Abstract

Masa pandemi mendorong kegiatan pembelajaran agar dapat dilakukan secara online sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir terjadinya tatap muka anatara siswa dengan guru. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempermudah pembelajaran online yaitu dengan memberikan media pembelajaran yang tepat. Media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan yaitu video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan video pembelajaran berbasis Camtasia pada materi renang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran materi renang menggunakan video berbasis Camtasia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI TKJ 1 SMK 17 Parakan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan tes. Uji N-gain digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran materi renang menggunakan video berbasis Camtasia tergolong pada kategori sedang. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dikarenakan pembelajaran dengan video berbasis Camtasia membuat siswa lebih tertarik untuk mempelajari dan mempraktekkannya secara mandiri, sehingga dapat mengembangkan rasa percaya diri siswa

Abstract

Health literacy for mothers is very important regarding nutrition and child health, given the stunting problem that befell children in Indonesia. The cause of elevating the problem of stunting, especially in Pati is the low maternal knowledge in terms of parenting (caring, educating, guiding). This study aims to: (1) determine the problems of parenting education activities in order to increase maternal knowledge related to nutritional status during pregnancy, and (2) determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in parenting education activities. This research used a mixed method with interview, documentation, observation, and test techniques that will be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of data analysis showed that parenting education activities to question stunting were declared effective in t-test calculations so that they were considered significant among young mothers' knowledge before and after participating in parenting education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the results of Camtasia-Based Swimming Learning Media Development for Class xi students at SMK 17 Parakan Temanggung. Products are packaged in videos, and products can be used independently using Android online by students. This learning media was developed using the Research and Development method of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Applications were assessed by one material expert, one media expert, and two teachers. They administered a questionnaire to 6 students (2 high-ability students, two medium-ability students, and two low- ability students). The validity of the media expert showed that at 3.77, it could be classified as "good," 4.2 for the validation of the material expert in the "good" category, and 4.17 for the teacher's response with the "good" category and 37% for the student's response. The product can be run independently online which can be downloaded on youtube. In conclusion, the Camtasia-based swimming learning video media is feasible for student learning at the SMK level and can be implemented in large-scale trials.

Abstract

The implementation of an independent curriculum is identified as an educational strategy that can improve the quality of learning and student independence. His approach gives students the freedom to organize and direct their education. A strong organizational culture and psychological empowerment are essential in achieving optimal job satisfaction and successfully implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This paper reviews the concept of school culture and how it can affect organizational performance. Psychological empowerment is crucial in creating a conducive work climate and encouraging students' active participation in the Merdeka Curriculum. The relationship between job satisfaction and implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is explored, emphasizing how job satisfaction can affect student engagement in independent learning. The method used is a literature study that combines findings from various relevant sources. In addition to interviews and direct observations at several schools implementing the Independent Curriculum. The results showed that an organizational culture that supports and strengthens psychological empowerment contributes to higher job satisfaction among educators and students. In addition, increasing job satisfaction also positively impacts the effective implementation of the Independent Curriculum because students who are satisfied with their learning experience will be more motivated and actively involved in the learning process. This paper presents the importance of building an organizational culture that supports psychological empowerment and job satisfaction so that the Independent Curriculum is successful.

Abstract

Innovation education in something agency own a very vital role that deserves given attention more for maximizing potential student become an achievement. So far, innovation education much concerned with matters of pedagogy, technology, or rules in the organization. Purpose of this article to see educational innovation from the perspective of co-produced services and joint interactions in order to improve student achievement. Service innovation solution important in seeing the other side of innovation, which can influence the formation of student character and achievement culture. This research used a case study qualitative approach at SD Hj Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang. The results showed that the service innovations provided included teaching and achievement development patterns, student interactions, teacher-to-teacher relationships, parental interactions, after-school (extracurricular) activities, school appreciation, co-production with the education office and related companies. Service innovations produced with multi-agents have been able to improve the achievements to international level in the last 3 years. Managerial and policy implications in achieving student achievement can be guided by using the principle of service-friendly innovation.
