Abstract

Teknologi 4.0 secara fundamental telah mengubah cara manusia berpikir, hidup dan berhubungan satu sama lain. Era ini akan mengubah segala macam aktivitas manusia di segala bidang termasuk sektor agribisnis. Pada bidang pertanian, teknologi digital dapat digunakan untuk proses di dalam dan di luar pertanian. Kajian ini akan meneliti penerapan teknologi 4.0 dan kendalanya pada sektor agribisnis di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metodologi kajian dan pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan survey dan pengumpulan data sekunder serta Foccus Group Discussion (FGD). Data di olah menggunakan statistik deskriptif, untuk mengetahui penerapan teknologi 4.0 di masa yang akan datang dilakukan dengan pengolahan data menggunakan Algoritma Decision Tree berbasis Data Mining.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan penerapan terhadap teknologi 4.0 pada usaha agribisnis petani cukup baik meski mengalami kendala teknis seperti tidak adanya jaringan internet, jenis alat komunikasi yang bukan android dan diperlukannya kuota internet yang mencukupi serta kurangnya modal/dana dan kurangnya kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia. Teknologi 4.0 di bidang pertanian yang telah diterapkan di Kabupaten Sukabumi adalah closed loop, smart fishery, fish finder, mikrohidro, teknologi bioflok, smart farming dan digitalisasi secara end-to-end. pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi 4.0 dimasa yang akan datang akan lebih difahami dan diterapkan oleh SDM yang memiliki usia yang semakin muda/petani milenial.

Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas petani milenial dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pendidikan dan latihan (diklat) yang terangkum dalam kegiatan diklat capacity building bagi petani milenial. Tujuannya adalah untuk (1) menyiapkan petani milenial yang mampu menjadi agen perubahan yang berdaya dan mampu memberdayakan potensi sumberdaya yang ada dimasyarakat; (2) meningkatkan kapasitas petani milenial secara individu dan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan dan (3) terciptanya kelompok petani milenial yang sehat, tangguh dan mandiri. Diklat CB dilaksanakan melalui bimbingan teknis pada 7 (tujuh) kegiatan bimbingan melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa indikator kesatu dan kedua telah tercapai 100%, sedangkan indicator yang ketiga mencapai 79,06% dari target 80%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masih perlu dilakukan monitoring serta evaluasi pada rencana tindak lanjut yang masih dilaksanakan oleh peserta diklat sehingga semua indicator dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: petani, milenial, pelatihan, kapasitas ABSTRACT Millennial farmer capacity building training is carried out in the form of education and training which is summarized in capacity building training activities for millennial farmers. The objectives are to (1) prepare millennial farmers who are able to become agents of change who are empowered and able to empower the potential of existing resources in the community; (2) increasing the capacity of millennial farmers individually and in organizations to achieve goals and (3) creating a healthy, resilient and independent group of millennial farmers. CB training is carried out through technical guidance on 7 (seven) guidance activities through a participatory approach. The results of the activity show that the first and second indicators have been achieved 100%, while the third indicator has reached 79.06% of the 80% target. Based on this, it is still necessary to monitor and evaluate the follow-up plan that is still being implemented by the training participants so that all indicators can be achievedup plan that is still being carried out by the training participants so that all indicators can be achieved in accordance with the target, which means that the objectives of the activity are achieved. Abstract

Pupuk merupakan salah satu faktor produksi utama dalam usahatani, tidak hanya tanah, tenaga kerja dan modal pupuk juga merupakan faktor penting yang menunjang produktivitas tanaman padi sebagai penghasil beras. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas distribusi pupuk bersubsidi pada tingkat petani di Kecamatan Sukabumi, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penentuan wilayah penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data "purposive sampling" dengan menggunakan teknik survei berdasarkan pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya (kuesioner). Sampel diambil dari 3 desa terbanyak membeli  pupuk bersubsidi. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data skunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetaui efektivitas distribusi pupuk bersubsidi dengan menggunakan prinsip enam tepat sebagai indikator keberhasilan penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi, yaitu tepat tempat, harga, jenis, waktu, jumlah dan mutu. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa perolehan pupuk bersubsidi secara keseluruhan menggunakan indikator 6 tepat di Kecamatan Sukabumi Kabupaten Sukabumi berjalan efektif.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah lingkungan yang harus segera diatasi adalah sampah rumah tangga sebagai penyumbang sumber sampah terbesar yaitu 39,37% (SIPSN KLHK, 2022). Tujuan dari Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik lingkungan hidup yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi adalah melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi masalah sampah rumah tangga. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan di bulan Juli-Agustus 2023, berlokasi di satu Desa di Kabupaten Sukabumi dan 3 Kelurahan di Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan pelatihan dan praktek bersama yang difasilitasi oleh mahasiswa KKN dan dosen. Hasil kegiatan adalah adanya edukasi dan penyadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dengan memilah sampah organik dan an organik, pembentukan pos lingkungan hidup, sosialisasi program sodakoh sampah atau bank sampah, penyuluhan dampak sampah terhadap Kesehatan, pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah an organik menjadi ecobrick dan penggunaannya serta pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi ecoenzym dan pupuk organik cair (POC).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran ikan koi di CV. Mizumi Koi Farm dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran menggunakan bauran pemasaran ikan koi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di CV. Mizumi Koi Farm Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CV. Mizumi Koi Farm telah menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran dengan baik, masing-masing variabel dapat dijelaskan secara rinci. Pada produk, perusahaan telah menerapkan dimensi kualitas produk dengan baik, seperti kualitas ikan terjamin, jenis dan ukuran ikan koi yang bervariasi, pemberian garansi produk, juga servis atau pelayanan. Harga yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ikan koi yang kualitasnya sama yang ada di pasaran. Sasaran konsumen perusahaan saat ini yaitu reseller, hobbies, dan petani plasma. Setiap sasaran memiliki perbedaan harga masing-masing. Saluran distribusi yang dilakukan perusahaan ada dua yaitu langsung dan tidak lansung. Letak perusahaan kurang strategis. Promosi yang telah dilakukan perusahaan ada tiga aspek yaitu periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan personal. Sedangkan untuk tiap strategi yang dibuat berdasarkan hasil observasi diantaranya yaitu, penambahan kapasitas produksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Potongan harga untuk pelanggan tetap. Pengoptimalan promosi dengan membuat divisi khusus promosi pada organisasi perusahaan.

Abstract

Koi fish is the main aquatic product cultivated by farmers in Cibolang Kaler village because it has a relatively stable price and market. This study aims to determine the supplier performance system in the supply chain of the kusukakoi fish farmer group. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. The sample in this study was 30 people and it was carried out in September and October 2021. The results showed that overall the parameters in the dimensions of this supplier system showed moderate where the suppliers (farmers) can be controlled directly by the Kusukakoi fish cultivator group.

Abstract

Kubis merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman sayuran yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani di Desa Pasir Datar Indah, Kecamatan Caringin, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Namun, banyak petani yang masih belum bisa mengoptimalkan produksi dan pendapatannya serta masih terdapat kendala di lapangan yang dihadapi petani dalam usahatani kubis yang dapat berpotensi sebagai risiko produksi dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko yang dihadapi petani dalam usahatani kubis, baik dalam proses produksi maupun pendapatannya serta mengidentifikasi upaya-upaya penanganan oleh petani dalam meminimalisir risiko produksi dan pendapatan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi kubis yang mampu dihasilkan petani responden yaitu sebanyak 4.549 kg/0,4 ha/tahun dengan rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 5.479.988/0,4 ha/tahun. Nilai koefisien variasi dari hasil analisis risiko produksi adalah 0,0107 dengan batas bawah sebesar 4.451 Kg/0,4 ha. Nilai koefisien variasi pendapatan dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,0726 dengan batas bawah sebesar Rp 4.684.405/0,4 ha. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, risiko terhadap produksi dan pendapatan usahatani kubis relatif rendah.

Abstract

Koi fish is the main aquatic product cultivated by farmers in Cibolang Kaler village because it has a relatively stable price and market. This study aims to determine the supplier performance system in the supply chain of the kusukakoi fish farmer group. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. The sample in this study was 30 people and it was carried out in September and October 2021. The results showed that overall the parameters in the dimensions of this supplier system showed moderate where the suppliers (farmers) can be controlled directly by the Kusukakoi fish cultivator group.Â
