Abstract

BPN stands for National Land Agency in the form of a non-ministerial part of the government in Indonesia. BPN has duties in the Land sector. The work concept of the National Land Agency for the Sleman Regency branch holds full rules of fast work, hard work, and sincere work, in fact, it still intersects with a lack of services. BPN Kab. Sleman has problems with service quality. The purpose of this paper is to determine the importance and influence of the role of performance management and the development of information technology systems for the effectiveness of a service. The results, some researchers state that there is a big influence between performance management for the quality of service of a company with an information system that is also implemented.

Abstract

Most learning organization studies have focused on enhancing the organization’s performance. However, learning organization extends beyond knowledge management that makes the organization more adaptable and more responsive to the challenges of a fast-changing business environment. The application of a learning organization is an alternative step for companies to be able to face the challenges of the fast-changing business environment. This paper aims to identify the effect of learning organizations on supply chain performance. This study adds the effect of transformational leadership as a variable that affects the comprehensive understanding of learning organizations to gain a. Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was used to reveal that learning organization has no significant impact on supply chain performance. However, learning organization affected supply chain driver. The Supply chain driver has a positive and significant impact on supply chain performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant impact on learning organization. Organization can make better decisions on choosing facilities more efficiently, managing supplies efficiently and be can use the information itself to increase profits by implementing learning organization. Abstract

Universities as higher education institutions have an important role in the process of encouraging the growth of entrepreneurs. Tidar University is always trying to create new entrepreneurs. However, Tidar University has not yet evaluated how much the effectiveness of entrepreneurship teaching on students' entrepreneurial readiness. Therefore, research is needed in analyzing the factors that affect entrepreneurial readiness. The research was conducted at Tidar University from March to April 2020. The population of this study was students of the Faculty of Agriculture from Semester 2 to Semester 8 in the 2019/2020 academic year. The number of samples is 120 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the more students get training, the more ready they are to become entrepreneurs. Students suggest the following training to complement their existing skills: a) digital marketing, b) practical work training, c) success story seminars, d) business risks, e) business basics and soft skills, f) facing global markets and innovation, g) performance management, h) entrepreneurial mentality and spirit, i) how to capture business opportunities, j) marketing, k) time management and money management, l) agrosociopreneurs, m) building networks, and n) business tips and tricks. Students with high entrepreneurial education intentions have relatively less entrepreneurial readiness. This is because they have a lot of knowledge base which encourages them to be more careful if they want to start a business. Students have the perception that entrepreneurial readiness cannot be measured by the GPA value. Entrepreneurial experience encourages students to be ready to return to entrepreneurship

Abstract

Industri Kecil Mikro sektor makanan menghadapi tantangan yang terus bertambah besar dibalik berkembangnya teknologi informasi. Sementara itu, IKM sektor makanan masih mengalami kendala mendasar yang belum terpecahkan. Penilitian ini, bertujuan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala usaha yang dialami oleh Industri Makanan yang ada di Kelurahan Tidar Utara, Kota Magelang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menguraikan serta menganalisis faktor kendala usaha pada industri makanan di Kelurahan Tidar Utara, Kota Magelang. Total sebanyak 65 data IKM makanan terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 kendala utama yang mempengaruhi serta menghambat kinerja IKM makanan di Kelurahan Tidar Utara Kota Magelang. Kendala tersebut yaitu: pemasaran, permodalan, dan pembukuan. Solusi atas kendala tentu saja tidak hanya dibebankan pada IKM sendiri, tetapi juga harus memperoleh dukungan dari dari asosiasi pengusaha maupun dari lingkungan pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to map the potential of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and describe the success of businesses in the area of assistance of the GNI Foundation in the villages of Nanggerang and Pasawahan Village, Sukabumi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study supported by qualitative data using mixed methods research. The research was carried out in two villages that were deliberately selected and became the area of assistance for the Indonesian Gugah Nurani Foundation (GNI), namely Nanggerang Village (Cibilik, Gintung, Nanggerang1, Nanggerang2) and Pasawahan Village (Pasawahan, Cibuntu, Selaawi, Sindang Palay) Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. Based on the survey results, the number of MSEs in the 2 (two) villages 171 businesses with potential in agriculture for Nanggerang village and food processing fields in Pesawahan village. Potential business opportunities in the villages of Nanggerang and Pasawahan villages at this time are the business of agricultural cultivation and food processing. This agricultural cultivation means businesses related to agricultural production such as organic vegetables or healthy vegetables, cultivation of healthy catfish (biofloc technology), healthy chicken cultivation, cultivation of sheep, goats and cows. Market-based agricultural business or market needs. The types of businesses mentioned above have broad market potential with clear target targets. The processed food business in question is a business managed by groups or individuals with local raw materials such as cassava and its derivatives, coconuts and derivatives, and processed fish products. The business success of MSEs in Nanggerang and Pasawahan villages is indicated by the business being run by its own business (86%), business duration of more than 10 years (33%) with a turnover of 1-10 million per month (47%) and contribution to income family more than 75% (37%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kompensasi (X2) juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi PT X untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi dan kompensasi kerja.Kata Kunci :kinerja karyawan; kompensasi kerja; motivasi kerja;

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan penelitian pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan dimana sumber data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder merupakan data-data yang diperoleh berupa dokumen serta bahan-bahan bacaan tertulis yang mempunyai hubungan erat dengan masalah yang dibahas. Sedangkan dalam metode pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library Research) atau studi literatur. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu artikel yang dipublikasikan di 12 jurnal terakreditasi nasional selama 8 tahun pengamatan dari tahun 2013 sampai 2020. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 artikel yang membahas mengenai pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan variabel dependen, independen, dan moderasi. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti yaitu dari variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti yaitu pelatihan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel independen pelatihan mendominasi pelatihan ini sebesar 27 persen, dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yang mendominasi yaitu kinerja karyawan sebesar 56 persen. Abstract

Wirausaha menjadi peran utama dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu Negara. Wirausahawan menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi  pencari kerja, sehingg  tingkat pengangguran nasional akan berkurang. Tingkat pengangguran yang menurun berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian secara nasional. Maka dari itu Universitas Tidar menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi lulusannya untuk mendukung terciptanya bisnis baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan secara empiris  pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, control perilaku dan karakteristik pendidikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tidar. Data diperoleh dari 120 responden mahasiswa fakultas pertanian Universitas Tidar. Artikel ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Namun, karakteristik pendidikan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak akademik untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan khususnya pada bidang pertanian. Kata kunci: Sikap; Kontrol Perilaku; Norma Subjektif; Intensi Kewirausahaan; Teori Perilaku Terencana

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine the evolution of work productivity research in Indonesia. This study sample consists of publications published in 15 reputable national journals between 2008 - 2019. The sample consists of 20 publications discussing work productivity. The technique employed is the field mapping technique proposed by (Hesford et al., 2007). This study categorizes papers according to their subjects, research methodologies, and research sectors. The findings suggest that the dependent variable with the most research is the work productivity variable, whereas the independent variable with the most research is the work motivation variable. Quantitative research methods are the most popular, and the majority of research is undertaken in the private sector.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a human resource problem that is often faced by company in Indonesia, therefore researchers are encouraged to conduct research on turnover intention where the research method used is qualitative analysis with Charting the flied. The sample used is an article that discusses the turnover intention in 2016-2021 which includes 16 articles. The article can be accessed through the journal of Sinta 6. The data is classified based on the year of publication, independent variables, research methods, and important findings. The results of this study are that turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, work and compensation.
