Abstract

This article talks about the strategy of the Karawang Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) in dealing with drug trafficking and abuse in the education sector wich is so massive. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by making BNNK Karawang as the research subject. The sampling technique is done through non-probillity sampling and snow ball sampling. Meanwhile, the data were obtained through tringulation (interviews, obcervation and documentation). The theory used is Fred R. David strategic management. The results of this study indicate that the high rate of drug abuse among students as a result of Karawang which is a large target market for drug dealers, thus making BNNK Karawang very difficult to find the right formula to overcome this. Implementation is carried out optimally but is still constrained by the lack of facilities and evaluation is always carried out by inviting all elements of society create an optimization strategy carried out by BNNK Karawang in dealing with drugs in the realm of education

Abstract

This study discusses the service quality of the Manpower Office of Purbalingga Regency in making job seeker ID cards. This study uses Zaithml's theory of service quality (Jayanti, 2016) which has five variable dimensions, namely Reliablility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies which were then analyzed in three stages, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service quality of the Manpower Office of Purbalingga Regency in making job seeker ID cards is still not optimal from all dimensions where the reliability of employees in implementing the service quality of making job seeker ID cards is not in accordance with applicable SOPs. Responsiveness of many employees who are not placed according to their expertise and graduates. Assurance does not have a guarantee and the 5S principle does not apply at the Manpower Office of Purbalingga Regency. Empathy, there are still many employees who are apathetic to public complaints. Tangibles still found inadequate or damaged infrastructure.

Abstract

The independent waste management program through the Waste Bank has become an alternative solution for the government and the community. The solution to reduce the increasing volume of waste that is getting out of control. Socialization of independent waste management through the Waste Bank is still being intensively carried out by the city and district governments. In addition to having a positive impact on the environment, in the process of managing it, the waste bank has a relationship mechanism and social network that has economic value. The Latanza Waste Bank can act as a dropping point for producers for products and product packaging that have expired. Some of the government's responsibility in waste management is also the responsibility of business actors. Aspects of waste management, if applied optimally at the Latanza Waste Bank, will help in the management of waste in Cikampek City. The application of the 3R principle as close as possible to the source of the waste is also expected to be able to solve the waste problem in an integrated and comprehensive manner, so that the ultimate goal of Indonesia's Waste Management policy can be implemented properly in this case Civil Society has a role in overcoming the waste problem in Karawang Regency by establishing the Latanza Waste Bank.

Abstract

Tourism is often referred to as one of the keys to building a country's economy where currently many countries including Indonesia are trying to make the tourism sector one of the key sectors of economic development and help boost the country's foreign exchange. The Muara Village Government and Muara BUMDes made a tourism innovation, namely establishing a golden melon garden agrotourism. However, the potential of Golden Melon Agrotourism has not been fully developed to its full potential. There are several causes for the less than optimal development of agro-tourism, including the limited quality of human resources and the limited budget. The research was conducted to determine the strategy of the Muara village government in the development of agro-tourism. This research was conducted in Muara Village, Cilamaya Wetan District. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. After obtaining the data, the researcher then analyzed the data, and the analytical methods used in this study were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the Muara Village government was still not optimal. This is seen through Kotten's theory where Kotten suggests that the types of strategies are divided into four, namely organizational strategy, program strategy, resource availability strategy and institutional strategy

Abstract

To achieve the success of a development, community participation is an important aspect. Because participation is the participation of a person or group of people in an activity that is carried out consciously. Sustainability of development results will not succeed if it is not supported by the role of the community. In an empowerment program, community participation must cover the entire process from the initial stage to the final stage. Sastropoetro said that the process of participation or participation describes personal involvement in the form of: (1) the decision-making process; (2) determine the desired needs; and (3) directing and realizing the goals and priorities to be achieved. In this concept it means that the needs and desires of the community to be achieved can be the encouragement or willingness of the community to participate in an empowerment program. In principle, every empowerment carried out by the community must always be improved in quality according to the wishes of the client (community) under it, but in reality this is not the case. One way to improve the quality of empowerment is to fulfill public complaints.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises or BUMDes are village-owned enterprises formed with the aim of improving the local village economy. Based on the research result, BUMDes in Balongsari Village only has an entertainment stage business for now. However for future plans, The Balongsari Village Government together with BUMDes want to develop Balongsan Village into a Tourism Village because of the tourism potential it has, namely the Rawagede Monument and Makom Jaka Tingkir and want to bulid partners with opak farmers in Balongsari Village. Not maximize, seen and the type of business that is still small and the lack of socialization to the community has made the BUMDes of Balongsari Village descrease in productivity and couple with the covid-19 pandimic which has made the entertainment stage as a type of business that BUMDes have currently does not work while the research method used in. This research is a qualitative method with this method, the researches obtained the results that the productivity of BUMDes in Balongsari Village has not been maximized and the management of BUMDes in Balongsari Village need to be improved again so that the type of BUMDes business increases and productivity is maximized.

Abstract

The existence of the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic has forced both central and regional governments to have to think of strategies to prevent its spread. Even though the health protocols have been implemented, in practice there are still people who violate and even ignore the dangers of this virus. Therefore, further strategies are needed to overcome this. In Tridaya Sakti village, the strategy is to solidify between residents, RT, RW, babinsa, kamtibmas, and village officials. Some activities such as social worship, culture are limited by the provisions of health protocols. However, the obstacles to handling covid in Tridaya Sakti village, there are often crowds who do not comply with health protocols and do not obey the rules of opening hours during the pandemic, and there are still people who are not aware of the health protocols so that the task force or task force must intervene to educate the dangers of COVID -19.

Abstract

Mengingat era sekarang sudah memasuki Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang dimana semua kegiatan manusia diikuti dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, dampak adanya kemajuan teknologi ini memudahkan perkerjaan manusia. Pada hal ini disadari oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Karawang, yang memiliki inovasi dalam e-Government. Kebanyakan inovasi yang kita ketahui hanya dari sistem fingerprint. Sebenarnya telah banyak inovasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Karawang, tapi dalam hal ini kami lebih memfokuskan tentang Inovasi e-Absensi (SIAP) dan Inovasi e-Kinerja (PARE). Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem kerja dari aplikasi PARE dan SIAP. Metode penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa adanya inovasi ini menjadi lebih secara objektif, terukur, akuntable, partisipatif dan transparan atas kinerja para ASN di Kabupaten Karawang.Kata kunci: e-Government, reformasi birokrasi

Abstract

The manifestation of public trust in the government's financial performance has become an important issue in the management of state finances. Village financial management also requires transparency and accountability. Therefore, the government launched the Village Financial System Application (SISKEUDES) as a form of implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The Siskeudes application is an application used by the village government to report village funds, but in its application, there are still many problems. This study aims to see the implementation of the Siskeudes Application in Telukjambe Village, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. This study uses the Edward III implementation model using a qualitative approach, and in determining the informants using purposive sampling. The results showed that the implementation of the Siskeudes application in Telukjambe Village was less effective, but the implementation of Siskeudes was under the regulations. Communication indicators show that communication between stakeholders is good, but there are problems with existing resources in supporting the implementation of the Siskudes application, due to the ineffective performance of the apparatus in operating the Siskeudes application. that the lack of competent resources to support the implementation of Siskeudes. In addition, indicators of disposition and bureaucratic structure in the implementation of Siskeudes are lacking, therefore the Telukjambe Village government needs to evaluate the implementation of the Siskeudes Application.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the role of the village head in managing village-owned enterprise policies on empowering the community of Nyangkowek Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. In line with the title of the research, this research uses qualitative research using methods, interviews, documentation and observation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the village heads as a leader and decision maker as well as a motivator and facilitator is very important in determining success and success in all programs and activities in the village. Therefore, the function of the village head must be carried out properly for the implementation of village development and development. Therefore, a village head must be more active in communicating and taking direct action with the community in order to become an effective leader role for the village community.
