Abstract

The repressive juvenile justice paradigm has begun to be abandoned and replaced by the concept of solving a child criminal case with a restorative concept that views all parties, perpetrators, victims, and communities having equal opportunity to resolve conflicts caused by a crime. The restorative concept is in conformity with the conventions agreed upon by countries in the world in the Convention on the rights of the child in 1990 with international instruments including Beijing Rule dated 29 November 1985. The study of the crime against children in Islam has existed before the rule of the child in the ancient conventional low. The objective of punishment in Islam is not only to recognize the retributive objectives as the main objective in criminal prosecution but also to recognize other objectives such as the rehabilitation of the perpetrator and also the restorative between the perpetrator and the victim. Here is the interesting thing that will be studied comprehensively related Maqasid Al Syari’ah in applying restorative justice especially in case of child face to law. See the complexity that accompanied restorative justice in children facing the law, the authors are interested to examine the settlement of lawsuits children in accordance with the law no 11 of 2012 analysis Maqasid Al syari’ah this research is library research, descriptive analysis and analyze data qualitative with inductive method. The approach used is normative juridical, by looking at restorative justice in the penal law of Indonesia, this research aims to know the value of Maqasid Al Syari’ah in process of settlement of child crime case and examining view of Islam law to restorative justice value contained in law no 11 of 2012. After the research, it can be conclude that the application of restorative justice has long been adopted in the Islamic legal system, precisely on qiyas-diyat criminal acts. In the context of children, the application of restorative justice is more accommodated, given the urgency and for the benefit of the child as the nation’s successor. Whereas in viewing restorative justice in the SPPA act indicates the existence of reconciliation effort of forgiveness, correction of relationship, there is also structural responsibility as balancing individual responsibility, all of which obviously accommodated in the purpose of punishment Al-isti’adah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Produk pengembangan yang dihasilkan berupa  lembar kerja siswa untuk mata pelajaran matematika dengan penguatan karakter yang berbantuan media Augmented Reality yaitu aplikasi Assemblr. Prosedur pengembangan mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develope dan Disseminate). Pada tahap Define, peneliti melakukan observasi pembelajaran kepada guru dan siswa. Tahap design, peneliti merancangan lembar kerja siswa yang disebut Eksplorasi MAR (Matematika Augmented Reality). Selanjutnya, tahap development ini peneliti melakukan tahap validasi dan ujicoba produk kepada siswa dan guru dan pemberian angket respon siswa.. Tahap disseminate, peneliti membentuk classroom melalui aplikasi Assemblr  untuk menyebarluaskan produk Eksplorasi MAR                                                                 Kata kunci : Pengembangan Media; Augmented Reality, Bangun Ruang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media Tempel Aku dan menguji kelayakan produk. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan desain ADDIE. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini adalah tahap analisis mengkaji tujuan produk yang dikembangkan dan menentukan media yang relevan bagi anak; tahap desain pembuatan media membuat rancangan media, penyusunan materi; tahap pengembangan dilakukan validasi ahli media dan materi; tahap implementasi dilakukan pada usia 5-6 tahun dengan uji terbatas kemudian dilakukan lembar pengamatan oleh 10 orang guru PAUD; tahap evaluasi mengevaluasi tahap analisis sampai tahap implementasi. Subjek uji coba penelitian adalah 5 anak. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, lembar angket, lembar pengamatan. Validasi pengembangan media menggunakan validasi angket yang dilakukan oleh satu orang ahli media dan materi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil validasi media sebesar 85%, ahli meteri sebesar 78% dan pengamatan kepada 10 orang guru sebesar 89%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media Tempel Aku layak digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Background: Uterine subinvolution occurs because the uterus cannot contract properly, causing bleeding, leading to death. Pineapple fruit is one of the herbal plants that can prevent uterine subinvolution and accelerate uterine involution. This study aimed to determine pineapple's effect on the reduction of uterine fundal height in postpartum mothers in Bengkulu City. Subjects and Method: This was a quasi-experiment. This study was conducted in Bengkulu City, Bengkulu, and using maternal postpartum injected oxytocin in the manage­ment stage III with one intervention group, namely the given juice pineapple. The sample used as many as 32 mothers postpartum in Bengkulu were taken by purposive sampling, by predetermined criteria. The dependent variable was uterine fundal height. The independent variables were pineapples juice, age, parity, early mobilization, and early initiation of breastfeeding. Data collection was carried out by the means of the direct interview using a questionnaire and observation sheet. The data were analyzed using independent t-test.Results: The bivariate analysis test results using the independent t-test showed that the group that consumed pineapples experienced a decrease in uterine fundal height for three days more than the control group. Pineapples juice (Mean= 2.55; SD= 1.66), without pineapples juice (Mean= 8.39; SD= 1.48; p <0.001). Age for interventions group, (Mean= 33.19; SD= 7.57) and control group (Mean= 27.56; SD= 8.45; p= 0.057). Parity for interventions group, (Mean= 2.38; SD= 1.45) and control group, (Mean= 2.12; SD= 1.31), p= 0.613. Early mobili­zation for interventions group, (Mean= 0.84; SD= 0.37) and control group, (Mean= 1.26; SD= 0.58), p= 0.022. Early initiation of breast­feeding for interventions group, (Mean= 16.44; SD= 6.64) and control group, (Mean= 16.38; SD= 5.69), p= 0.978. Conclusion: Pineapple juice and early mobili­zation affect lowering a uterine fundal height in mothers postpartum three days and can help speed up uterine involution in post­partum mother in Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. Keywords: pineapple juice, uterine fundal height, postpartumCorrespondence: Jesica Mulyadi. Abstract

The implementation of the online learning system at the Talang Kelapa Region Coordinator, especially SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, has generally been running smoothly in the past few weeks. However, over time, many problems have arisen, such as complaints about teachers’ tasks being too much and complaints about internet quota and internet network problems. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of online learning systems during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Talang Kelapa Region Coordinator. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the online learning system during the COVID-19 Pandemic at the Talang Kelapa Region Coordinator, especially SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, has shown good results, and runs effectively and smoothly in the implementation of this online learning system, teachers use WhatsApp more often. to communicate with students and their parents and to share information related to learning materials. Meanwhile, in the implementation of the online learning system, the teacher uses Zoom to deliver material and can provide students' understanding of the material being taught. The online learning system of the zoom application and WhatsApp social media indirectly has the ability to use and access technology increasingly controlled by students and teachers, and the Government provides study quota assistance in accordance with the needs of schools in the on-line learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic.
