<![CDATA[Asically, poor people are people who are weak in the ability to fulfill their basic needs such as clothing, food and shelter and also do not have the ability to do business because everything they have is so limited that they are unable to participate in a decent social life. One of the special programs issued by the government is the Family Hope Program as an effort to build a social protection system for the poor in order to maintain and improve the social welfare of the poor as well as an effort to break the chain of poverty. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique is done by literature study, observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Data is determined from sources based on nonprobability sampling techniques. The informants in this study were 6 informants consisting of Social Service employees as key informants. PKH Coordinator and PKH Facilitator as secondary informants. And the community, especially the community members of the Family Hope Program as informants. This research uses Edy Sutrisno's theory of effectiveness which consists of understanding the program, being on target, on time, achieving goals and real change. The results of this study indicate that the Harapan Family Program has not been running effectively where there are still obstacles in the implementation process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses Good Governance in the Karawang Cerdas scholarship program conducted by the Karawang Regency Government. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data taken through interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. After that, the data were analyzed through three stages of reduction, presentation and drawing of initial and final conclusions. The purpose of this research in general is to find out and analyze whether the implementation of the Karawang Cerdas scholarship program has been running optimally in accordance with the principles of good governance. The results of this study indicate that the actualization of the Karawang Smart scholarship program is still not optimal, where there are technical errors, lack of transparency and incomplete information in addition to the emergence of new problems in Karawang that hinder the allocation of Karawang Cerdas. However, as a rule, the Karawang cerdas Scholarship is considered to have met the eligibility standards because the regulations have been made well in the Karawang Regent Regulation Number 66 of 2018 concerning the Karawang Cerdas Program.]]>

<![CDATA[A disaster is an event or series of events that threatens and disrupts people's lives and livelihoods caused by both natural and non-natural factors as well as human factors, resulting in human casualties, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. The most frequent disasters in Indonesia with high rainfall intensity can cause floods. A flood is a disaster caused by the inundation of water in an area with a long period span. Wanajaya Village is an area that often experiences flooding every year due to its low topography and narrow river flow. The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bekasi Regency became the topic of research to conduct a study on strategic management in tackling flood disasters in Wanajaya Village, Cibitung District. Strategic management is carried out by referring to the concept of Fred R. David in the method of formulating a strategy. Strategic analysis conducted by BPBD Bekasi Regency from strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The results of this study indicate that strategic management in implementation must be realized immediately and the evaluation of BPBD Bekasi Regency must be carried out periodically and continuously. With the identification and in-depth analysis of the management of flood disaster management strategies in Wanajaya Village. Can mitigate and prevent flood disasters and reduce the impact of the flood disaster.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Public policy is the setting of goals and suggestions as well as decisions that are marked by choices or actions that have an impact on the government's decision to or not to do something that aims to achieve goals so that it can be useful for society. One of the policies made by the government as an alternative solution to problems that arise in the world of education during the COVID-19 pandemic is to prevent learning loss. SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Timur Karawang is a school that has met the requirements for implementing PTM in the period September-January 2022. An evaluation of the PTM policy organized by SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Timur needs to be done considering the urgency of face-to-face learning for students, although now Limited PTM is being abolished because the presence of a new variant of the virus which is claimed to be more dangerous. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design which in this study aims to elaborate policy implementation by using William N Dunn's policy evaluation which consists of six indicators, namely; effectiveness, efficiency, assessment, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy.]]>

<![CDATA[The global COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, especially the economic sector. This economic impact is not only felt globally but also domestically. In Indonesia, this of course also has a significant impact, such as in the tourism sector, trade sector, industry including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Not a few companies have suffered losses due to being affected by this pandemic, which has an impact on the laying off of employees and even termination of employment. The Central Government in order to overcome the Covid-19 Pandemic in March 2020 issued PP Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions(PSBB) with the aim of limiting the movement of people and goods and requiring the public if there is no urgent need to stay at home. This will of course have an impact on the limited number of MSME actors with fewer consumers who shop directly compared to normal days, especially for MSME actors around the Tuparev area, Pasar Baru Karawang, and around the Karawang Square Area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the performance of employees in the Spatial Planning Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Karawang Regency in optimizing public services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the data collection technique used is triangulation including interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed through the Miles and Huberman model which includes reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The discussion of this research is reviewed using Mitchell's performance theory (Sedarmayanti, 2001:51) where there are five dimensions namely work quality, timeliness, initiative, ability and communication. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees in the Spatial Planning Division of the DPUPR Karawang in quality shows good results with a lot of creativity that appears, but in punctuality there are still many who arrive late, the initiative is very high with a fairly agile work response, the ability of the employees There is no doubt about the DPUPR and there is a close relationship between employees in terms of communication.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze as well as determine the analysis of employee performance at the Bekasi Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD). This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques carried out using triangulation which includes interviews, observations and documentation studies, then the data is analyzed by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the performance of Suyadi Prawirosentono (2008:27) with four dimensions, namely effectiveness, responsibility, initiative and discipline. The results of this study indicate that the performance of DPMD Bekasi Regency employees can be said to be good for all dimensions, so that the performance of DPMD employees can run quite optimally according to the needs and desires of the community and other bureaucracies related to the Bekasi Regency DPMD.]]>

<![CDATA[Inovasi pemilihan Kepala Desa Warung Bambu Kabupaten Karawang dapat dilihat merupakan inovasi yang sangat mempengaruhi sistem dan mekanisme pemilihan kepala desa yang sebelumnya menggunakan sistem konvensional ketika tahun 2020 berubah menggunakan sistem scan barcode dalam pemilihan kepada desa. Perbandingan antara pemilihan kepala desa sebelumnya dengan yang menggunakan scanbarcode dapat lebih baik dan efektif dilaksanakan yang menggunakan scanbarcode dikarenakan tingkat pemilih yang dapat di akses dengan menggunakan teknologi dan meminimalisir tingkat kecurangan dalam berjalannya pemilihan kepala desa tahun 2020. Hal ini dapat dikatakan inovasi yang memang benar-benar dapat di lanjutkan dan dipertimbangkan sistem pemilihan kepala desa dengan menggunakan scanbarcode ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk menggali fakta-fakta mengenai Inovasi Pemerintahan Desa Dalam Pemilihan Kepala Desa Warung Bambu Kabupaten Karawang Tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diambil dari narasumber yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari informan terdiri atas unsur Pemerintah Desa Warung Bambu (Kepala Desa), Panitia Sebelas, BPD Desa Warung Bambu,PANTARLIH Desa Warung Bambu dan Pemilih dari Desa Warung Bambu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi pemerintahan desa dalam pemilihan kepala desa warung bambu kabupaten karawang dapat tercapai secara baik dan lancar.Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Pemilihan Kepala Desa, Scan Barcode]]>

<![CDATA[Mengingat era sekarang sudah memasuki Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang dimana semua kegiatan manusia diikuti dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, dampak adanya kemajuan teknologi ini memudahkan perkerjaan manusia. Pada hal ini disadari oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Karawang, yang memiliki inovasi dalam e-Government. Kebanyakan inovasi yang kita ketahui hanya dari sistem fingerprint. Sebenarnya telah banyak inovasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Karawang, tapi dalam hal ini kami lebih memfokuskan tentang Inovasi e-Absensi (SIAP) dan Inovasi e-Kinerja (PARE). Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem kerja dari aplikasi PARE dan SIAP. Metode penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. <![CDATA[Dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima Studi Kasus di Kawasan Pasar Senen melalui RPJMD DKI Jakarta 2017-2022 untuk mengembangkan Kawasan Senen dan Pergub DKI No 10 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penataan Dan Pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima. Penataan PKL Liar dan Resmi dikelola oleh Kelurahan Senen dan Kecamatan Senen. Aparat yang turut mendukung penataan dalam hal penertiban yakni Satpol PP Kelurahan Senen.Penataan PKL di Kawasan Pasar Senen diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kawasan senen sebagai salah satu pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di Jakarta. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran pelaksana (implementor) dalam melakukan penataan PKL di Kawasan Pasar Senen. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa para pelaksana sudah cukup baik dalam melakukan penataan PKL, hal tersebut dilihat dari peran Kelurahan Senen untuk merelokasi PKL Liar dan melanjutkan kebijakan Penataan PKL Resmi yang dinamakan PKL JP 39. Kecamatan Senen juga memonitoring 10 tempat Lokasi PKL Sementara dan Lokasi Binaan yang ada di Kawasan Senen.]]>
