In the data collection process, it was carried out using a questionnaire which was distributed to 37 respondents, namely all vocational school teachers. The data obtained was then processed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results showed that education had a significant effect on teacher performance, work experience and motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate how students' ethical behavior is influenced by their levels of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence, with educational fraud serving as a moderating factor. In order to gather the primary data for this study, 232 accounting students from 64 universities in Indonesia were given questionnaires. The information analysis method used in this study is partial least squares (PLS) with structural equation modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study show that while religious and intellectual intelligence have a large and favorable influence on educational fraud, emotional intelligence has no discernible effect. Spiritual intelligence has the power to impact college students' moral behavior in a way that highbrow intelligence and emotional intelligence do not. Academic fraud has a big impact on how pupils act morally. According to this analysis, students' ethical behavior with instructional fraud as an intervening variable is partially and significantly influenced by highbrow intelligence and non-secular intelligence; in contrast, students' ethical behavior without educational fraud as an intervening variable is not influenced by emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study compared the students' environmental care attitudes and environmental literacy skills in two schools. This study uses an ex-post facto research strategy and a quantitative methodology. Purposive sampling was used to sample the science class population, and data were collected by dividing the environmental care attitude surveys and environmental literacy test instruments. Using an SPSS, the data were examined using the independent sample t-test. The study's findings demonstrate that pupils' environmental literacy for schools X (65.50) and Y (62.09) meet good requirements. The criteria for student attitudes toward the environment are quite good; schools X and Y score 58.56 and 58.86, respectively. The results of the hypothesis test indicate a difference in students' environmental literacy but no difference in their attitude toward the environment between the two schools, with a sig. of 0.020 < 0.05 for environmental literacy and a sig. of 0.944 > 0.05 for students' environmental care attitude.
