Abstract

Latihan jogging dengan treadmill merupakan salah satu komponen kesegaran jasmani yang mencapai zona latihan dengan intensitas 70% - 85% dari denyut nadi maksimal, durasi 30 – 40 menit dan frekuensi latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jogging dengan treadmill terhadap denyut nadi istirahat pada ibu-ibu anggota fitness centre Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Utama Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu anggota fitness centre Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Utama Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 15 orang, karena jumlah populasi relative sedikit maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah denyut nadi istirahat yang dihitung dalam satu menit. Teknik pengambilan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam bentuk tes yang diambil tes awal dan tes akhir. Pengambilan tes awal diambil sebelum diberikan perlakuan atau sebelum diberikan bentuk latihan melalui program latihan yang telah dipersiapkan. Setelah dilakukan latihan sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan selama tiga kali dalam seminggu, maka diambil kembali tes akhir. Dari data kedua tes tersebut dilihat apakah ada pengaruh latihan jogging dengan treadmill terhadap denyut nadi istirahat pada ibu-ibu anggota fitness centre Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Utama Sumatera Barat. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan jogging dengan treadmill terhadap denyut nadi istirahat pada ibu-ibu anggota fitness centre Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Utama Sumatera Barat. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji T-tes diperoleh nilai denyut nadi istirahat thitung 6,8 nilai lebih besar dibandingkan nilai yang ada pada ttabel 2,178 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan jogging dengan treadmill terhadap denyut nadi istirahat pada ibu-ibu anggota fitness centre Yayasan Jantung Indonesia Cabang Utama Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

This research comes from the reality in the field, the low achievement of men's basketball athletes in Club Extreme City of Solok. This can be caused by many things, one of which is the Athlete's VO2 Max ability. Then the male basketball athletes of FIK UNP in this study were used as a measure of the above abilities aimed at proving the level of VO2 Max in basketball. This type of research is descriptive. The population of FIK UNP athletes and the Extreme Club of Solok City was 22 samples. Each athlete was taken 11 people per club, research sites at FIK UNP and at SMAN 1 Kota Solok. The research was carried out on 30 November to 30 December 2016. All populations were sampled using the total sampling technique. Instrumentation for data collection through the VO2 Max test using a multi-stage test (Bleep Test). The question posed is how high is the VO2 Max ability of FIK UNP men's basketball athletes, then how high is the VO2 Max ability of the Extreme basketball club athletes in Solok City. Data were analyzed using frequency tabulation. . Judging from the data frequency distribution of VO2Max, FIK UNP athletes who have very good VO2Max are 1 person, both 8 people, while 2 people are less and there are not really enough. being 2 people, less than 8 people and absolutely none

Abstract

The problem in this study originated from the observations that the author met in the field, it turns out that the basketball lay-up skills of SMA Negeri 2 Padang students are not very good or still low. Many factors cause the low ability of lay-up shoots, including the explosive power of the leg muscles and agility. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and agility to the lay-up shoot of basketball students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang who participated in extracurricular activities as many as 45 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 24 female students. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation and multiple correlation and continued with the contribution by the determinant formula. Based on the data analysis, it was found that there was a contribution of leg muscle explosive power of 21.34% and agility of 19.27%, and together it was 36.12% to the basketball shoot lay up of the students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang. It was concluded that there was a contribution of leg muscle explosive power and agility to the lay-up shoot of basketball for SMA Negeri 2 Padang students. It is recommended that the trainer and students improve their physical condition exercises such as leg muscle explosive power and agility exercises.

Abstract

This study discusses plyometric exercises in improving the long jump ability of self-development students of SMAN 1 Batang Anai. The purpose of this study was to describe the process and results of conducting plyometric exercises of 16 meetings for the long jump ability of the self-improvement students of SMAN 1 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman. the type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The design of this study is one group pre-test-posttest design. The study population was students who participated in athletic self-development activities at SMAN 1 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman, amounting to 16 people. The sampling technique in this study used a Census Sampling of 16 people. The exercises are given 4 times per week for 16 meetings. The instrument used is the long jump. Data analysis using t-test. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of plyometric exercises on increasing the ability of long jump self-development students of SMAN 1 Batang Anai Padang Pariaman, where tcount = 3.64> ttable = 1.74. The average long jump ability of a student's initial test is 3.64 and the average long jump ability of a student's final test is 4.15.

Abstract

Problem in this study is the lack of ability Free throw athletes sons SMA N 12 Padang. The variables in this study are training plyometrics andability free throw. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect oftraining plyometrics on the improvement of theability of free throw male athletes at SMA N 12 Padang. This type of research is a quasi-experimental that aims to see the effect oftraining plyometrics on improvingability Freethrow's. The population in this study were all basketball athletes at SMA N 12 Padang totaling 30 people. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, namely male athletes of SMA N 12 Padang as many as 10 people. To obtain research data, theability test was used Free throw. The data obtained were analyzed by using the t test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known thatexercise plyometrics thishas a significant effect on increasing the ability of free throws. Where theaverage of pre-test theability free throw was 1.9, while the post test increased to 4.1. Then obtained the mean difference test (t test) of tcount 7.09 while ttable 2.26 with a significant level α = 0.05 and n = 10, then tcount > ttable (7.09> 2.26), it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the form oftraining plyometrics on the improvement ofability free throw in male basketball athletes at SMA N 12 Padang.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that Vo2Max is still low due to lack of aerobic endurance and one of the exercises for aerobic endurance to improve Vo2Max is circuit training. The independent variable in this study is circuit training, and the dependent variable in this study is the increase in Vo2Max. The purpose of this study was to see the extent of the effect of circuit training on the increase in Vo2Max of basketball players at SMA Negeri 14 Padang City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The population in this study were all basketball players at SMA Negeri 14 Kota Padang who actively participated in training activities in 2020 as many as 58 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study were 14 male players in class XI SMA. Negeri 14 Padang City. The research instrument was an increase in Vo2Max for basketball players at SMA Negeri 14 Padang City. The study was conducted in July-August 2020, the data analysis technique in this study used the t test. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the training circuit training method on the increase in Vo2Max basketball players at SMA Negeri 14 Padang City, this is evidenced by the tcount of 10.39 while the t table is 1.77 with a significant level of α = 0 , 05.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether or not there is a difference in the influence of the set system and circuit system on the increase in arm muscle explosive power in UNP Padang FIK athletes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research conducted at the PPSP GOR of UNP Development. This study aims to see whether or not there is a difference in the influence of the set system and circuit system on the increase in arm muscle explosive power in UNP Padang FIK athletes. The type of this research was a quasi-experimental study conducted at the PPSP National Development Development Center in the sample. The research was 20 male football players from FIK UNP and consisted of 10 sets of system groups and 10 circuit system groups who were given 16 exercises Data collection techniques using two hand medicine ball push. The collected data is used to test hypotheses using the t test. Before the t test is carried out, the analysis requirements test is carried out, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the 1.2, and 3 hypothesis test using t test statistics can be summarized as follows: (1) The set system does not significantly influence the increase in arm muscle explosive ability. It can be obtained thit 1.74 <ttab 2.26 and p 0.11> 0.05α. > tt2.26 and p 0.00 <0.05α (3) There is no significant difference in effect between the set system and the circuit system on the increase in arm muscle explosive ability, the value of thit 1.32 <2.26 and p 0.287> 0.05α.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian exsperimen semu yang dilakukan di GOR PPSP Pembangunan UNP. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pemain bolabasket putra FIK UNP yang berjumlah 10 orang yang diberikan perlakuan 16 kali latihan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan two hand medicine ball push. Data yang telah terkumpul digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji t. Sebelum uji t dilakukan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil dari uji hipotesis yang menggunakan statistik uji t dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : Sistem sirkuit berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan dapat diperoleh nilai thit 10.30 > ttab2.26 dan p 0.00 < 0.05α

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada atau tidak adanya perbedaan pengaruh sistem set dan sistem sirkuit terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan pada atlet FIK UNP Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian exsperimen semu yang dilakukan di GOR PPSP Pembangunan UNP,dimulai dari tanggal 10 Desember 2008 - 15 januari 2009. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pemain bolabasket putra FIK UNP yang berjumlah 20 orang dan terdiri dari 10 orang kelompok sistem set dan 10 orang kelompok sistem sirkuit yang diberikan perlakuan 16 kali latihan. Data yang telah terkumpul digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji t. Sebelum uji t dilakukan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil dari uji hipotesisi 1,2,dan 3 yang menggunakan statistik uji t dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1) Sistem set tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan dapat diperoleh nilai thit 1.74 < ttab 2.26 dan p 0.11 > 0.05α (2) Sistem sirkuit berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan dapat diperoleh nilai thit 10.30 > ttab2.26 dan p 0.00 < 0.05α (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh secara signifikan antara sistem set dan sistem sirkuit terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan dapat diperoleh nilai thit 1.32 < ttab 2.26 dan p 0.287 > 0.05α .

Abstract

UNESCO reports that the implementation of PAUD in Indonesia places great importance on academic content such as writing, arithmetic and reading and provides very little opportunity to actively play physically with children. Research shows that physical activity of children at an early age will greatly trigger the development of cognitive abilities. Based on observations and studies in the field, it was found that almost all teachers and educators in PAUD Sijunjung district did not have the insight and skills in measuring and evaluating the basic movements of children. Based on research, basic motion cannot develop naturally but must be taught correctly and continuously. This community service activity for partners aims to: (a) find out the importance of basic motion, (b) have skills in practicing basic early childhood movements, (c) be able to use instruments to measure basic movement skills in early childhood. The method used uses the principle that every innovation received by PAUD teachers through PIE (Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation). This means that the delivery of innovations to Partners is carried out through the stages of explanation, discussion, practice as well as the evaluation phase with assistance in the learning process. The results of the training obtained by partners as participants can be described as follows: (a) Having insight and understanding of the importance of basic movement skills, (b) having experience in practicing basic motion skills, (c) knowing and having the ability to use basic motion skills test instruments.
